Stopped in after running some errands. My wife opted for the Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade and a slice of lemon bread. I and my niece opted for the Carmel Crunch Frappes. I also tried the Pumpkin Bread. Everything was enjoyable. The staff were courteous and professional and do a great job!!located at 620 Memorial Drive (RT 33) in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Absolutely Terrible. Placed a mobile order at 10:22 am. Didnt get my order till 10:56 am. Will Never go back. Absolutely no reason for having to wait that long. The entire line inside who hadnt even ordered yet got theirs before mine.

Had to wait for 25 minutes and then been told that they out of EarlGrey teabags. While standing in drive-thru, inside they had fun and laughing, while i was late and waiting for 2 drinks. If you value your time, its faster to go to Westfield or West Springfield.

Baristas are miserable here. They made me 2 sloppy sandwiches and did not make my drinks correctly. I asked if they are having a bad day and all I got was attitude and eye rolls. The second sandwich bread they toasted so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. What a lovely way to upset a pregnant women in the morning. Would not recommend this location.

Similar to the current design of Starbucks stores. The location has a drive thru, and decent a amount of parking spots. You must enter from memorial drive at the BJs entrance.

They cant do a sausage and bacon Cresent because they said the sandwiches are pre-made. They told me I would have to be charged for two sandwiches.A million dollar company cant afford to make me a sandwich?

Clean Cafe. Wait times are slightly longer than other Starbucks locations and they did not take names adding to the confusion for patrons. However drinks qere spot on and tasted fresh.

Ive been going to the Starbucks in Chicopee at across from the Walmart for ever and I have never not once ever had a bad experience the staff is awesome theyre good with making the drinks the food always comes out perfect the music is great the seating is comfortable I could want for no more

The worst, I ordered a cold brew with caramel drizzle and cinnamon crunch, it was disgusting. It had no caramel drizzle, no cinnamon crunch and when I asked about my order they admitted to giving me a bad batch of coffee. Not only did I get old coffee, they messed up my order. I will never go there again.

This is my favorite go to Starbucks. The staff is amazingly friendly under the stress of working in such a fast paced and busy work environment. Great coffee, teas, smoothies etc. as expected.Their mobile order service is great. I use it all the time and my orders are always ready when I show up. The baristas and servers are all attentive and professional.They have great breakfast sandwiches. I love the reduced fat Turkey bacon sandwich with cage free egg whites. Its only 210 calories and delicious. I try to start every day here. They also have drive through service but I like to use my Starbucks mobile app to order then pick up quickly. They also have nice indoor and outdoor seating.

The first time was great!! But ever since I started going they been messing up my order and forgetting them as well. I dont blame them since star bucks is always full/busy and with all this corona stuff going around they are low in staff and with many newbies.

Manager and employee took out 9 bags of trash with no gloves then enter the front door of store touching the door handle with dirty germs and trash hands. Then walk through the establishment and touch only God knows what before washing hands. If they even did that. Coffee was sloppy Carmel on the outside of the cup. So not happy.

Our mobile app order never went through completely, it was missing 3 drinks when we arrived, so we ordered 3 inside, and the counter employee entered our order wrong again... all of 20 minutes waiting to have a drink missing....

It was my birthday when i went to the place. The drink was actually good and the birthday cake pop was delicious. Though expensive it was still a good birthday present for me.

I love this place! One of the best places to get work done while also being in a positive environment. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. They are more than happy to remake a drink if its not correct (which is a very rare occurrence). Definitely a go to spot!

Always love them no matter which one I visit. Having a gluten allergy limits what I can purchase but they make my drinks the way I like them.

Always the best Green tea latte with 2 pumps of toffee nut, with almond milk....iced and shaken well equals a great afternoon pick me up. But, hot or cold mt favorite. Have a piece of their banana nut bread ..warmed..for s lunchtime treat!

The crew working there flows really well and gets you in and out quickly. Theyre polite and helpful and everything tastes delicious. I recommend the double smoked bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and the blueberry and yogurt muffin (warmed up, of course.)

What can you say that already hasnt been said about Starbucks. They make coffee for coffee drinkers and not for the tasteless hot water crowd. IMHO, they have too many sweet foo-foo drinks, but whatever they do, they dont well.

Ive had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting.

I went to Starbucks in Chicopee with my friend and I got a medium guava juice and it was very good and the service was very good and the employees did a very good job with taking my order and I would go back their again and I would recommend Starbucks in Chicopee to everyone to go to.

The lady in drive through was really nice. I messed up ordering my drink and the girl was nice and made me the correct one. She was so nice I did get them both because I felt bad she made both. I did give a tip, too. The drinks were awesome white chocolate peppermint latte with coconut milk and white chocolate peppermint frappe with coconut milk.

This store is always fast, and my order is correct!

They switched their hours and were only open until 5. Arrived at the drive thru at 5 and was 5:01 when I wanted to place my order and the guy said no. Horrible customer service. I use to work at GNC and I would always cater to people even if they arrived 5 minutes late.

Theres staffs are always helpful and friendly no matter what location you go to there is always a good experience. I do think they need to make more register stands because the lines sometimes add up and who wants to wait for a long period of time.

They always make my coffee right, but this is the only Starbucks I have to wait 5-10 minutes to give my order. Not wait in line, but to place my order. Almost every time. They are also constantly out of items or drinks. A little sign would go a long way.

I just visited this store over the weekend which is where I go must of the time and noticed that while they are innovating and staying with modern times by having kiosk for quick ordering,they have lost focus on what matters the most,,,, taking care of the customers that are in front of you that just want to order their food and not wait for people outside that have placed the order online being served first than you

My daughter loves this place. The people that work here are great they will help u figure out what u want if ur not sure and make it anyway you want. They even have a pupacino for free for ur dog which is just whipped cream which I think is awesome. Just on the expensive side especially compared to dunkin but the quality is way better
