Come for brake pads, they recommended to replace rotors,flush radiator and more.... they forgot to put back radiator cap back....

I took my minivan for a check engine light. First trip there - no symptoms and nothing wrong per the technicians with a oed coder. I drive away and within 2 hours, the check engine light comes back on. I drive it back they keep my car for a day and find 4 different issues totalling $1400.00. I ask them to address the pcv valve issue several times and they say ok. but they didnt. Instead they do the egr valve. $480 dollars and 2 days later, check engine light comes back on. I will not refer friends, family and colleagues to this place.

I don’t know if the management has changed at this location but the staff that works there now are UNETHICAL, DISHONEST TRASH! I caught them in so many lies in one visit it’s almost unreal! Never again will I nor my family bring our cars to this Firestone. I even think they intentionally messed with my spark plugs and put a nail in tires they claimed needed rotation. Little did they know I just had four brand new tires installed at Walmart two days ago!! I went in for a simple oil change. Now my car does not run at all! I swear they are lucky nothing happened to my teen son who drives this car. I will be contacting corporate and posting this to Twitter.

I called and was told it was 240.00 over the phone to change my break pads, the guy instructed me to bring it in for a free inspection and they would tell me the cost. The front desk guy called me back and jacked the price up to 287.00 then added the coupons they have online for 40.00 off per axle bringing the price back down to 249.00, I was then charged 9.99 for the inspection I was told was free! I will dispute the charge with my bank, as I didnt know the total until after her had me enter my card and stated the paperwork would be emailed to me! What a way to rip customers off. Had I known I couldnt use the coupon at the regular price I would have gone to other shops where the price is 240-250 out the door. I would not recommend this company. The front desk guy is a real jerk! Pep boys, Goodyear all do inspections for free.

Made a reservation early in the morning. Waited for the car all day and is still wasn’t ready at the time they advertised they would be closing. Then I sat and watched for the next 45 mins while no one worked on the car. The service advisor working the front desk could care less. His attitude spoke volumes in why this store has such bad customer service. To add insult to injury they automatically added a charge that wasn’t a part of the original quote.

Straight up garbage I made an appointment for 10 am to get new tires put on and dropped my car off during my lunch break figured my car would be ready by 2:30 after work but no it’s been sitting here for 5 hours and by the time I got here they barely started to work on it definitely would not recommend coming to this location

Worthless. Don’t go to this place. Made an appointment online for an alignment. When i went inside, the little man (with a snotty attitude) said “we had a lot of walk-ins ahead of you so we can’t honor your appointment.” I said, “then why did I make an appointment?” He said, “We’re such a high volume store that we do not honor appointments.” Edit: After reading more reviews, I think I’m glad I didn’t get any further with this clownshop. Damaged my wheels , all four. Told me they Would take care of it and to get quotes, i did that and after 3 months they now want me to leave my car with them so they can handle repairs in house. Or pay out of pocket to get them fixed and hope they will then pay up. I was given personal numbers to contact so my calls were not recorded. Speaking with Hugo the manager for the first time after months of being told i would.very taken Care of. Only to learn he had only just heard of the situation. . this company is shady and foul Ill be filing police reports and formal complaints with forestone.

I Made an appointment for an alignment. I come in and the guy tells me that he won’t be able to get my car back to me today. I said but I made an appointment he said if you make it online it isn’t valid that you have to call in for the appointment. That he already had all his appointments for the day and I’d be treated as a walk in. This place is a joke. Worst customer service ever and they don’t even care. Take your cars elsewhere for better customer experience.

I usually get my car serviced at Ford however a technician who no longer works here went above and beyond the call of duty to fix my car. The next time I needed service I was told of numerous issues the car had, I agreed to pay the steep repair bill, no shocks, transmission leak solved, and new tires total over 2k. The next day I open my garage and discover one of the tires is completely flat. I was beyond livid as this already ate into my schedule. I had to drive to a service station put air in the bad tire and motor to the Firestone 5 miles away from my residence.As soon as I get there I am expected to be treated right away, yet the manager tells me they have no slots available so I had to leave my car there and walk home 5 miles. I wasn;t having any of that so I told the technician there I would just comeback first thing in the morning.Apparently he didnt like my tone as I returned early monday morning, only to be told rudely to wait outside due to social distancing concerns. I kept my cool thinking nothing of it, only when the other technician entered the building I returned. He didnt mention to me about any social distancing requirement that requires the technician to be the only one in the room. He let me speak to the manager (I beleive) and he told me I had to wait and see if there was a tack I may have drove over.I was angry at this point. My cars work was covered under the insurance they provided, and I would have to walk home all of 5 miles and wait for his call.When I politely voiced my issue with having to wait (after paying an exorbat amount of fees) for the work done on my car, he blew up on me, telling meDont talk to me in that tone.I assume the building has cameras and you can see him follow me outside where I politely warned him to back off.So after paying over 2000 dollars (I didnt have) to fix me car, only to discover they sold me a bad tire, having to readjust my schedule to keep coming back here and deal with an extremely rude and immature individual who has treated me like a child, has left me feeling angry, exhausted, and confused. I have never in all of my years been treated with such disrespect from the manager who opened the store on Monday morning 12/21/20.My car is still sitting in the garage with a bad tire I paid for. This has been my go to shop for over 18 years, Ive seen managers come and go with no problems. I paid for lifetime services and couldnt get anyone to check the air in my tires a few weeks ago. The current manager is a horrible person. Rude to the core. Ill go someplace else until hes replaced.

