Metro Jeep and Steve Longey get top marks in my book. I ordered a Wrangler from them (during the chip shortage of 2021!) and Steve made the process super smooth and easy. Steve is a great communicator and stayed in touch with me before and after my Jeep was built and delivered to ensure I was completely satisfied. There was even a really weird issue that happened while it was on the car carrier from the factory that caused some specks to form on the paint. It wasn’t immediately noticeable but Steve and the service department called it out to me and assured me that they would make the paint like factory new. They worked hard to get this done as the specks turned out to be more difficult to get out than expected. Spectacular service as it turned out and when I’m ready for another new Jeep I will be back. Can’t recommend them enough!

The service advisor Orlando was not a customer service friendly couldn’t grab a tech for less then a minute just to tell me what is a thing on my truck so I can get the right thing to change my light bulb instead he wanted me to pay them what ever the rate was just to change the light bulb is he nuts or what needless to say I will never bring my truck to metro service department again I would rather drive 100 miles away then to go there they lost my service business and probably people that I know once I tell them about it at the end they are just clips that is there I just didn’t want to break something I just thought that they would take less than a minute to tell me but I guess money is to important to them instead of a happy customer

I had issues with my brand new Jeep ( 6 months old) that I bought at a different dealer. There was a recall on it and the dealer did not handle it correctly. Fast forward to the week before Thanksgiving, brand new Jeep, 11k on it and the clutch is gone!!! Get it towed it and Izzy, from Metro, kept me aware of all the work, the entire time. Izzy was polite, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service! The dealer need a level 3 mechanic to fix this issue, to the mechanic, thank you. Ill be a customer for life!

I paid them $300 for a lousy diagnostic job of the right door and the auxiliary fuel pump condition,,,They kept stringing me on for cost for a wiring job for the temperature control system monitor,, on top of that I asked them to look at my door which the window broke from the mechanism inside the door and I provided the thick plastic for them to put it over the window and they did not put it on and let it rain in my car and fill the right side of my car up with water,,omg!! Negligence and confidence and thieves,!!! And they refuse to take responsibility for it too!!! I called the corporate office to complain and I might just file a lawsuit against them,!! Please go somewhere else,

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to the service department, and in particular, the Service Manager, Felicia Barr and Service Coordinator, Jon Robicheau. I recently brought in my leased Jeep Grand Cherokee for some repairs and both Felicia and Jon went out of their way to give me honest diagnoses’ and incredible customer service. One of the issues needing repair was my radio, which they had to order custom from the factory. Jon was in constant communication with me the entire time about where the radio was and when it was expected to get there. When i had to bring it back in to get installed, they accommodated me right away and got my car in to get the repairs done. Anytime you deal with dealerships and service departments, you worry that they’re not being truthful or giving you the runaround but I’ve never once had a bad experience at Metro. And this particular experience will be the reason I buy my next car from them and the reason I’ll continue to spread the word about how great this service department is.

I will never buy another car from here and recommend people stay away as well. They sell a lot of cars that were in accidents prior.. I bought a used 2017 grand cherokee from them. I was told there were no accidents reported and everything was clean. Well when I went to change my headlights (requires taking down the whole bumper to get them out) I noticed my radiator was pushed in. I called and was told again that my car was never in an accident and I probably hit something. I let that go and was going to replace it by myself. Then fast forward a year and a half after finding that. I got my car detailed at a shop. They buffed it, waxed it, etc. Well it made the problem more visible that my rear bumper is peeling the clear coat. Looking further into it, I have tail lights from 2014. There is no Vin label on my trunk (unless replaced would have it). Then looking underneath, my bumper isnt even connected to the frame! I spoke to the general manager Mike and its been over a week and have gotten no where. I spoke to a sales guy who tried to help but made me even more aggravated because he is telling me about all these cars that have been in accidents before that they sell. I pulled a car fax because of the damage on my car and there was an accident previously. I could not be anymore upset than I am at this moment

Talk about team work. With chatting with the I.T tech to salesperson to the financial person the whole crew worked as a team. The first salesman I worked with was awesome 😎 you need more employees like him. On my next visit I worked Marlon help closed the deal.. to getting me my truck, payments, last minute touches.. talk about happy customer... this is my second vehicle I’ve bought from them and I’m loving it.. wonderful team work... you guys should be very happy you have a great team working with you..

