Wanted to check out a cologne but there was no testers and the employees were not much help (COVID I suspect 😂) .They socialized with one another the entire time I was in there.The store was clean but not much help in the way of servicing the customer - the only customer... me.Needless to say... after hearing rav reviews and watching different opinions on this cologne from YouTube, I bit the bullet and blindly bought it.I am glad I did but most importantly, that you had one left in stock. ITS ALL MINE!

The girls in thid store are phenomenal. They know there product very well.

I just wanted to say thank you to the young lady Kiara, I believe thats how her name is spelt. Anyways my mother was in the local hospital so I drove there from Florida leaving all my skincare home in a rush. With the climate being different my skin wasnt taking well, also my lips were cracking which didnt feel well and she knew just what to recommend in my situation. I will return in the future to that location if Im in town. Thanks again :)

I was the only one in Sephora for 5 minutes and I had to approach the staff that was standing in a group talking to ask for assistance. Then I couldn’t get samples of what skincare I needed because they didn’t want to open a new box of it. Not to mention the only word that was said to me the entire time I was talking to her was “okay”. Please restaff with people who actually know makeup and skin care and WANT to help people, instead of the ones you have now who would prefer to SIT and do their makeup at the mirror rather than their job.(Side note, I’ve been to many Sephora’s with awesome staff. Definitely not what is at this place😂😂)

I drove 40 minutes to this store and NO Jeffree Star products in sight...no tarte shape tape...i needed to restock on many things ($200 worth of product) and there was literally not one thing i needed in this store... what the heck?! i was also NEVER acknowledged by anyone. they just looked at me and continued talking with each other. not one word... i wont come back to this location. i had to go to Ulta and they dont carry all the things i needed in their stores.

I love going to sephora! I always find what I need, and the ladies who work there go above and beyond to help if I cant!

Love the variety and free samples. Staff are usually very friendly.
