Guy was nice but dont plan on bringing your own parts to them for them to install. They want their own products on your vehicle so they can jack up the price and I wonder the quality of the parts.

Never got my repair resolved. They couldnt fix my brakes. Drove frome Chickopee, mass to endwell, NY with no brakes. I made it safe and sound but it took me almost 6 hrs. Its only 3 and a half hours. Unfriendly and not helpfull. They did repair the front @ a cost of $690.00. Not good. But still no brakes.chickopee Monroe is not a good place to go.

I do my own mechanics, but for a $19.99 oil change I have them do it. I own a Hyundai elantra I Told them I wanted the Deal advertised ($19.99), with taxes and fees usually comes out to $25. I pick it up and the guy tells me $38. I ask why, he said my car needed upgraded oil. First of all no it doesnt. Its a Hyundai, second this car has only had Monroe oil changes and this is a first at 120,000 miles. Needless to say this shop doesnt value their customers and tries to upset and overcharge without even talking to the customer. Dont go to this one.

Called them to check my Grandsons vehicle. I went in the same day. Service was exceptional. Very friendy and clean.

I bring my car here for oil changes, brakes, tires rotations — maintenance needs. The staff very promptly greet you upon entering and my appointments always run on time. I have even arrived early and they took my car in, but they can be busy so I would recommend making an appointment ahead of time. I prefer calling the location rather than using the website and asking for a specific appointment slot that may already be taken. I have always been given honest feedback about the needs of my car and when to come back for future visits regarding wearing brakes. They will provide diagnostic sheets if you would like and even printed me a full breakdown of the life of my battery. Very grateful for the wonderful service.

I brought my Ram in to have the heating core fix and pick it up a day later and still no heat then brought it back again and still wasn’t fix now had to bring into the dodge dealer and they replaced the heating core and recharge it and now I’m fighting with my warranty to have this paid do not bring your car truck there

Very friendly and helpful. I went in to purchase 4 new tires and they told me I only needed 2. Said I would be wasting money on the other 2. I appreciate that as a single mom on a budget. I recommend the one on Memorial to aneyone needing automotive services.

The online appointment service at this location is inaccurate.I signed up for a state inspection two days ahead of time, had my appointment confirmed through email, and was promptly told we dont do inspections, we never have upon arriving at the correct time.This is two stars because the person inside kindly recommended other nearby locations to have inspections done.I cannot comment on their other services - this is an appeal to make the online appointment service more accurate, or at least to have declined my appointment when they could not fulfill it.

I try to make a appointment to drop my car off for an oil change Told them they can have all day Had to change 3 time I Was told that they were busy I dropped my car off on 7/18/18 at 8am wanted an oil change ,tire rotation and wipers Told them I had a coupon I was never called to tell me my car was done I got home and started to look at my car They never rotated the tires and they put on one wiper I called the manager andtold them that they never did the tires the manager told me he watch the tech do it Well I have bin working on cars all my life and I know what was touched and what wasnt the worst thing is that the manager lied to my face saying HE WATCHED THE TECH ROTATE THE TIRES Not happy Not going back If he can say that he watched them do that when it wasnt done What else is he saying that was done and people were charged for and it was never doneAs you can see they told me to call them so we can talk about the service that I got at there store I called twice a day for 6 days left messages for them to call me back But like the store they dont care on what happened with the service that wasnt done and what they did do was wrong

I really appreciate the level of knowledge and professionalism that is displayed by the team.Although the team is Amazing ADAM AND JEFF are the 2 I look forward to working with when I visit... The organization should really consider Cloning/modeling their level of expertise at all Monroe locations...You guys are Amazing please carry on!!!

Very convenient.Called in morning for oil change appointment and they had an opening that worked when I left work to stop by on my way home.Simply, i was in and out quickly, bonus was they added a brake check to let me know how much I had left on brakes.Very happy with Monroe!

Went in for their $19.99 oil change special. What is special about it is it cost you over $34 to get out the door !!! I called their Northampton store and got the same BS, but for roughly $6 less. Beware, ask the simple question, Is that the out the door price?, before committing. It was also pretty sad and underhanded that they failed to mention the total price when I called ahead to make an appointment.

I have been bringing my car here for over a year. Best service and always willing to work with me on order of importance for any repair. Going today for tires. Jeff is very helpful and works to get the best deal. I will continue to use Monroe.

Wow, this place has gone downhill, so I have a leaking exhaust gasket between two flanges and the manager wants to saw off my stainless steel exhaust to weld a small connection for $150. No thanks. Not sure why they call this a muffler shop when they dont have the skillsets

Ive gone here about 3 different times. First time was back in 2011. I got 4 new tires and a new rim because mine was bent. Was about $1,000 and those lasted about 40k miles. I went there a few other times for oil changes. The tires I got in 2011 I decided to use Town Fair Tire and replaced 2 of the 4. Long story short, Town Fair Tire sucks (still have steering wheel shake after 55 MPH because of them). Today I got 4 new tires for a different car and went here again, made an appointment a week a head of time and dropped the car off, about an hour and a half later it was done. No issues so far. Ill continue to use these guys over Town Fair any day. Ive also gotten oil changes here a few times with no issues (usually do them myself though.)

