Alisha and Joann are the best . I have been going to this one for about 3 to 3 1/2 years. Alisha Lile is always so professional and helpful I am surprised she is not a manager yet.(hint hint) Joann was very nice and helpful today 10/18/2021 this was my first time meeting her and she was very knowledgeable . In Fact Everyone @this T mobile in Chino Ca. On Grand Is exceptionally nice and professional this is my favorite one😊

I made a appointment this evening, I was greeted with the best customer service Ive ever received at any T-mobile, Alex Torres took proper care of my situation in her best knowledge she was polite, understanding and quite a comedian lolI appreciate your service! This is my very first review online，usually Im too lazy to write down the reviews，but today i was really touched by one of their clerk，i remember his name is Anthony！！I have to give him a thumbs up！！I had some issues with my old phone that was belonged to Tmobile i need to reuse it now. The clerk of other T-Mobile store just gave me some words and sent me go home to call T-Mobile，and i did it，i called customer service several times，but seems like no one wanna really take time to solve my problem，maybe cause im nolonger their customer. Fortunately I came this store，and Anthony helped me，he is a really cool guy！he took a very long time to hold the phone and talked to the representative，I didnt expect that much！！I was speechless when he told me its done！！！thank you again！！！

Samantha is AMAZING. We went in with a very complicated issue that absolutely everyone was telling us they couldn’t fix. We talked toMultiple people on the phone, on chat, in person, managers, supervisors, etc. Samantha sat with us for nearly 3 hours calling customer care, calling other stores, and even calling old bosses to try and help us. After 3 hours we finally solved the problem thanks to samantha’s determination!! She rocks! We are not happy with T-mobile as a company, but we need more Samantha’s in the world!

This is the best store around and Alex and Alicia are incredible! So very helpful and attentive to your needs! Stop by and say hello!

Tmobile has always provided the utmost customer care. I have been with them for almost 13 years and will never leave. This particular store has a great team and will always maximize themselves as to how they can help resolve your problems.

Walked in cuz my turn was ready. Someone just stared at me and went into the back room and never came out.

I have been to several different stores around this area, I have never seen such wonderful costumer service like I received at this store. Joanna went literally above and beyond to make sure I got the phones numbers and the plan that was best for me. I have never seen someone go out of their way like she did. She is just an awesome and very patient sales person. The whole t mobile team at this local store is great. But Joanna really stands out. I highly recommend anyone needing a new phone or even if your considering switching to definitely go with t-mobile !! And be sure to ask for Joanna !!!

I went in there trying to activate 2 new lines. A guy tried to help me but he didnt seem no know the system. He got frustrated but instead ask for help he just told me call the 1800 number. I went to the store down the street, next to In and Out, they were much more help and were able to active me in less then 20 minutes.

I would like to give a shout out to T Mobile at the 3660 Grande Ave G store. I have been with several cell phone companies before and many plans later and none can hold a candle to T-Mobile and their outstanding customer service.We have been with T-Mobile approx. 4.5 plus years and no matter how trivial our questions have been either via phone or walk-in they have gone way over and above to assist us which is rare.I specifically would like to call out a lady by the name of Ashley who not only has the contagious customer service personality, but her product knowledge is beyond any cell phone company that we had been with previously.Ashley is someone that is a keeper and hopefully she never leaves the Chino Hills Store again. We stopped going in when Ashley was transferred unless it was necessary even though the other associates were very polite it wasnt the same.I will always give the associates like Ashley 5 stars when they service us like she does. Ashley never misses a beat she is rare, and we hope you appreciate her as much as we do so this is our shout out for the day.CM T-Mobile Customer going on 4,5 years and countingThank You

Came in, 2 people ahead of me. 2 workers each with a customer. Third worker just taking names. 2 more walk in behind me, then a group of 3 together. Suddenly, I see third worker showing most recent walkins around the store, looking at phones to buy. So apparently, buying stuff jumps you to the head of the line. So I walked out. When I buy my new phone in a few months, it wont be from this location.

They are to slow and need more help there not enough workers.

Jo Ann was very helpful. She asked about the problem and went ahead to start the process of freeing up my storage space for my emails. It will take about 15 minutes and offered me a seat while waiting. She had helped me on two other times previously and very professional.

Nice store. Spacious. Clean. The associate was friendly. Unfortunately, the associate couldnt get the voice to come on on my Google Maps. Not much help.

Really bad customer service. Walked in didn’t even get a high or welcome and then as I’m looking around they ignore me. The next thing I know is a lady walks inand they put her on the list all the while I’ve been here for 10 minuets and no ones bothered to see what I need or even acknowledge me. Honestly really upset I’ve been with T-mobile for 6yrs and have never experienced service so bad.

Why would I ever switch? Anthony at the Chino Hills store fixed my problem quickly. They are always friendly and helpful!

I wont ever do business with Tmobile again! Ive been a customer for about 10 yrs.Knowing my son and wife wanted I phones and Tmobile doesnt have them, I knew we had to move our service. I was having problems with my phone so I went to exchange it they said I could upgrade I told no when my contract was up I was moving so jwe could get I phones. That process took 4 refurbished phones before I got one that everything worked. On my last visit I talked to the agent about minutes on the 3 phones on my account. Like usual they want you to sign papers so they can work on the account I told him Im leaving in November he said no problem. When I called to find out the date my contract was up they said I had resigned my contract and it would cost $600.00 to leave early. Well Im still there but want to warn people about their shady dealings!!!!! Beware of Tmobile they practice big corporate greed well lying to your face