This place knows who the customer is and keep them in the loop. I had service completed here requiring a follow-up. They went beyond my expectations. Good place, good people and a great attitude! I will continue taking my vehicle here for service needs. Thanks to your team!

Got an oil change and filter for a reasonable price and time

Brought my tesla in yesterday for a leak repair, was told that the its unrepairable because the puncture is in the same position as the last patch. told them i would forgo the tire replacement and take it home. picked up the car with 0 psi and was not told about it all. after i confronted them that they at least should pump it back up to full, the guy named brian said we put air in it yesterday. when they finally put air in it you can hear it leaking. they should have just told me you cant drive it unless you get a new tire or put on a spare. very f* up things these guys do when you dont buy their service.

Complete waste of time here.I called up on Monday about getting one of my tires fixed. Its a 20 minute thing to fix a nail in a tire. They said I would have to leave my car for a few hours OR make an appointment.So not wanting to leave my car for a few hours for something that take 20 minute, I gladly took their next appointment. I had to move some things around in my schedule to accomidate the appointemnt.So I go in at the time of my appointment and they tell me its going to take a long time because they are backed up. I mean what is the point of having people set appointments? I had to make all sorts of adjumentent and drive in, they could have called. Its only a 20 minute repair at most.They have no consideration for your time. When leaving I called Tire Choice which is just a mile away and they took me in right away and got the repair done even though they were busy as well. I mean its just a 20 minute repair job.Some business just have no consideration for other people. They treat customers as if they are disposable. Wont be coming back here.

Be careful of what they quote, always see their paperwork on quotation. They verbally quoted the lower price of the few jobs they would do by saying $128, but it came to a shocking total of over $680 which was the total of 3 jobs. Be careful dealing with them. It is unfair to customers by not emphasizing the total price.

Every time I come here, they tried to bait and switch me or up sell me. I would come back thinking it was just a fluke, it always happens. No more. Im done with this place.On my last visit, I came by because I had a nail in my tire and I can hear the leak. I usually go to Americas Tire because they fix them for free, but it is further away from where I live compare to Firestone, and didnt want to risk driving on a tire that I can actually hear the leak from. The technician at Firestone (they are always great) that inspected the tire said it was fixable. And I knew it was since Ive had the most unfortunate luck with nails and tires to know what is fixable and what is not. When the manager (bald and older guy) came by, and without even checking the location of the nail, simply checks the size of the tire and says, We have to replace the tire. This is the same guy that always tries to up sell me on everything! Whenever I question anything he says, his answer is, Ive been doing this since Ive had hair on my head and my belly was flat. Well, then he mustve lost his hair and got outta shape not too long ago if thinks the tire I had wasnt repairable. I left Firestone and took my chance and drove to Americas Tire. They patched the tire in 15 minutes and I was back on the road. Im done with the Firestone. I will never go back. Its too bad because the technicians are great.

So many people get upset because they want to get something for FREE or close to it. Bottom line this place is AMAZING... I just had work done because I have an old car and I cant afford everything at once but its okay the guys work with me and knock out the important issues first so I can use my car to commute, Ive never had problem with pricing plus they always get the job done the first time. The oil changes are great here, yes it gets busy so schedule an appointment before hand so you dont have to wait a long time and complain why it would take so long. The people who work here are people not machines and they always do it right the first time so yes quality work means it does take time.

Worst place to change your tire

Always professional. Give me accurate timeframe. So far have been very honest with me. Gives preventive tips to prolong my pickup pickup truck. Never had an issue with them. They have always honored any work that has been done by them.

