What can I say, it was fate. Pop my tire and found the closest plaza off of the nearest freeway exit. Then realized that I parked right by this tire shop. They were very professional and were able to change and fix my tires within 30 minutes, which had saved me an Uber ride.Thank you so much!!!

Had 4 tires replaced, oil change and alignment done. All done very efficiently and in a timely manner. Anthony Lopez was the member who helped us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Been coming to this location for years and never have I heard any member go and say You Should or Its Better You Do. They listen what you ask for, and never argue or try to entice you to spend more than you intended.And NEVER in the years I been coming here, I NEVER had to come back because something went wrong with any service they did. They did everything correctly the first time. Im sorry for those who had experiences differently than I did. Its really unfortunate.But I do highly recommend this location to friends and family.

My tire was already off the car. I just wanted a simple patch. The geezer at the counter said to leave it over night...lol...what a joke.

I was so satisfied with the Azusa store with Juan as the manager, I was reluctant to go anywhere else after previous bad experiences until I had no choice. After calling around I spoke with Anthony Lopez and decided to try just tires Chino Hills. Immediately after walking in Anthony assisted me beginning to end, answering all my questions with integrity, remaining patient, and professional the entire time. Although not much contact with the other employees they all appeared to be responsible and professional as well. My experience was extremely satisfying, quick, and proficient. THIS WILL BE MY NEW JUST TIRES STORE!!!!!!

This place should be ur last choice. They take for ever all I needed was 2 tires replaced. And they charged me over $80 for just mounting and balancing, it almost felt illegal

I’ve been coming to this location for years now and they are really the only place I trust with my car! As a young women, mechanics usually see me walk through the door and think of money signs. Even the dealership I got my car from tries to rip me off. Whenever I come to just tires they always take care of me, and are honest with what I actually need done. I never walk away feeling like I spent more than I should. They always have great prices on tires too, and a great warranty for them. They also just got a new manager who is great. I highly recommend just tires in chino hills if you need anything for your car. Ask for Ed he always helps me out!

Not low price, I had no choice but to do what they said. I knew there was a cheaper product, but they said they were out of stock. I wouldnt be here if I could make a choice. I had to come because I couldnt go other shop with flat tire. Although the service was not bad and pretty fast, it was more expensive than other tireshop, more than $100!!

Went in to replace a battery that was still under warranty. Staff was courteous and kept me inforned of the status, thanked me for my patience, and brought me cold water. Store Manager was great.

I was very pleased with the service I received, I noticed the difference in the ride and the steering immediately also the manager was very polite and professional, thanks again for the great work.

Just had a flat fixed on my car The tire that was fixed is still low normal tire psi 37 .So either they didnt fix it properly and its still has a flat leaking air or the technician Scott W didnt fill it with air after they fixed it because they were closing and he was in a hurry to get out of there either way the fact that I still have to go to the gas station fill my tire with air and wonder if its even fixed irks me to no end be careful when. Taking your car here for repair s .

Awesome service and cost.

I recently moved to Chino Hills from another community over 50 miles away. I have a flat tire that I need fixed. I call Just Tires and explain and they say come on in. I bring it in and they tell me the tire is flat because the rim is cracked, they cant fix the tire. So I order a new rim and take it down to Just Tires. Just tires then tells me they cant fix it because they have a new corporate policy to only fix tires they installed. I dont recall where I bought the tire from, its for a nice mercedes, but I know where Im not going to be buying my tires from in Chino Hills.

Ed is awesome. He knows his environment very well and is always willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service.

Not sure how their quality work is until I pick up my car but the customer service is good. Ill update this once I pick up my car.....theres always room for improvement if services is not exceptional, as in IF.....

Made an appointment at 8:30 only to find out the alignment worker doesn’t come in until 10. So what was the point of making an appointment at 8:30? Doesn’t make sense. Worker didn’t have my information on file despite purchasing from another just tires location. Will not be coming back here again.

Went to Just Tires yesterday on Valentines Day. Needed to have my girls tires checked out. Adan and Ed were very helpful they took care of my tire needs. Thanks for the new tires, now my girl can drive in peace without the tire light on.

Bill provided good information and education on tires. I am happy with the service I received.

First I came for do rotation and balance. After I do that I took the car on the way home.the wheels shaking than before I do balance. And I came today to do balance again.i told the employee ,that your balance is not right. I mark the weight every rims on the tires and they just pretend take off my tires and not even do balance on in.the mark still on the same spot.like before. DONT EVEN BUY FROM JUST TIRES from any store they all crooked! !!!!!!!!

Wasting of my time to write this dirty, ignorant place. Look around, these days are the Internet era. Most of the people can google it and compare and sometimes has better ideas than you ignorant guys. Trust what customer says or try to listen what they say. These days owners read very carefully owners manual too. Lets see how you guys are running in 5 years later too.

I got there one hour before closing and they were empty. The front desk employee was doing everything to avoid helping me. I went in for a flat repair but apparently it was to far to the side. Instead of trying to get me a new tire he just said he couldnt fix it at all. I gathered he didnt want to help but still pushed for him to at least put my spare on.While I waited, there was a couple that came in the make a payment on their credit card and it seemed like they also in the past had issues with this guy. Before the guy came back in the building the lady said that this same guy didnt want to help her ou ot. When he came in they asked to speak to someone else. Unfortunately for the couple there was only two employees. One was the guy working the front desk and the other was the tech. The guy at the front desk was the person that continued to help them. The couple didnt have the credit card statement with them but wanted to make the payment. The guy was unwilling to help them because he didnt want to pick up the phone and call customer service to get that number. He said that was the next step but his actions were to just stand there and act like he hit a dead end. The couple for the second time ended up leaving without being able to make that payment.On a good note, I got my spare installed and left. I got my new tire at a different tire shop.

Make an appointment for 10am drop it off at 9:55am, come back at 4:15pm and they still say another half hour..... 7 hours for an oil change..... yeah never coming back here... stay away from this place. unless you like to waste your entire day

I experienced the same thing as Im reading in these other reviews... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The guy at the front counter could really care less about how he treats customers. Not welcoming or helpful at all. He didnt want to help me because they already had more than a 4 hour wait and treated me as if he just wanted me to leave rather than appropriately answering my questions about leaving my car there or making an appointment for another day. I once trusted this company and purchased warranty of my tires... now I see that I only wasted my money and time!

They searched through my things looking for my tire key after I told them it was either in the trunk or the glove compartment. I had something private in the center console and it was obviously pulled out along with a few items on my drivers door slot. Then they had the audacity to tell me my bad tire had a wooden splinter and it wasnt a bad tire as I thought. Ive never seen wood penetrate a tire before, but I have had dud tires with slow leaks. I used to repair tires for mobil, I know when Im being lied to. Bad company all around.

Good and fast service, prices are ok like every major store still more than Costco but way faster and no appointment needed :)

Worst customer service I have ever seen. The front counter employee has not a care in the world about how he treats customers. Said i would have to wait 6 to 7 hrs and when i asked if i could leave it he said they will most likely not get to it today and suggested another tire place.

Wasted 45 minutes waiting on an oil change only to be told they can’t do it because “it’s company policy” not to change oil in cars with no dipstick.Many cars made since 2012 don’t have them, instead using a display on the instrument panel.If they won’t do it, then keep a list of cars and tell customers when they check in.
