We were looking for a shop that had good ratings and this shop didn’t disappoint!! Upon taking my car in I spoke to Jason and he was professional and made the process easy. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. First auto damage claim Ive ever had to file and Jason at Perfection One made it very easy and a learning experience. I didnt know much about what to do but he explained everything so well that next time Ill know much more of what to do to make things go along faster. The repair was great cant even tell there was ever any damage done. Highly recommended and will definitely go back if I ever need anymore service.

Dealing with perfection One made gettimg in an accident a little less painful. They were easy to deal with and handled all logistics with the rental company as well as communications with the insurance company and got me back in my vehicle with as little hassle possible.

My car wasnt completely buffed out when I was told it was ready. I had to wait. Life time warranty is a joke. My other car was repaired by them and they wont honor the warranty.