I will never be using this dealership to service my Jeep again. I bought here just under two years ago. I have been telling them since my first oil change something was wrong with the clock and radio. I was told I need to call for it to get fixed (uhm isn’t that what the service is for?) most recently I brought my car in and, because I was unable to make it back to the dealership before they closed, I asked them to leave my key locked in the vehicle. I showed up to pick up my car after 730pm, my car was unlocked, no key inside and wasn’t even parked on the dealership lot. I called the next day to speak to the supervisor, Felicia? She was extremely confrontational when I tried to explain why I was upset. She wouldn’t let me speak and continued to speak over me after asking her numerous times to listen to what I was trying to tell her until I yelled at her. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere.BYE FELICIA.EDIT!!! I took my Jeep elsewhere, who informed me that the previous dealer who did recall work on my Jeep did it incorrectly and THATS the issue with my Jeep. This hassle all could have been avoided if it was done properly the first time. GREAT JOB METRO!!!

One star is generous with the service I received or lack of. I saw a car on there web site that I liked so I went to check it out. It was what I needed at a price I was comfortable with. I put a deposit on the car and went back the next day with the documents they needed. May I add the car I was looking at was listed for just under $7500. I had been pre-qualified by my credit card company, not once did they ask for the reference number, I told him several times I had it, I was told my credit was denied but yet when I mentioned putting down a bigger down payment he starts trying to sell me cars that were listed at $11.000-$14,000 even after I told him I was not going above $10,000. After reading some of the reviews I also realized theyre listing cars for sale when they dont have title in hand as they had told me that one also, they said it would be 2 weeks to get the title. Then I was told if I traded in our current car I would need $1050 for the down payment or $1800 without, then it was $2000 without the trade, and then it was $2000 with the trade. I got up and walked out. I would avoid this place at all cost, its not worth it. The worst part is even after I walked out, they were still running credit checks and trying to get approval for more then I needed, not just a couple hundred, almost $1000 of the list price of the car, they didnt subtract what I told them I would put down, and they were running my credit the day after I walked out. If you must go here, be careful, try and avoid if possible.

I purchased a used Compass and bought the extended warranty and service package. The sales team did a great job, the service has been awful. I have had an issue each time it went in for an oil change. A wrong sized wiper was installed and they wanted $250 to diagnose the issue (again it was the wrong size). Rotated a brand new tire upfront with a used one and had to take the car to get the front end aligned somewhere else. Again, great sales team but worst service experience ever. Service manager does not return calls.

The positives: Very pleasant sales staff and quick to respond to questions and set up a test drive.Negative: Vehicle condition online appear over stated to the positive vs reality.Our experience: We set up a test drive as the dealership was a little more than an hour away - the vehicle looked clean but failed to start and little things such a damage to front bumper etc. wasnt disclosed during initial call. Staff did try to make it right but as the car had already been through their service Dept. And still failed to start we walked from the deal.

Come in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a noise checked out thats coming from underneath my Jeep Renegade. Quoted $267.00 right away!!! An hour and a half later...still waiting. I had plenty of time to call another Jeep dealership for a quote on an oil change and tire Rotation. Definitely way over priced here!! I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone!!

Every time I come to Metro the service Department staff is such a delight to work with. They are all so kind and willing to help. Usually my service advisor is Izzy and he is always fantastic and helpful. It is a great team and they always seem to put their customers first. Also, the driver Richie is so kind as well and always gives me a ride home or to work when my car needs to be at Metro longer. I always have a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

The worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. It’s been 50 days, and I still don’t have the truck back I purchased from them. They misrepresented vehicles, the spewed miss information every chance they had. While having my vehicle in order to fix it they damaged the front bumper and tried to blame the damage on me. The first truck I bought, had to be returned because I couldn’t register it due to the fact there was an issue with the odometer, it seemed like someone rolled it back and it couldn’t be registered. And yet they felt no responsibility.Never.

If this was my deal I would have canceled it and walked away but my daughter wants her car so lets hope they deliver it. I would give no stars.

