I have had this radiator for three years. The bottom started to deteriorate and I got a pin size hole in it. I contacted OPL, was told I had to pay a prorated cost of 10% of each year I had it plus shipping. I paid 229 for it back then. So I had to pay 160 to cover the prorated warranty and shipping. I will never purchase another OPL product again. Their office number is disconnected and can only talk through someone through email which takes 24hrs to get a reply. Just went and purchased a OEM radiator from the dealer.

I received my order in 2 days! It was packaged top notch vacuum sealed securely in the box. Installation and fit was perfect!! Cannot complain at all with these guys and their prices! Thank you opl 🙏

Shipping was a day late but when it arrived it was boxed nicely with plenty of padding. The radiators looked so pretty and shiny I didnt want to put my plastic farings back on. When I did put it on my bike everything fit perfect just like the original ones. Very pleased and happy with OPL. Products will recommend to anybody.

Shipping and hookup was great.... unfortualty I got 2000 miles until I can out of store too a leak.... when I applied for warranty called I got denied due to purchasing thru eBay dealer... my own fault although I thought then 10 year warranty was involved... didnt know dont care anymore... Ill spend my hard earned money on a better product I wont have to replace in 6 months... good luck

Radiator was a great price and fit perfect. We had it installed in about an hour on my 2006 F-350 6.0 liter diesel. I will definitely buy another radiator if the need arises .

Advertised as a direct fit. Took several hours to modify for proper fitment. Time is money, I most likely wouldnt have purchased this had I known.

I ordered a radiator for my 06 F250 6.0. The first one showed up a day early Via FED-ex it was damaged and immediately I took pictures of the box and corolating damage to the radiator that resulted. The damage was dues to side impacts to the box and it penetrates through the packing foam and bubble wrap. Definitely not the fault of the company.I contacted OPAL and sent them the pics they requested. The very same day they had a replacement in route. Staff were pleasant to talk with and very professional. If they made other parts like a intercooler and oil cooler I would use them hands down!!! Plus they have the best prices I have been able to find.!

I ordered a radiator for a Kawasaki KLR650. The fit was not great, but I made it work. It cools the bike just fine. I cannot speak for the fit of all of their products, just this application.
