I sent a private message a week ago but no reply so I’m posting my experience and sent message here.....Hello, I appreciate how much you tried to do in order to get all of the dresses to the girls on time. However, you have to know our experience due to the close call. My daughter only had 1 hr before she was to leave when the dress arrived so when she tried it on we were mainly focusing on the length to make sure she could walk. It honestly was too long but I didn’t want to make a fuss or make her any more anxious than she already was. I told her to just lift it when she walked. It bunched up in front of her and was bothersome all evening. That style of dress is not supposed to be like that with heals it should’ve touched but not bundled up on the floor in front of her like it did. This isn’t the main problem, the real problem was after the dress was dropped off I noticed the cup area of the dress was pouchy & looked empty. The seamstress was supposed to fix the chest area, and adjust it to fit her but she did not. She was so self conscience that she could not stop fooling with it to try to look better &actually left the dance early & cried because she was so embarrassed the dress didn’t fit her right. I hesitated to say anything to you or send this because I figure what can we do now, there was no time to fix it, so just let it go. But that isn’t fair to us or you as a business, you need to know. It was supposed to be done the day before, we were assured that it would be & if there was a problem it would be fixed. Instead we got it so last minute the day of prom we could do nothing but try to make it work. I do appreciate that this year was very difficult for you because of so many dresses being ordered at once but I just felt you needed to hear about our experience & how it truly affected her sr. prom.I unfortunately won’t be able to recommend the shop to anyone now.

Very nice place. Clothing is separated by color and size. Very easy to find what you are looking for which is a huge plus.

I went in there during one of their $1 sales today! I got so much stuff for less than $100!! I walked out with three bags and two nice purses. And the girls who work there were very helpful.

Great little shop of name brand clothes and shoes! Staff is very nice.Only thing I dont love is the accessibility for parking and getting into the parking lot. For being on the corner, it is easier to come from main Street and turn right, rather than left.

The prices arent that great, but they do have some nice things in there so the prices are justified at times. However, some of the staff are RUDE. They need to be taught some customer service lessons. Overall, I give four stars for inventory and one star for customer service.

My favorite consignment store. Always 2 color sales tickets discounted. One is 50% off & 2nd one is 75% off ticketed price. Clothes are organized by size & color which makes shopping so much easier. They give a reward coupon with receipt to spend on next visit within approximately 2 weeks time. I can usually get one or two items free when I return. Employees greet you & are very pleasant. Never a bad experience. I hope after covid19 virus they can return shopping carts which are very helpful.

I usually find somthing everytime i go. Cute stuff! Nice sales. Lousy music.

Beautiful dresses for great prices

I can only say enter parking lot from eastbound Main street. Ive personally seen two near collisions of ppl trying to cross Main St. to enter. Prices are not bad. Girls are helpful as well. There is a very good variety here, styles and sizes. I recommend often

I would give it a 3.5 out of 5. Its reasonably priced but the staff could have been more friendly and helpful. I would also suggest they invest in baskets or carts.

Fashion Exchange is most popular with teens and women under the age of 35. Im a plus size and have retired, so I have plenty of in style, beautiful professional clothing to consign. Unfortunately my pieces to consign are often turned away. The young staff saying they wont sell.

Nice mark downs on new or slightly used clothes or accessories. Friendly staff. I didnt like the music, but thats just my preference.

Clean and well kept store with friendly staff carrying quality clothing available for fair prices. Larger ladies sizes are also available. They usually have a few clearance racks at 75 percent off as well.

High priced hand me downs

Love their selections bought an under amour ball cap on black, trimmed in dark gray, & an under white tee shirt trimmed in gray, & a pair of charcoal-dark gray, old navy, skinny jeans...This goes with my under amour two-tone gray tennis shoes, & my white, & dark gray AE hoddie, & white AE ball cap, & my black Asics tennis shoes trimmed in dark gray...

Great clothes great way to get name brand clothing at reasonable prices. Excellent way to make extra money from using the consignment.
