I was a little overwhelmed when I walked into The Mattress Haven in Chico. I was expecting a fast talking salesman who was going to push me into an expensive purchase. What I got was Steve Bryner, he listened to what I was looking for and didnt push my budget. He is very knowledgeable of his merchandise and I felt very comfortable working with him. We decided on our purchase and he worked hard to find discounts for us. We decided to pick up our bed at the Yuba City store rather than wait for it to be delivered to Chico. The manager of that store gave us a couple pillows when we came to pick up our bed, for all the traveling we did back and forth. He also loaded up the beds in our truck. These two stores went way beyond the call of duty. They have a customer for life. Mattress Haven you guys are the best!!!

Best mattress buying experience Ive ever had. It was no pressure sales, unlike other places in the area, and they were only concerned with what I liked and my budget. I would definitely recommend this family owned store, and I will be going back later this year for another mattress for my guest room!

Great place to buy a mattress. Kenny didnt try to upsell me on something outside my budget, he educated me on the options, and has a good in store selection to try out. I paid in full up front and saved a couple hundred dollars. The best part is that they delivered for free and hauled my old bed away (even up stairs!).I started my search here, went all around town, and ended back here. If you want to save a day of running around just go here first.

I cant say enough how thankful i am to recieve such great service from the mattress haven. I am a magalia evacuee and it means the world to us to have a mattress to sleep on for our family. I recommened for anyone that needs a mattress to go see them!

Went in on a Sunday just to take a look around. Found the style we were looking for and told them we would be back at 5:00 pm Monday to get it. They told us that they would make sure that the size we wanted was there waiting for us and if they had a problem they would call us. They didnt call and didnt have the style and size we wanted.They told us they would have some later that week and offered to take $12.50 off the $250 price. My wife and I both lost two hours worth of wages (about $80), plus 40 minutes each way drive, and they offered us a discount of $12.50?! We said thanks but no thanks and took our business elsewhere.