It was a straight forward deal with full disclosure and no negative surprises. The financial guy was also quick and efficient with a no pressure approach. Over the years my wife has purchased 6 new cars from Bertera Auto Group. On 10/31 my wife and I had been approved for financing, signed the loan agreement, all other paperwork and took the car home. A week later we get a call telling us there was a problem because she put my income as supplemental to hers. The salesman told her that she cannot use my income because, “your husband could leave you at any time. At first we thought this was a spot delivery scam, it wasn’t. They placed the blame on my wife for an “error” in the application. In the following week they made enough hard inquires into my wife’s credit that it dropped her score twenty points. They finally admitted the initial application error was, in fact, their own fault. After we told them we spoke to lawyers, they threatened to charge my wife with fraud for adding my income. I don’t know in what world adding a spouse’s income as additional income is fraud. So we had to return the car after they made mistakes, blamed us for those and then threaten my wife with fraud for their incompetence. These are the type of people who give dealerships a bad name. My wife is a breast cancer survivor trying to reestablish her credit and these people harmed her credit by twenty points and blamed her for it even though they knew it was their own unethical business practices and behavior.

My wife and I test drove a Charger last weekend. Marlon was easy going and fun to work with. We called for an appointment and the car was up front with the AC, cool seats activated and ready to go. We kept coming back because of the great service from Steve Rivard (product specialist) and company. Everyone was so helpful and not pushy. As we waited in the waiting room (very comfortable and hospitable by the way) we had several conversations with other customers who approached us and were in support of the Jeep brand and store. All of our experiences here have been positive. Everyone there is happy, smiling, and pleasant to work with. Customer service is the focus. I brought my bff to drop off her car to get it fixed. They told her they didnt know what is wrong but told her she needed an oil change even though she recently had one. But she needed one because it wasnt done with them. 2 days later I go with her to pick up the car and they never did her oil change! Then they made us wait 15 minutes to find out that they lost the car key. We both agreed we are never coming here again for services.

Good, fast service. The employees talk with you not at you. Staff are honest, friendly, and want to help you get the correct services you need, as long as you are polite to them (manners go both ways). I had a list of things I needed to be done on my Ram 2500 and they quoted me at a great price, much better than another dodge dealer in the area, and they had everything done in 3 days.

I had a miserable experience with this dealership. I made an appointment to test drive a car on a Friday afternoon, and I showed up at the dealership (during the COVID-19 pandemic) to be treated rudely by the unmasked staff and told that the car had been taken home by the sales manager an hour earlier for his wife to look at. One of the other salesmen remarked that “this happens all the time.” No apology from any of the salesmen and the salesman, Aaron didn’t even both to come out from the back. If I could give the zero stars, I would. I can’t imagine ever buying anything for this dealership or ever recommending it to anyone else.

We told them what we wanted and they worked with us to get a vehicle had all of the desired features.We both have had our vehicles continually serviced at this particular dealership and Mike in service has always made an effort to fit the appointments into our schedules. He also has answered any questions we had and has never pushed any service on us. Lastly Steve Longey, my sales guy.... great... couldnt have asked for a better experience in a dealership! We bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in July Last year. Thinking we got all the options except Sun Roof and GPS as we were told by the sales person . Come to find out we don’t have many other options as well. ( no foot operated rear opener, no front sensors for too close , no auto braking system, etc.). We have bought 2 other Jeeps there as well. Just not too happy with the sales person on this one. That is why I only give 2 stars. Love the Cherokee and the options I do have though. My wife has no real problem with driving it also.

I found my truck through Auto Trader which brought me to Metro. Like my last truck purchase, I went through the internet and it took some digging but I found the pricing to be very good at Metro. Both Juan and John were very good to me. Not pushy at all. The vehicle sold itself and the price was right. I had financing lined up previously but their offering was better so I went with it. Gabriel (the general manager) even let me take the truck for the weekend prior to the final sale while they shopped my trade-in for a better price for me (and washed it again prior to delivery - with a full tank of gas). That worked out well, too. John did some quick follow up work on a part for me too. I had it a week later. Overall, a very good experience. And I DONT like car dealerships, at all! This was a pleasant surprise.

