They are very informative and they tell you how you would go about painting your car.

Low on Personnel but very kind, wont try to over sell you paint. They will color match as best as possible. Other places do it by code. Right here they use something called a spectrophotometer. It just means that it will be a better paint match. If you are looking forward to buy car paint, this is the place for you.

The guy working there was called Matt or Mack. I called ahead to ask if he had a product in stock and he said yes. Drove there and the doors are locked and no one but employees are allowed inside. Covid-19 and all. The guy finally came to the door took my companys AMEX card, came back with my item and a recept. Simple enough. But I asked him if he also carried a couple of other things I needed. He said. Yeah, probably. But, would not let me in to look at them. He said hed send me some kind of info about them. But I needed specific info about the chemical properties. Without seeing the containers and SDS/TDS sheets Id likely have compatibility problems. So, after receiving no info, I spent the money for those products elsewhere in town. FinishMaster lost a good sale. I cant wait until this plague and panic are done with. I cant blame them for being careful though. Over all, the bottom line is that I will do further business with them but probably over the internet and just have it delivered. Better for everyone.