First appointment ever for this company we decided to change our mind we were parked ready to drop off our car for an oil change.When a car came racing at us this morning horns and more horns...blaring......doing about 40 in parking lots!!!After goin inside to check in we found out it was the manager who was driving the car toward us, not another customer. The manager stated it was me all around like. about this was the nearest possible thing to do with not one but a customers car too appreciative customer coming in to get service done and three being proud of Ricky racing around a parking lot when he has employees nearby.Needless to say we opted not to get our car serviced there ever If this is the way he treats customers cars in front of other customers cant imagine how he treats cars when customers are not around.

Flying down the 71 freeway and hit a metal fragment that sliced the tire. Lucky for me the store was less then a mile away. Friendly. Efficient and courteous. All on a Sunday morning.

I made the appointment day before, was there 20 minutes before the appointment, I told them that I won’t be having a ride back home while making the appointment but when reached there I was told that I will have to leave the car and when I told them the reason for the “ first appointment “ of the day was to be in and out fast .The gentleman ( pun intended) was extremely rude and asked me to do it my self if I think it’s a 25 minute job.Never coming back here again.......EVER !!!

Outstanding customer service! Everyone went out of their way to get my tires fixed quickly so I could get back on the road. They even replaced the valve stem on our tire for no charge, even though I didnt buy the damaged tire from them.

In general, great service, always applying discounts, and working with budgets, Ive had no problems with everyone. Very helpful.

I purchased a brand new Lexus, after the first two complimentary oil changes. The Lexus was on less them 15k miles just breaking in. They told me I needed new tires brakes and alignment. The car ran perfectly brand new. Luckily I am mechanically inclined. I told them they were full of it. After read a few of the other left comments. That is their MO.They will lie to everyone to put new parts and services that tour vehicle does not need. I never been back

Techs unexpectedly ill bumped my appointment

Went in for a passenger side mirror replacement. I expected to spend anywhere between $50 and $100. The owner came out and had a look at my mirror and told me the mirror would cost $200-$300 (because of electronic parts inside the mirror), and that it was only available to buy from the dealer itself. He then continued and said the cost to remove the old mirror (it was hanging there still) would be $75 dollars! Last but not least, he tried to tell me I would also need paint work done on my door from some minor scratches caused by mirror dangling (I later easily rubbed them off with some wax). He proceeded to insist that he was my best option and that going through insurance would make my monthly payment go up no less than $100! This guy was a real piece of work! I didnt buy anything or allow him to touch my car....I went home and found my mirror on amazon for $25 and replaced it myself 2 days later. Looks good as new. (:

I have been forced to go to this place twice now because of a flat tire and the proximity to my home. I have been in the sales / customer service business for over 25 years, so I am very aware of what great customer service is and should be, and Firestone is a complete joke and ripoff. Their prices are some of the highest in a 25 mile radius, and when you ask them to price match, they claim they will, but they dont and give you grief and excuses instead. My 1st visit for our BMW GT series I gave them a pass because we were in a hurry and desperate for help, so we paid an extra $100 for a tire that blew out in 6 months and caused our 2nd visit. When I asked the manager Ben to price match a local competitor, he hung up on me. Every word of this is truth and I have no grudge or animosity against anybody at this shop, other than to let the good people of Chino Hills know that Firestones prices are extremely high and their service is way below average, especially since there are 50 places to choose from who can do the same work within 20 miles at a much better rate and with a much more customer focused attitude

They tried to scam us by making us buy 4 new tires instead of just repairing the 1 flat tire we had. I went to Just Tires instead and they repaired my tire no questions asked for $33.