The salesmen are well trained sharks as well as being condescending for the most part. The service dept. is adequate at best and absolutely deplorable for the most part. They are all great at passing the buck and denial (such as well I didnt work here then). Buy at your own risk! Dont expect ANY follow up, vehicle prep or cutomer service. I bought a great Jeep there but will never return or recommend them! Its a really fancy showroom, though! Lots of other Jeep dealerships in the area!

My wife and I travel up to Massachusetts once a year. This past May we had an emergency with our Jeep Wrangler. We contacted the dealership while we were on the road to ask if they were still open. We spoke with Felicia and she said to come right in even though they were getting ready to close. When we arrived there Felicia had asked a technician to stay late to help us get back on the road. Beyond belief. These guys go above and beyond what your accustom to at the typical dealer service center. All the service guys are great, from Mike and Aubrey in the Service center to the mechanics in the back, you get top notch service, reasonable prices, and they treat you (and your car) right. Just one more reason why I love Metro Jeep!!! Today I had to get my standard oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was able to schedule an early appointment to drop it off and then they offered to shuttled me to work so I didnt have to miss any work. They even offered to pick me up at the end of my shift. Talk about service!! As a business professional, I truly appreciated Mike and his level of service. He called me when it was ready and again offered to schedule my pick up shuttle. They are very patient people. Took me a full day to get everything processed and figured out but we did it. I live in maine and they even delivered my amazing dodge journey and registered it for me. Cant thank everyone enough for all their help. Especially aaron Arthurs who was our salesman. He definitely went above and beyond for us.

My family and I have to share how wonderful Orlando in the service department is.We have three cars and have had challenges with each. Every time Orlando is attentive and helpful. He always makes us feel like his only customer (although we know we are not). Orlando is the reason we go to the dealer for service.

Worst experience ever....I was contacting this dealer for a solid week going back and forth getting information about a car i was interested in. I set an appointment with the sales person Juan or whoever it was set with, I confirmed the day i was coming to see the car and they responded back to confirm. I contacted them again before i started driving to the dealer to confirm and they confirmed back...I drove 2 hours from New Hampshire to come see this car and it was sold. The sales man that i was supposedly dealing with the whole time denied texting me and contacting me even after showing the messages....i would never do business with this dealership ever again.

This dealership is awesome! I had a C.E.L. come on while I was driving by. I pulled into the dealership and had the truck diagnosed in less than 30 min. The shop was full of vehicles yet they still made me a priority. Very thankful.

My friend recommended this dealership. The sales people dont work on commission so the atmosphere is very low pressure and they really work hard to find you what you need. I went to buy a used Ram 1500 and walked out with a brand new Ram on a lease. I never thought I would lease but Trevor, he was so helpful I actually remember his name, could tell I wasnt *really* loving the available trucks. We went round and round until he found me the truck with the options I wanted at a price I could afford. I actually drove up the price by buying miles I didnt need. My lease is up this year. Ill be going back.

After finding a coolant leak on my 2016 Cherokee, ...and trying two other closer Jeep dealerships that couldnt get me in asap, I called Metro Jeep in Chicopee. I told the service dept I needed repairs done quickly, as I needed to make a trip to Vermont two days later. The service dept said bring my vehicle right in. I brought in my Jeep and they got right to it. After sending me a video of the inspection of my car (very cool) and letting me know of a few other things that needed attention, they got right to work. The video was a great way to show what they were doing, and where my leak was (radiator). I also decided to have the cabin air filter replaced, which the video pointed out was very dirty. They quoted me 42.00 for the filter and i said replace it. 24 hours later (awesome !) they picked me up and brought me to the dealership to get my car. When I tried to pay for the cabin filter, they said I was all set, as a courtesy for having trouble at the other dealerships. Wow ! And even asked if I would like them to get my car, which was about 100 feet away, and drive it over to the service dept office... again, WOW ! This is what I call service... ...and I will never take my car for service anywhere else but to Metro Jeep in Chicopee. And by the way...I didnt even buy my car at this dealership !!! Five stars !!!!!

I came in today for my 2016 Jeep Patriot oil change and tire rotation! I saw Orlando, HE IS AMAZING!!!! (Ask for him when you need service.)
