This was the first 99 Ranch Market I have visited. It was in 2007 and I have never visited a Asian market that was this clean and had contemporary styling. 14 years later this impression still holds.While the decor hasnt been updated since then, it remains attractive and well maintained. We went here to buy produce. I got a yellow fleshed watermelon for myself. The quality of the fruit and vegetables were as.good as ever would be.I made a general run of the premises and the shelves were well stocked and the floor were clean. Meat, deli, seafood and bakery look fresh.There is a premium here, you will pay a little more than of you go to the smaller Asian markets. This is the price to pay for the environment and wider selection a supermarket offers.Its a grocery store and a good one. I am glad to see this place 14 years later, may even be a bit misty eyed..

Has a very large selection of fresh live seafood and caught fish. Amazing. A great selection.

I love my shopping experiences because Im shopping for others and get to see grocery stores that are very different then the set up of American grocery stores!The scent and smells of a very lively, vibrant store from many different vegetable, domestic and international to the wet part of the market where you can choose fresh n or alive seafood items such as crabs, fish, lobster, etc ..The store have divided sections that specialize in certain different specialties.

Great selection most of the time but there is ALWAYS a giant swarm of flies between produce and fish. The store is very run down with no less than 7 different floorings

Great Asian supermarket with everything you may need for any recipe, Asian or else. My favorite part is the fish market. They have fresh fish, whole pieces, which I cant find anywhere else. I also like that I can choose the fish myself and inspect every piece so I know its truly fresh. Im not sure, but I think they bring the freshest catch on Saturdays.The fruits and vegetables department is great too. You really can find anything and everything you want in there.

When I want fresh seafood, especially fresh fish 99 Ranch Market is my first choice. The Yellowtail is my favorite

Clean store, well stocked, friendly staff.The bad- The line at the seafood department is a disaster. Went on 2 times so far, as I just moved to the area not too long ago, first time took about 10 minutes to get someone to help you, and another 15 minutes to get the fish cleaned. 2nd time went on a weekend. There were 3 people working at the time, took 10 minutes till my turn, and was told that the wait time for cleaning was 30 minutes. I took the fish home and cleaned myself instead.

A big 99 ranch. Pretty decent quantity vegetables which surprised me... I thought I will be forced to go to H Mart.

They have some ethnic grocery and food that is not available in mainstream grocery stores. Prices are always reasonable. They have live fish which they can prepare for you. If you have not been here, worth checking out.

Very clean, organized and spacious. Their foreign selections is awesome. They have short cooks who can prepare a great meal for you. The parking lot is kind of crazy so that’s the only downfall. The bathrooms need help as well

Everything that I need is fresh! I like the wide variety of vegetables, seafood and sauces. 99 Ranch Market has live crustaceans. Yum!

This ranch market is located within the rolling ridge plaza at the corner of Chino and peyton Avenue. This place is always crowded and it seems that people are very friendly in the store. I was able to look down each aisle and check out some of the products. This is an Asian market and has all kinds of food and almost anything you can ask for. It is extremely popular.

This is my favorite 99 Ranch Market. Its clean and well-maintained. Theres no problem finding a parking space. I usually come here for a bento box. Theyre good and very affordable.

Wish we can communicate better with fish market employees. Very hard to communicate. I bought 3 Maine lobsters, I wanted them cleaned and cut only. When I came back to pick them up they had steamed them .

Loved this Asian supermarket! Has a lot of uncommon products, fresh produce, a good deli and fresh fish. Prices were competitive.Highly recommend this store.

I think they can do better with customer support. I had questions and could not find anyone to ask them to. Dont get me wrong, I love this store and the variety of food they carry but they can also improve on their cleanliness.

Good selection of asian fruits & vegetables

Worst customer service ever!!! Not only was I followed through the store by two older employees but when I asked for help in finding an item one dismissed me quickly and did help at all. Also, the cashier was really rude when I asked for bags; even though I am basically paying for them. Not only that but she was just tossing my items aside with no care. If I really had no need for the items purchased today I would not even bothered walking in.

Best place for fish lovers in Chino valley.

Very poor management. Dirty place, wet slippery floor, I saw customer falling on the ground..Dont ever try to use their bathroom!

Ordered the hot plate 3 dishes here.The food is passable, but very iffy. Probably wouldnt order the hot plate food here again. The portion they give is very generous and the pricing is fair though.

Honestly a great place to shop. Youre gonna find stuff here you cant find in a 10 mile radius. It is hectic when theres a lot of people there, though. My only issue is the fish mongers are a little lazy and the people never want to talk to you to help you. Work on informing the markets and improve your customer service.

We come here from time to time because the fish quality is good and they offer cutting services for it.There is also a wide variety of popular Asian vegetables available to chose from.They need to get better plastic bags for vegetables, they were a disaster to open up as we took them off the dispenser.Hint: slide bag back and forth between hands to open it up.

Great Asian grocery store. Very clean and well organized. Staff are helpful, will be certain to return again in the future. Easy to get to, though will have to watch out for people walking about in the parking area. Parking, entrance, checkout, and aisles are accessible.

