Its not even a freaking spirit halloween i drove over an hour for no freaking reason i am not happy at all.

It’s not even Spirit anymore… don’t waste your time. We drove an hour to get here and all we found was Gabes.

The store itself was very well setup into the different styles and categories of costume and decorations. From caricatures of our presidential candidates, to naughty nurse, all the way down to baby vampires and everything in between. The overall experience was quite nice and we were able to browse without interruption. All safety protocols in place for those that value others lives. The only thing that drops the overall rating is the price tag on the well made, but still nowhere near the asking price, of said holiday festivities.

Bought a costume in a sealed bag, when I opened the bag and took it out and saw that the costume was ripped. They refused to refund or exchange (all i wanted was to exchange for the exact same thing). The manager said there was no proof that it was ripped when purchased and she would not exchange it. This is ridiculous - I very seldom exchange items but have never been asked for proof that the manufacturer was at fault and not the customer. Never shopping here again - poor quality items that cant be exchanged and you cant try them on in the store.

Won’t go back to this store again! I would rather drive an hour to Columbus to go to the Spirit there. The Chillicothe location employees this morning we’re so rude and not one bit helpfully. They act like you are bothering them and wasting their time when you ask a question or for help. The one in Reylonsburg is way nicer and so helpfully. I will not ever go to the one in Chillicothe again.

I love halloween 🎃 they have about anything you want. It is a bit pricey but the kids love just checking it out

0 employees are wearing masks, over crowded, criminal prices. The employees have as much enthusiasm and will to live as the dead empty carcass building that Spirit Halloween seasonally wears the skin of.

Going to Spirit Halloween is one of the highlights of our year. We look forward to seeing the amazing setups.This year, however was extremely disappointing. Only one mildly neat setup in the front. The rest of the store is bare. Shelves are sporadically stocked. Selection of products lacking.We stood at the changing rooms for 20 minutes waiting on an associate. Eventually we just walked in.This is the first year (2018) that we will not be making a single purchase here. My husband went early in October and we thought maybe they were just getting set up. Nope. Two, almost 3 weeks later and it was just as bare. We went to Party City instead.I hope next year they find better employees to run the place. It was really upsetting after going in 5 years running to an amazing setup to be disappointed like this.