This place is full of disrespectful liars and thieves, stay away. Ive been taking my car here for years as well as my mother, when other Firestones were busted for overcharging and doing unnecessary repairs, I was accusing this Firestone of not even doing what they said they were doing, mainly filling up and rotating my tires. Every time I left, my low pressure signal would come on, I was written off by them saying its a computer issue. Doubtful but ok. Well this time I caught them.I went in for an oil change and to get my tires rotated and filled. I arrive at 7:23 and the manger Hugo (who is even worse than the old manager Edwin) says hell get me out by 9:00a. So I have my dog with me and we walk around the neighborhood and I come back at 9:00, ready to go home so I can feed us and get to work. He says the car isnt done, give him a few minutes. Ok. I go back at 9:15, not ready, 9:30, not ready. 10:00 now, he REPEATS gimme a minute theyre just slapping the tires on and theyll back if out. I go check on the mechanic, and hes JUST emptying the oil at 10:00a. Over 2 and a half hours after I dropped off the vehicle and an hour after it was to be done. We make appointments for a reason, and this place has no respect for customers time. Im telling Hugo how wrong this is and that he has been lying to my face, his only response is I didnt know they didnt start the oil change. How could you not know when you supposedly checked 3 times? Liar. When theyre finally done around 10:20, I drive off and my glovebox falls out from when they checked the cabin air filter. I turn around and have them put it back on and I tell the mechanic while youre at it, check the tires in front of me because I dont even trust you guys to have done that. Sure enough, they didnt even check and fill up the tires. As a matter of fact, I had a low pressure signal on the front driver, and he still marked at 30 or 32 I dont remember but either way, falsified the document. They probably didnt rotate them either. No wonder even though I buy too of the line tires, I have to replace them so often. They even recommended me TWO NEW TIRES this time. Hey guys if you had been rotating and filling up the tires like youre supposed to that wouldnt be an issuer, but hey you guys have to rip people off somehow right? Thieves. I knew they were skipping steps all this time and finally caught them. This place is a straight up safety liability, and the manager Hugo has no idea whats going on or NOT going on in his shop and couldnt care less about it. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had an appointment at 4:30pm for an alignment. Show up and check in at 4:25pm. Despite having 3 technicians in the garage and 1 car, my vehicle wasnt brought in until 5:40pm. Then the manager Michael tries giving me excuses about how he cant work on my vehicle because it is not stock even though this is how my vehicle has been every time they ever worked on it in the past. After the manager walks away the tech kindly informs me that he can do the work but his manager doesnt want him to because they are closing at 6pm which explains why he was making excuses that they couldnt do the work. Why i continue to come here is beyond me. This place has never been anything short of a nightmare every time i try to get an alignment done.

Only place in town that would take a look at my car last minute. We are from out of town and were having issues on the freeway. Went to three other mechanics and was turned away. They looked at my car and gave me advice on my situation, very helpful and very polite.

I was parked next to this Firestone one night while shopping for food and wanted to look up some **** on my phone before I got out to buy some food at a Rite-Aid and then Firestone began spamming with their website asking me to give them my email and the box to reveal notifications for their great deals was checked off on default. Even if I closed their website they still spammed me with their website. I will make sure I dont use their wi-fi the next time. It just spams you with something along the lines of, Give us your email so we can send you our advertisements I would rate this Firestone 0 stars out of 5 if I could.

These guys are good... Kinda pricy, but good. Also great that they have awesome weekend hours... That has come in handy more than once! Have been here a number of times for the last 10 years since moving to Chino Hills. I go here when Razi at A1 Auto Experts on Central is too busy, or its a weekend emergency. As for the person complaining about the wifi- I cant believe that you are unhappy about getting spammed while hooked to their network. Really, 1 star for that? I cant believe the entitled attitudes of kids today.

Came here because the tire pressure light came on in my wifes car, and they really took care of us. They stopped what they were doing in the garage to immediately check our tires and found the problem.

They have been very honest with us and would recommend them.

My tire blew out on the 91. I couldnt get the tire off because I didnt have the wheel lock tool. I immediately hobbled over to these guys without an appointment. Ben took care of me getting my wheel off trying a bunch of different tools for almost an hour until it came off. He put the spare on for me and let me go free of charge. Thanks guys!

Came in for an oil change. They broke the pan and wanted me to pay for it. They wanted to charge me $400 for a $ 30 part. And then the guy calls me rude for thinking his ripping me off. Stay away.

My son has being trying to get a oil change for a while for his car but needed to leave it at for 5 hours and so, yesturday they said he needed to leave overnight and he couldnt, he had a quote so he went early today Saturday at 7 and these these Mexican guy just writes him up without telling how much and when my son asked how much it was almost he tolled him about $50 more and said that the original quote was without a filter how stupid is that, and by the way not even a good morning

I arrived early at 7:15 to just get a oil change on my truck and the guy tells me wait time is until at least 12. Thats almost 5 hrs wait. He tells me Fridays are very busy and he has only one machanic. I tell him the wait time is ridiculous and he should have more machanic working especially if Fridays are so busy. He did not like my suggestion.

Drop a tire for repair,the girl said will call me about one hour tell me if it is repairable,.But not call after 4hour.when I go,they said still work on it,when I said it too long time,they said they are busy.then tell me it cannot be repair.i get my tire back,waste 4hour.

Went here to check a tire leak at 4:30 p.m. and was turned away. I was told they were too busy for me. I looked into the shop, they had 2 cars in the bays and had 2 guys sweeping behind tool chests while others where standing around.