Love shopping here in this complex. Theres omomo, costco, and other amazing places nearby.99 Ranch has all your exotic grocery needs if something like Stater Bros. doesnt have it. Downside is that some items may be a bit overpriced than a local asian mom and pop store. If you like fish cakes or fish balls, theyre all tasty and can be located in the back aisle near all the milk and juices. The fish ball w/ pork caters to the American palette if you want to share with your friends.

Last 5 visits, I waited over 1 hour for fried fish or for the fish to be cleaned. All workers walk by and ignore you. Piles of fried fish are being abandoned due to the long wait. Store manager needs to do their job!!

Went grocery shopping 6 pm 12/08/2019 Sunday night. Must have been a good day for 99 Ranch because half of the veggie shelves are empty. I guess the manager assumed that whoever came to the store at this time should be happy with whatever is left.Don’t be too complacent, Ranch 99. I happened to go shopping at H Mart 8 pm 12/07/2019 Saturday night too. Their store is well stocked with fresh vegetables, showing that they respect and welcome their customers.H Mart will be my go-to Asian grocery store from now on.

Eh. Its okay. But there are only a few asian stores in chino/chino hills. So it will have to do. Prices are higher here compared to stores in the San Gabriel area.

Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is non-existent. Cashier manager made me show ID for debit purchase and then wanted to see if my card number matched up with receipt. Since when is that a policy?!?Seemed like she was profiling me & thought because I had tattoos, that automatically made me a thief or that my card was fraudulent.She was saying negative stuff about me in Mandarin to other employees right in front of me. Im sure she was thinking I didnt understand. Surprise, I speak Chinese too.Will never come back here, Ill go to the Corona store instead where they dont treat customers like criminals & appreciate my business.

Very bad market place dishonest ! today I pick two live dungeness crab by myself. Later on I got home I find out that my personal pick was swap to two bad crab. Missing 3 large legs and cut it open smell so awful. Those crab has been starving for 3 weeks. It cost $44.75 -inv#00318847-trs#318890.Second cheating again ! I brought whole roasted duck - but missing part leg thinghs .-inv#00124694=trs#124713. Management check your camera find out why that happen and make correction immediately.

Online order pick up time 5-6pm and when I got here the staff says need 45 mins to 1 hr to make my order ready！ What the H then why you let me come in between 5 and 6. If there is another Asian market nearby I would definately not shop in 99 ranch market. groceries not fresh and service sucks ... if I could put 0 star then I would be very happy to do so.

I have bought stuff here before that was expired. Today I bought some noodles only to realize its got white and blue mold on it after getting home. This place is a joke. American supermarkets put things on sale during holidays, this place jack up the prices instead.

Place where you will get variety of fish and vegetables

Hard to beat the selection at any 99 ranch market. This locale is no exception. Basic but tasty food court. Standard meat/butcher counter with live seafood options. Wish there was more demand here for better quality fish. Lots of farm raised seafood from non ethical sources but thats still the norm. Good produce variety but again not many organic options. Overall a positive experience.

I love it. No one can make a perfect Chinese dinner without the grocery store.

Ive been shopping at this store for years and love the selections. However I recently fell and broke a hip and now need a walker to get around. They dont have handicap carts available and I cant push a regular cart around the store. Im so disappointed because now I cant shop there until my hip is stronger and they have lobster on sale this weekend. Now I cant buy a lobster because I cant get to the back of the store with my walker.

A good grocery store with plenty of options. A bakery and a tea spot is integrated into it. Fresh seafood in the back and all of the oriental ingredients you could ever ask for

Try to avoid the weekends. They get very busy and you start to feel cramped. Other than that is a good store for asian products. I like their pre packaged food for a quick dinner.

Great place! One of the larger Ranch 99 Markets Ive been to, which is wonderful because they have more to offer, including a sushi bar.

It is the only 99 Rach Market that I visited that are cooking crabs and lobsters.

They controlled all the customers followed the line they made which is very good during the covid19 period

The store is clean. Food, fruit, and vegetables are on an expensive side. Go to Hawaii or Sun Fat.

This is a pleasant, clean 99 Ranch - I generally enjoy the experience offered by this chain! There is a fun prepared food area - try the Ren Bing! I thought it was unique and delicious! Also, I was there on a Sunday, and there were several (at least five) sample stations. Who doesnt enjoy grocery store sampling!

Best supermarket! Has everything I could ever hope for and more and the price s arent bad at all. Their live fish market is impressive too. I do wish that the dining area would offer a couple more vegan/vegitarian options though.

These stores are great! Geared toward Asian cuisine, they are best for fresh produce, meat, and fish, too. Dont be put off by the whole fish, the price includes them cutting it any way you want. Always clean and orderly.

99 Ranch Market, in my opinion, has best variety of Asian grocery. We always shop there for our grocery need. However, they shall improve the overall cleaness. For example: the floor.

There are so many interesting things to try. The produce is beautiful and there are numerous varieties, many of which Ive never tried. Its an interesting place. The citrus I bought looked better than it tasted. It was a bit dry inside, not juicy.

I go here for the sushi! Its always fresh and delicious. Best deal near my house! I love it
