Way overpriced 20$ for a bottle of florlicious here never has maxsea in stock because of the owners deal with the company just alot of ... Much happier so are the ladies that i found a diffent hydro store that actually stocks a+b bases ... Good soil though

Im just a home grower, so I rely on the excellent, knowledgeable staff for everything I need. Im always treated politely and people actually listen to my questions. Ive never been disappointed with anything Ive purchased, from lights to nutrients. Happy customer!

This store is great with an even better staff. I went in with basic knowledge and left with supplies at an affordable price and confidence. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to help explain best practices and products. They dont steer you towards more expensive products but to what suits your needs

If you are buying buy the pallet they treat you great. If you are a hobby gardener they seem annoyed. Customers seem to be helped in order of who is paying more not by who has been waiting the longest.Its a shame I started shopping here 08 or 09 but have been pushed out the door.Edit: Yikes! The only reason I ever stepped foot in another grow shop was the way I was ignored at yours. I made no mention of any competitor in my review, I did not tell people to shop somewhere else. I do not work at or know anyone who works at a grow shop. The other store YOU mentioned has no idea who I am and did not know I was leaving either review.I gave an honest review of my experience.I can give you the full breakdown of my last visit.I needed 2x4 Ebb and Flow trays. There was only one in the store. I bought that one and was given a discount on it because I had to wait for the rest to be ordered.So far its been a great experiance.I came back in after the hydro farm shipment was supposed to have come in.I try to explain what I am here to pick up and I am told they sold out. I explain that more where added to the order for me a week or two ago and was told to wait for someone else to look it up. At this point a group of men walked in and one woman walked in. All three of the people behind the counter began helping these customers.A new employee asked what I was waiting on I explained and then he left to help the woman try to remember what soil and how much she had ordered last season.The other two employees where now helping the group of men with a cart full of nutrients.Finally 20 or so minutes in someone sitting in front of the computer asks again what I think should have been ordered just for me and just said it wasnt there and didnt know when it would be. And had trouble making eye contact.It is a shame you choose to use reviews to attack customers and not as a tool to improve customers experience.You will notice I still have not mentioned a competitor in my review.

Its out of the way for me but what a great store and great staff. If they make you wait they give you a discount on what you are buying or sometimes free depending what it is. They go the extra mile so I drove the extra mile. Thanks for such an awesome experience every time.

Its out of the way for me but I always visit here first because the guys are so helpful and the prices are on point as well as a stellar selection of products. If they are out of something they can tell you when theyll have it back in stock or even special order something for you. Above and beyond service with smart knowledgeable staff. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Every time I come into Greenfire, I am reminded why I shop here. They always have the best prices and if they dont, they will price match anyone in town. Aside from the best prices, their growing advice is always spot on! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!!
