I usually donate at the Rancho Cucamonga site. That place is great. At this location, however, I’ve been turned away the three times I’ve tried donating anything. They always find a reason to turn us away. Never again.

Prices were reasonable and everything was nice and organized which made thrifting a lot easier. Plus the employees were very nice. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

Clean and organized. Usually has reasonably priced furniture and wall art. Large selection of DVDs unfortunately they bundle price them and they are too pricey. For example today they had a used DVD of King Kong $9.99....like I said over priced for used media.

The literal god of the thrift stores. Has the best items 10/10 would recommend coming here. Mikayla was the nicest employ very welcoming and helpful she needs a raise because I would come back to this store just for her. If you are ever in the area it’s a must to come here you can’t miss out on it.

This review is for the donation center only. The signs for open hours are very misleading. They claim they are open until 7pm but is barely 10:40 AM and theyre already saying theyre closed for the day. Ive been coming here for the past 4 days trying to donate items well before the posted close time and keep getting turned away because they are closed. Yesterday, I came at 12pm and was told to come today after 10 AM and they would be open. How is it possible for them to be open for less than an hour before closing for the day? They dont even post anything noting that they may close early or their current status. Not coming here ever again.

I love Goodwills, and throughout the years, they have allowed me to dress professionally for my job as a teacher and furnish my apartment with the essentials. However, there is something seriously wrong with this Goodwill. I’ve been here almost 10 times, and not once have I been there without being treated with incredible rudeness by one of the emplyees.A couple of weeks ago, I bought a pair of brown dress shoes for $20 that had to be returned because what I thought was leather was old wax coating that crumbled completely after only two hours of wear. However, when I returned the shoes within the 7 day window, they refused to accept the return, telling me that shoes aren’t clothing and are therefore unreturnable even though there was no way of knowing this policy. In case they try and say that it’s on the bottom of the receipt, I’m including it below to show the lack of information. However, isn’t finding out that shoes are final sale on the receipt illogical? Especially since they told me that it is not their job to mention it’s final sale when your purchasing it. They even tried to accuse me of switching tags, forgetting they had blue tags that week. After talking to two managers, they decided they would let me return it, but only if I found a pair of dress shoes right then that were at least $5 more than the original $20. This is a thrift shop we are talking about - one that I was going to in order to have shoes to teach in. Eventually, they allowed me to exchange the shoes for another pair that I had to find on the spot - a pair that was required by them to be $20. Luckily, when I found a pair for $14, a different cashier let me put the rest towards a jacket. The event took over an hour to handle.Today, I came to buy dining room chairs for our apartment. When I politely asked if someone could help me bring the 4 chairs to the front so they may be scanned, she mumbled “I’m the only one here, so I guess.” To prove she didn’t appreciate my asking, she purposefully clanged them together on the way up.When I decided to return to buy an old side table floor lamp, they told me the discount on furniture didn’t apply because the side table is considered an electronic - not furniture.I had 3 boxes of donations in my car to give them today, but I couldn’t give them to this Goodwill knowing how rudely they treat the people who come for help and/or to support their community. The donation will go elsewhere.

One of my favorite places to thrift! Prices can be a little bit expensive but the employees are very nice and the goodwill is very clean! I found so many cool items maybe 15 items for $90! The only thing is the prices but overall I would recommend going:))

Call Three-Way Thrift in Chino for current hours instead. They are taking most of their usual accepted donations. In these pandemic times especially, this Goodwill is doing almost nothing to service those who are in need. They are accepting clothes only and barely a decent amount. Pitiful how they are not helping out.

It’s truly unfortunate that this location is repeatedly turning away donations. I’ve called several times and they have stated they will accept donations, but then upon arrival I am told they cannot accept donations and to try again later in the day or another day. Each time I’ve been there have been several people trying to drop off donations. People are actively trying to do the right thing and we’re being turned away, it’s a shame.

I Have attemptedTo shop at this location a few times only to find myself being treated very poorly I try my hardest to the point where I’m almost kissing up and still very rude and very unhelpful and the prices are higher than most goodwill srores the few times that I have been at this location the shelves are overstocked and the dates on the products have been on the shelves for over two months the Merchandise is not moving as it should And I can understand why because of how unprofessional the employees are

The restrooms are filthy! No TP, seat covers or paper towels and the hand washing container was broken. The trash cans are running over. The toilet seat had feces on it. Very unsanitary!I told one of the employees and she said they were short staffed so couldn’t get it done. Also, the employees there walk around with a grumpy look on their faces. Customer Service is terrible!!!!!

Great to donate your junk and get receipt for tax deduction. Shop: takes time sifting through junk, but you can find a bargain. Donations reflect surrounding communities, so each store can vary in quality of items.

I USED to shop here and donate here all the time, but I wont now. I just cleaned a bunch of stuff out of my garage and went to donate it and they said because I its dusty and there is dirt on it its not sellable. They no longer repair or clean items. I thought that was the whole point of goodwill. To train people for jobs and teach them how to be vital to society. Not anymore I guess. I guess profit is the only thing worthwile to them now. Very disappointed in a company thats supposed to help the less fortunate. I will never go back to goodwill again.
