I grew up on this ice cream and honestly never had anything better. I drive 90 minutes round trip just for this experience. Great owners and staff. I love the moose tracks and Cookie Monster but all flavors are great. The food is amazing too! Truly a one stop shop and perfect for people of all ages. Truly a staple in the community. Perfect treat!

Best ice around. My favorite flavor with the hard ice is their lemon meringue pic.. their soft serve beats Dairy Queens. I also sen they sell burgers,fries a nd hot dogs. Have not tasted them yet.

Mr. Cone… Where to begin. I got the pistachio myself and beside the slight artificial taste I loved it. The thickness and sprinkles hit the spot. My friends got chocolate vanilla swirls with a chocolate dip. And although I can’t speak to their experience, I couldn’t help but notice how quickly the dip was melting and just how messy their hands got. Nothing a little hand sanitizer couldn’t fix. The music featured Lincoln Park and fit the vibes of the atmosphere quite well. Highly recommend if driving along the Mass Pike xoxo

Best quality soft serve in the area. Perfect thickness. Their pistachio is delicious. The overall atmosphere could use a face lift.

Soft serve is great! Its always rich in flavor (whichever you choose) and its very cold, thick and creamy. The downside is that they dont offer a whole lot of different flavors. The hard serve is good also, but again, not enough choices.

Kids there need to take the time to learn how to make an ice cream cone some of them just rush I got a soft cone the other day it look like a cow patty half off the cone

The ice cream taste great, the staff were respectful and had good customer service. The pricing is great for the serving size.

My kids love it here, there 1st choice in town. Blue Goo is a favorite, glad its here used to only be able to get this at the beach

I love this place, great place for a quick stop. There is one girl who seems like shes sick of her job but the great selection they have kinda makes up for her rudeness.

Very upsetting my family & I been going here for 3yrs now today was our last the young girl was very rude and over charged me when I asked to speak to a manager I was told no!! I’m so upset being our grand child loved it here!!

First time there; definitely good. Seems to be really popular, was there at 9pm and the lot was packed still.My husband swears by Rogers in Chicopee & even he said he had to give props to them.

Mint Explosion......Yum...pieces of dark chocolate the size of Razzles candies in just about every bite, veins of fudge and a nice minty ice cream. A small was probably double what I would have served myself, great portions, great prices, fairly fast service...well recommended!

Helen Keller could make better ice cream. For how expensive this place is they sure are cheap on the toppings. The girls working also dont pay attention and cause many many mistakes. Take your $15 for two ice creams elsewhere.

No line at Mr Cone when the line at Dairy Queen was out into the street! I guess people are just too lazy to get out of their car. The ice cream and prices are excellent. Only tried Dairy Queen first because it was closer... Never again.

Very rude girl taking orders tonight at the window. I wanted a black raspberry pistachio twist. We dont have black raspberry, she says in an accusing tone, like I really shouldve known that before ordering. Couldnt look and see what else I wanted because I was rushed by rolling of the eyes and scoffs. Same with my friend who was with me. We both had to settle on something quickly without being able to take the time to look. There was also no line behind us, so theres no reason for the attitude. In addition, the place smells like rancid trash, tables were filthy, and couldnt even throw away our cups because the trash was full. Better off going to DQ and waiting in a long line fifteen minutes for ice cream!

Yesterday May 22nd, i arrived at mr cone, to just get two simple orders ( Vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles). Usually they are on top of orders and give them right away according to the order they got them in. The person behind us ordered about 6 complicated ice creams and got there’s first when they ordered after us. The worker asked us if we had the two vanillas with sprinkles and we said yes. When she handed them to me, it was handed very rudely with attitude.Not sure if it was the type of day but this should not be the issue if it wasn’t her day. Always treat your customers nicely. Hope they fix this issue.

Really great soft serve! Larger than usual sizes. Nice little area of Grattan street with multiple tables outside with umbrellas shading you from the Sun. Great place to bring the kids for ice cream in the summer

I spent so many summers at this stop. Brought my husband to experience for himself. He had a soft serve waffle cone. I had the classic black raspberry soft serve on a small cone, still as great as my childhood!

Mr Cone takes off where Tasty Freeze left. It was a long time for another fine establishment to move in and took over our childhood ice cream shop! Many have tried but failed. Then Mr Cone took over. After the first summer they opened we knew they were going to be back next year, and more! They did indeed. Serving soft serve that matches and beats other local competitors in the area. Its the friendly staff and the owner that makes Mr Cone what it today! Awesome!

Nothing very special. I felt very rushed to make a decision (it wasnt terribly busy at the time). the ice cream was alright, they do however have many selections to choose from if your looking for a variety

Good ice cream reasonably priced but it was our first time there driving 25 minutes to try it and had terrible customer service from the girl waiting on us. Rushed us and kept asking are you done now. Because of that, well be going elsewhere. Even my kids asked after why the girl was so mean.

Stopped coming here years ago because how dirty it was. Figured during covid-19 itd finally be clean. I guess if the rain doesnt clean it then it doesnt get cleaned. Average ice cream with gangsta rap playing nonstop. Next

Quick, friendly service, and a lot of outdoor seating makes this place great! Plenty of Tons of hard and soft ice cream flavors, dips and topping choices! Smoothies are really gret, and there is a wide variety of flavors to chose from. We love the hotdogs, chicken, burgers and fries! Its a favorite in this town!

The last time I had ice cream here it litterally tasted like nail polish. Not just mine, my wife and my kids too... Maybe theyve gotten better. I hope so, because I used to love it.

Mr Cone offers custard based soft serve ice cream from your typical ice cream machine that can add ~24 flavors when its served. Ultimately, you can get this soft serve from almost any other stand that serves soft serve ice cream. The parking is very limited and inconvenient, and its located right on a very busy road. If you sit to eat your ice cream you have to shout over the constant traffic to hear the person next to you.

I grew up just around the corner from Mr. Cone and I have nothing but fond memories of the place. The ice cream is always perfectly prepared in a timely manner, the workers are always nice, the prices are fair, and the food is good. I couldnt ask more of a quaint little corner store that you dont see much of any more, and that the world could use more of.

Well they have excellent ice cream and great size portions. Root beer floats yum. Chocolate hard dip you can get on your ice cream . Everybody goes here if you go ,your bound to meet up with friends that you havent seen in a while as well as friends you have. The parking lot is always full. But there is still plenty of parking on the side streets. So do go youll love it. Oh yes and I forgot they have ice cream for your doggys too.
