This business has been a staple of Chillicothe, for over 36 years. The Owner, Geri Diehl, is very knowledgeable, caring, she will ship orders to the customer, patient, she goes the extra mile. She tries to always be lower prices than everyone else. 10 percent discounts for Seniors , all the time. There maybe special discounts if over 150 to 200 dollar order. Its beautifully decorated, pleasing to shop, all products are easy to find. She has natural Spices, different flour, cereal, juices . You can always call,ask if she has a certain item in stock. She will put it behind counter, or have it ready to go , prior knowledge of exact amount. I highly recommend this lovely business

This is a great place to get vitamins, teas, natural products (soap, deodorant, oils, etc), and food items. The owner will accept returns, but I think it’s only if the item hasn’t been opened yet. If you open something, you can’t return it because it’s now contaminated and can’t be resold. If you want to know if the product is returnable, just ask before you buy it. Understand that this is a small, local store and not a business like Walmart. If you have any allergies or concerns about a product, ask the owner! She’s worked there for 28 years now, so she knows what she’s talking about. Don’t ask her to break policy because she’ll stand her ground, but she’ll also go out of her way for you. If a product isn’t in stock, you can ask her to call you when it comes back in stock and she will reserve it for you. If she doesn’t carry something, but it’s from one of her suppliers, ask her to special order it for you and she will. She’s even gone as far as shipping items directly to someone’s house or delivering them by hand, in special cases. Her shop is located across from Yoctangee park about half a block down from Grandpa Joe’s candy store. She’s also outlived nearly every shop on Water and Paint street (for a reason!)

Well Jason, that is because an allergic reaction is not the store’s fault. It’s not even your mother’s. It just is. Your mother had no Right to believe a non-defective product should be accepted as a return. Also, as noted by another response, it is an open and unsealed container now. Your mother actually committed fraud by purchasing an item, using it, then cancelling a payment because she felt slighted. At least, judging by both of your actions, we can all be assured that you are actually her son.

I am laughing at ejasond31 review, who returns something of this type that they used part of? The store cant restock it and resale, if that was the case people could be exposed to the possibility of tampered product.I give the business a 5 star for having that policy.

Not my experience, but rather my moms. She went in there to buy a small bottle of Immune Wow Mushrooms in liquid form with a dropper. Apparently this place doesnt do refunds, because the lady there refused to perform one after my mom found that it made her stomach hurt, and her eyes itch. Looking on the internet, I found that the itching was a definite side effect. She only took a few drops twice, and told the lady what had happened, but she still refused, and was a smart-alek the whole time. My mom had to call her credit card company to tell them to halt payment on that item, and they did, as well as called the store. They told my mom to tell the lady to give her a refund. Later on, she did very reluctantly, and wouldnt even speak to my mom. Needless to say, my mom and I will not be going in there, and Im surprised that she has been in business for this amount of time.
