Drove 40 min to go to store. Web page said 10 am. Door said 11 am, it was Friday morning and after 11am, 6 cars waiting and all left. No one showed to open store. No one answered the phone and voice mail was full. This was our second attempt and both times they never opened. They deserve to close!!!!!

I should have read the reviews!! I lived around the corner from this place my whole life and never thought twice about using them as a company. I never heard anything. I am going on 8 months since my items have been sold and I still do not have my measly little check!! I called BBB and at this point I am just waiting. I think Vanguard sold my items for way more money than they say they did. They have crap in the warehouse that is priced more than my year old furniture. TOTAL SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!! I wish I could picket outside the warehouse.

SCAM ARTISTS! Do not deal with this company. Ron the owner is mentally ill. He assaulted me and then called the cops and said a customer was trying to rob him! He sold 2 rooms of my furniture and it took 6 months and dozens of calls and visits to finally get paid. Scary dude. Horrible business. Im calling the Attorney Generals office asap. This business must be shut down!!! Stay AWAY! Sickos.

Again, like others have said, I should read the reviews! If youre reading this, BE FOREWARNED! I wish I had never gone to this place! ALL theses reviews are TRUE! Ron, the owner, is extremely unprofessional, and as two-faced as can be. I agree with the poster who said he has mental issues. I think he is mentally ill, too. I think he is the one who gave me empty promises (LIES), then swore hed never say that. I too wish I had given the furniture to charity, as others here posted!Im not giving up on getting my money, but I think Ive been SCAMMED and will probably never get any money. I also plan to contact the BBB and the Attorney General. This place should be put OUT of business! Do NOT patronize them, or you will get scammed out of your furniture and your money! Think about giving it to charity. Theyll probably pick it up at no charge, too!

This is the worst experience I have had with ANY business. There is absolutely no accountability from the owner (Ron). He is extremely unprofessional and threatened to put my furniture out in the street when I challenged him on his lack of ability to get back to me. On average you can expect to call 5 to 7 times before receiving a call back. My contract has been up for over a week and all I am trying to do at this point is get the money owed to me. He refused to give it to me in person. Said he could ONLY send by mail. When I called the local court to file a complaint they said there were many other consumer complaints about this business. Save yourself the headache; If you can find any other way to get rid of your furniture, including Craigs list, it would definately be the better alternative.

I have been a repeated customer over 18 years I just paid a 1000.00 and one item that I bought came with a newer twin mattress which they have to someone else and was suppose to order me one to replace it. They played around with this for over a month just to tell me it was their mistake and oh by the way I have to pay them to actually replace my twin mattress that came with the daybed. I was like you have to be kidding me this is how you treat your customers? Never again this father and son team care nothing about their customers. I am saddened to experience this and will never return. Hopefully someone will read this and not ignore their bad ratings.

They are thieves. They took advantage of me during a time I was extremely. Picked up expensive furniture and stole it. Ducked me and made excuses after 2 months. Then sent me a check for 35 dollars. The furniture was worth over 3k. Avoid them at all cost.

VERY NICE AND LOTS OF SELECTIONS
