Unfortunately they are carrying less and less yarn options. But store staff are amazing and have a clean store.

If you like crafting, especially sewing, then JOANN Fabrics is the place for you. It’s also a great place to start if you are just learning to craft. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program and check out their website. They offer lots of free how-to’s. Want to take a class? They have those, too, in a variety of price ranges. If you need an extra skein of yarn, there’s a possibility they will not have it in stock, but talk to the staff. They have always tried their best to find what I need at other stores. Overall - great 👍 and I recommend!

Expensive... but has a large selection. If you need fabric its a good choice.

If you want fleece this is your store. Half the fabric seemed to be fleece.It is a smaller, old style layout. The employees were friendly, the selection was lacking.

I am very disappointed that they have done away with almost all of the scrapbook supplies. I used to love to go in there specifically for that reason, but now that there are barely any scrapbook supplies there, I doubt that I will be visiting again anytime soon.

Horrendous stench of something garlic permeated the entire store. Gag-worthy!A few customers, including me, were wandering around confused by yet another revamp. Not only did no employee offer help, I witnessed one turn her back when she heard an older woman say she couldnt find anything.Stock was abominably low.I could have written this visit off as an anomaly had I not been loudly criticized by a manager in the past. (Apparently, I came in too frequently during a particularly productive time in my life.)My grandson would like to choose character fabrics for me to make into masks for him. However, almost vomiting into my mask during the last visit (That stench!) made me decide to avoid this particular store no matter how far I have to drive to find a fabric store with a congenial atmosphere and helpful employees.Avoid this store!

Went here looking for vinyl for my circut. Boy I was disappointed in the inventory they had. Most of the shelves where empty and workers was clueless on when they would get more in. For a craft store they had 6 colors of glitter to pick from. Store is very crowded with shelves going every way possible. Its like walking in a corn maze. Checkout is surrounded by more products. U can see checkout as u walk in but have to really hunt to get to it when checking out due to shelves of stuff going every which way.

Just picked up more pieces to the cricut. I had never been inside any of there locations before but the young lady came out from behind the desk and took me right where I needed to be and made the visit quick and painless. Cricut stuff seems to be a hot item right now. Im glad they had what I needed in stock.

Painfully slow cutting counter, minimal selection. Last time I was in I couldnt tell if there was a serious gas leak or if it was just the way the store smells. Theres also barely any walking space anywhere in the store. A lot of these problems arent the fault of the employees, they are fine, but whoever owns the store has some MAJOR work they need to do.

I had the misfortune of going to Joanns Saturday. Youre supposed to ring a buzzer for entry I could not see it because its on the Side of doorframe. The manager, Lyn, did not make eye contact with me, so I thought she didnt hear me. By the time she came to the door, she said I wasnt welcomed shoving her name badge in my faceShe shut the door in my face and told someone to call 911! She is less than managerial material. my mom has been a customer of Joanns since I was in elementary Im now in my 50s. Some people cant handle authority. LYN IS ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE. Ill NEVER set foot in that store again

Was closed the one day that I needed it because of a gas leak. Not entirely sure what happened 😕

The store is way too small. Ive been shopping there for almost 50 years. I am now riding a mobility scooter, a small 3 wheel, and its very difficult to even get through the front double doors. Once inside, there are racks about 15 inches from the zippers and bias tape. Its this way all the time. There is no way for me to get to these items. The roof leaks constantly. There are often big sheets of plastic funneling water from the ceiling to huge garbage cans between the isles. To the company, I think your faithful customers deserve better.Your employees are excellent and I love the coupons but your store needs to make some major improvements.

Its been many years since Ive been in a Jo-Ann store. I took my youngest daughter and while their selections were great I think the prices are a bit too high. We were shopping particularly for crocheting supplies (yarn, crochet hooks, stitch markers, etc.). The staff was polite & greeted us upon arriving at check out. I only seen 1 other person in the whole entire store while we were there ( we were there only 1 hour or so). So they arent busy at all.

Chillicothe has the best store and amazing respectful employees. Always in tuned to help with every craft need I have. Also some have some really great ideas for new crafts just ask.

The employees in there are so knowledgable about the stock when i have questions and are super helpful and easy conversationalists when you have to wait for things like fabric cuts. the line can get a little long, but the service is always top notch and Im easily distracted so I cant completely complain about wait times.Check prices though. I went in for 1 thing which was in stock but was way over priced. i ordered it for $20 cheaper on amazon with 2 day shipping. I guess they know they can get away with it because theyre the only store in town with certain niche items. The rest of the serv8ce made up for that, honestly.

Customer service couldnt be better!! Due to the size of this location they do not carry framing supplies. Equally, They do not have the staff to work on remnants so they do not have those either. Other than that it would be a 5.
