Love my bracelet and charms my husband purchased for my anniversary. The bracelet needed to have links removed and the charms attached. The service is always quick and quality is great. Staff are always so kind and helpful.

Walking through the doors I was shocked to see Luke combs at the store!!! I thought it was awesome to have a celebrity there, turns out it was an awesome employee who not only is extremely knowledgeable at his craft but also he makes the customer feel like the one who is a celebrity!!!!! He was able to answer my question like a google search but added the personal touch you’d expect from a skilled salesman. The only things better than that his glorious red hair and beard was the customer service and amazing prices for all the fine merchandise!!!! Definitely has my business for life.

The sales person, Matt was awesome! He helped us find the perfect rings to be remarried to each other again! The staff was a perfect blend of helpfulness and love! Now why I only gave 4 stars is for the Goldsmith that had to resize our rings, it was fitting...yes per size I mind you. But the scuffs left by his laziness was a pure disappointment. This person is suppose to be a schooled Goldsmith, but the scuffs all over our rings were just unbelievable. Seriously his ring was so sharp it was of a cutting factor thank god when we remarried I did not cut him putting it on him. I would request this supposedly Goldsmith if buying from there, to do his/her job! Other than that I’d highly recommend Mees Jewelry.UPDATE 9-24-21 now that I’ve changed it to a 3 star given is because of this...the Goldsmith that resized our rings made it where you can NOT read what carat gold it is! Totally under high jeweler loop can not read it! It’s actually smeared as not to actually read it! This, if you choose to go there make sure you look closely before you leave! Customer service is excellent but check your rings before you leave!!! I/we love our rings we chose, but this person resized them with no polishing them, hence the scratches everywhere and stretched it so much as to not even see the gold carat worth on the rings it’s damaged goods at that point! Who does that?!?!?!

As an international customer visiting from Scotland, I was amazed by the absolutely fair prices for the incredible quality. Fantastic service! I was looking for a band to match my wedding ring; however, my wedding ring is oddly shaped and I was worried about finding a band that would fit nicely with it! My husband and I were greeted immediately upon walking into the store and helped! Although they were unsure of being able to find a band that would match my rings shape without customization, they were able to pull a few rings that they thought would work! Luckily, they did have a few that fit with the rings shape and I was able to walk out of the store with my ring in less than 20 minutes that was reasonably priced! Could not have hoped for better service and highly recommend Mees for any jewelry needs! Will come back!

We were treated like old friends the first time we walked through the door at Mees Jewelry! Everyone was very kind and helpful. All we ever need to do is say what we want to purchase. If resizing is an issue its no problem at Mees. They get it done quickly and efficiently. We go to Mees exclusively for all our jewelry needs since its such a positive experience.

If I could do 0 stars I absolutely would! I went to Mees today to see about upgrading my ring. (my original ring was bought else where) They took my ring to the back and said that it was NOT a real diamond and was likely CZ. I then informed them of the laser inscription on the diamond gridle, he said he didnt see one and then continued to look at it under magnification...after about 20 minutes he found the laser inscription and still said that it was fake. I was so upset and worried that I spent all this money on a fake ring so I decided to get another opinion. I went to EM Smiths and they had a certified gemologist look at it, it took him less that a minute to find the lasered number and after a thorough inspection he said 110% with out a doubt it is a real diamond, they also offered me more than what I had paid for the ring to do an upgrade if I wanted too. I was still a little worried after I left so I went for a 3rd opinion and stopped at Dixion jewelers in waverly, they had a GIA certified gemologist look at my ring and he said that it is 100% a diamond. I dont know what kind of scam they are running at Mees but I will NEVER give them my business. I hope that they educate their employees and get someone in there with more knowledge about diamonds.

I love walking into Mees Jewelry, being greeted by name and treated like they appreciate my business—no matter if it’s just a small repair or an inexpensive piece of jewelry. I had an “arthritic latch” put in my wedding band by a well known, established jewelry store in Columbus. It was expensive but ruined/cheapened the look of my ring. It didn’t stay latched from the beginning. They told me I shouldn’t wear my ring on a daily basis. It’s my wedding ring!!! After multiple, costly repairs and being without my ring for weeks, I stopped by Mees Jewelry. The Mees jeweler offered a much better option. My ring never left the store and was ready for me in a few days. I couldn’t be happier with the new latch. My ring looks like it did when it was placed on my finger the first time. The latch and band are virtually invisible and secure. I love the attention to detail, friendliness, skill of the jeweler and staff at Mees Jewelry! And the Mees jeweler said of course you can wear it everyday—it’s your wedding band!
