Friendly people great prices.

Disappointed with their lack of service. First they called to reschedule the installation of our kitchen floor. We had already emptied the room and were ready. Then on the rescheduled date and time, they did not show up! After waiting about two hours for them, I called and cancelled everything. I thought we would be considered a valued customer since we had our house carpeted by them, plus our son also had his entire home done by them.Received a response from Chillicothe Carpet that they arrived and knocked on the door, but no one answered. This did NOT happen...my husband was home all day!

We have purchased flooring from Chillicothe carpet three different times and have been extremely pleased. This last time there was a mixup in the product we had ordered but they immediately made it right. Great customer service.

I bought composite flooring and carpet in 2013 and the transition strips broke. I went back to see if they could possibly have replacements. They didnt have any and didnt give any recommendations on where to find any. I went to one of the local competitors and they were very helpful as to where they might be found. If anyone needs transition straps, home depot is the place.

Installation was great, the selection and price were comparable, maybe a bit more than my friends paid at a store in Columbus. Everyone was friendly and helpful and it all went smoothly. They were short about 2 yards of carpet to finish my stairs and called immediately to fix the problem. Ill buy from them again.

Had a very good experience with Chillicothe carpet. The salesmen were helpful and took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the pricing and installation procedures. The installers were very thorough. The particular carpet I had them install was difficult to install on the stairs and the installer took extra time to make sure it was done correctly and did not charge me extra even though it took longer than expected.

Our home was flooded recently and they laid barnwood vinyl flooring in our entire home in 4 days! They worked hard. They were respectful and nice to be around and did a beautiful job! They know what theyre doing! I will definitely go back when we build a new home in the future!
