I highly recommend this company for any remodeling you may want to do. They do sub contract to others since they are a large company, so some things are out of their control, but if you have even the slightest issue what so ever, you can rest assured it will be taken care of promptly. For example , i recently had a broken hot water line . With out being super invasive, a plumber checked the situation and said that most likely when they installed my floor boards, a nail hit my hot water line and thats the source or the loss of hot water. I informed California renovations of the suspected issue, Ken hired a plumber immediately . Keep in mind, at this point my floors had been installed for around 6 months. Plumber came out and found the leak was under my foundation, so it was not damaged during floor installation. This company is very professional and is willing to compete with pricing . My floors are beautiful . I get comments on them all the time. I will use them for any future renovations on my home.

I have worked with Ken through four separate installations and have always found him to provide excellent service and a quality product at a fair price.

We visited their shop twice, picked out flooring for our whole house, a granite counter, and tile back splashes, Michelle came out and measured the entire house and told us she would call my wife with an estimate, and then proceeded to ignore all messages and attempts to call her for a week. I called and cancelled the request for an estimate.Were going to go with someone recommended by several folks in a local FaceBook group.