Beware!!!!! Sign out front say $14.99 oil was changed was told it was $77!!! Need 100% syntnetic in a 2011. So i went to the dealer charged me 35$ and they used syntetic blend

I went there and ask the tall white guy who I assume to be the manager, I asked him if they can do a Multi -Check points for me as a customer to point out what needs to be done for me to pass Massachusetts inspection, he lied to me that MONRO doesnt do that and told me to go to some shop on the road strip next MIDAS to do that, I have never heard of a mechanic shop that doesnt do multi-check points, that had feeling me like that Shop picks and chooses who they want to service and thats bad, if he had done the check point and pointed out what needed to be done I would have gladly bring my business to the shop and pay for what needed to done, he was immature to do that and very unprofessional. This was In Chicopee, Massachusetts

I brought my 1984 Plymouth K- car and the exhaust was completely rotted. Jeff the manager personally custom fabricated a new exhaust system for me. The parts were no longer sold and Jeff worked his magic!!! I couldn’t be happier.

Just blew out a tire on mass pike got off tread wrapped around axle. Drove up to them spoke with a guy. Said need help. He said we cant help you we dont have a jack. Did not ask if we were OK if my kids were OK absolutely did not care he drives a car that looks like an undercover police car I really hope he is not an officer. Did not even walk out to see if he could help me in any way. I walked out shocked. Walked back in after my wife could not believe what I was saying. Asked for a managers name or the owners name, he looked at me and said why. I looked at him and I said is this a game? you know why, that youre not offering to help me in any which way he said youre all set, sorry, thank you. Then he looked down and started working on his computer. I walked next door to Enterprise and they informed me his name is Al. If theres any kind of video or audio surveillance and the owner reads this please watch it because what I tell you is the truth.

Always go here with my cars, AL is great, they are always try to save me when they can. Great service and know how. Staff knows allot about Hondas, and cars in general, I bring my two civics here whenever a problem arises.

Ive been coming here to this specific Monro Muffler for about 10 years now because the staff are highly ethical, friendly n cost effective. The manager is super friendly n always willing to explain my best options, give his professional recommendations n tell me the best ways to save a buck. I use to go to the dealership or other chain n always had the feeling I was being robbed or scammed. This is not the case at Monro Muffler in Chicopee, Ma (memorial drive). The mAnager (Jeff) n other staff are SUPER honest n have never told me I needed car work done when I didnt. I trust this shop to work on my car 100% n the biggest reason why I am a faithful customer after a decade. I live in Palmer, Ma n still drive to Chicopee for car maintenance, etc. Highly recommend you go here if looking for honest, economical, skilled auto shop!

Couldnt get any worst I bought tires had to go to a ford dealer to straighten everything out when i talked to them they looked me like it was my problem .

I called around 6 and said I needed a new tire, the guy said they had the right type of tire there and I told him I would either be there in 3 minutes or call him if I’m not coming. He said ok and we got off the phone. I showed up 3 mins later and my boyfriend went inside and they turned me away saying I needed to make an appointment!!!! The man NEVER once said this to me!!! I ended up going to Walmart auto center in Chicopee right down the street. Great friendly service AND it was cheaper👍🏼! Don’t waste your time at this monro place 👎🏼

DONT GO HERE, NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! Didnt do the transmission drain and fill they charged me for or the front diff service and then tried to quote me $595 for a repair that City Tire did for $63. Regional manager was very rude to me, corporate gave full refund.

This place used to be my go to for car issues. I walked in for an oil change the other day and the staff was very rude and dismissive and didnt want to even talk to me because I didnt have an appointment. Guess I need to find a new shop.

Was told the oil change included a tire rotation...but supposedly I did not need one. This was 3 mos ago and I drive 4000 miles a yr. JUST failed inspection for my 2 front tires they were supposed to rotate. THX a lot. Guy told me they most likely would have passed if they had been rotated in April!Never swapped out my tires as they were supposed to. SPECIFICALLY asked then to do a tire rotation , but they claimed they were fine and no need at all. Wrong! Tires wore in the front. Got rejected as unsafe and inspection place told me I should have had them rotated. But worse, when I called and told them, they INFERRED I was a liar and maybe never asked for the rotation and claimed these places just wanted to sell me tires. The place pointed out they could have said I could use back tires too if they were just trying to make a sale. Jeff said the tire places were LIARS and I could tell them so!Also had problems with their oil change. A friend pointed out oil ion the ground in my garage 2 days after the change. Then my neighbor checked dipstick and said I needed oil! He showed me, and did it 2x. I brought it back and they took car in bay and then returned showing normal dipstick ( after 10 + minutes) and said it looked fine. Didnt look fine before I went there ..guessing they topped it off, AND that was for the pricey synthetic oil. STEER CLEAR.*Went back to Jeff today who said he would refund my $ , BUT that it will take 14 days. Will update this 14 days from today.**********Have left several msgs with you Kim. Pls call !Yes, Kim finally called - no refund coming AND says JEFF claims he did not tell me that. *OUTRIGHT LIES! * Kim (and Monro) do not care if he represents their business with lies.GO ELSEWHERE!
