5/4/2021 UPDATE: Taylor is key to getting things done at this company.Others try, but seemed to be an ongoing headache. In addition, staff overall seems hurried rushed and didnt make my business feel important. I felt to be a burden and not an asset.Previous review: Absolute mess. Scheduled car on 4/12/2021. Plenty of lead time. Car was to be picked up between 4/28/2021 - 5/2/2021 which representative (name omitted) assured me repeatedly as no problem. I called 4 times (annoying perhaps) to be 100% certain everything is fine...every time I called, I was assured a driver would reach out to me to arrange pick up. Today is 5/3/2021 and same representative called and told me they can have it picked up 5/5/2021. Just a repeated headache working with representatives that arent able to pull the necessary strings to get job done. Putting my faith in this company was perhaps not the worst decision of the month, but not far from it.

Called to get a date and cost to transport a car to Ohio. The guy who answered the phone gave a price but was a total jerk when I had questions about pickup and delivery window. So rude that I felt like I should be happy that he even answered the phone. I would not recommend this company based on the customer service. All I wanted was some specifics he got mad that I had questions.
