Great customer service

Great prices & good quality products, but the customer service here is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The employees always seem irritated if you ask them the slightest question or need their assistance. I once had a manager there make me wait over 25 minutes to return a couple of items then, after making me wait refused to do so, simply because it was a half an hour before closing. Straight B.S! 🤔😒😠

Love this family dollar. Employees are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and in order. Cant say that for the other family dollars in Chillicothe. This is the only family dollar i shop at! :)

Visited the Family Dollar on Western Ave. It was very neat and clean. The cashier was very friendly and efficient.

Love that they have special sailed all the time.

Easy in/easy out place to pick up a few items. Cleaner than most.

U save me time and money. I shop their because most all the little things I use daily u carry& prices are great.Thanks Neighbors..I dont have to go across town to get what Is needed.Saves on time..gas& $$ plus usaully bring a neighbor & we always find alittle extra goody or two.Thanks Lots
