My mother had this company put in what was supposed to be a walk in tub, which was going to be safer for her. For whatever reason, Selig said they couldnt install the walk in tub because it wouldnt fit? Not sure why as she had a standard tub/shower combo. It shouldnt have been an issue, but they agreed on a safety shower. So they pulled out the tub, put in a basic stall shower with a couple of handle bars and a little fold down bench in the shower. Theres no sliding door, just a shower curtain. Its a very basic stall shower with 2 handle bars and a small fold down bench. White linoleum with a simulated tile pattern covers the inside. When they installed it, they didnt put a slip proof liner and she had to contact them about that. Oh, do you want a slip proof liner? Well have to order it. Shes 92, of course she wants the slip proof liner, the whole objective of the new shower was that it be safer for her. So I believe she had to wait a week for her liner, leaving her with no tub or shower for the duration! Anyway, sadly Mom passed away early spring of this year. I eventually got a bill in the mail for $8k from a finance company in Florida with bathroom remodel on it. The only thing she had done was the shower installation and that couldnt have possibly been that shower? I called the finance company and indeed, it was. I feel my mom was grossly overcharged so I called Selig and was put in contact with Colleen who emailed me the contract, which was just one page of a couple of totals on it. One for the original walk in tub that she didnt get and then the total for the safety shower. But no breakdown of the costs. When I inquired about getting a breakdown of the costs, Colleen informed me that there was nothing like that available and she has since stopped communicating with me which seems pretty sketchy. Bottom line, I firmly believe this outfit engaged in predatory business practices and overcharged my 92 year old mother for a cheap shower that, imho, shouldnt cost more than $3500-4k. They were unprofessional with the installation by not having the liner ready and they were unprofessional when I was trying to get information. Pretty sad when you defraud a 92 year old Camp fire survivor. Anyway, I will be getting some estimates for what this shower SHOULD cost and going from there. Be careful out there!

Gary and Nick were very professional, courteous and happy to be doing our custom window installation in our 1923 home. The windows are very specific to our bedroom and were not easy to install. At every major juncture in the project, Gary would come and let me look at what they had done for my approval. Their work is impeccable and precise, we could not be more happy with the job they did. Selig has now installed all the old windows in our home, we would highly recommend them for any job large or small.

My wifes been trying to get a quote from Selig for over a month now. A couple times (4) they rescheduled on us and offered a discount on installation. Today, she received a confirmation call for tomorrows appointment and asked if I was going to be home. Allegedly its their policy that both homeowners be present for their salesman to come out and try to upset you and give you your quote.From the rant I received today, Sara(h) was rude and unprofessional. After giving my wife the run around regarding my presence as well. She finally told my wife that if I wasnt there for the sales pitch, they were not going to come out. At this time my wife informed her my schedule (14-16 hour days, six days per week) and told her that we couldnt confirm I would ever be there for a quote...before she could finish here sentence, the human hung up on my wife.Seriously, I can understand wanting to make sure the information shared is understood, we already know exactly what we want though. The shady runaround my wife has received this last month is ridiculous. Be straightforward with folks, in this day and age; a lot of us dont have the time and convenience for this unprofessionalism. We will take our business somewhere else.

Professional fast workers were great. Respected our family, and made sure to work with us and our pets. Windows were finished faster than we thought. Requested same workers to remodel our shower later this year.

From the time I contacted Selig Construction and talked with Coleen, to the salesperson Jim Carter, and then finally the installation team of Gary and Nick, all these people were the best in conducting business. Hands down, I would absolutely recommend Selig Construction to anyone looking to replace windows. It was a pleasure working with them all !

Mike, was very relaxed and informative. He went into detail about windows and doors, and how Anlin windows are so great. Well, i shopped around, and i couldnt find a better deal, for the quality, for the price.And when the guys showed up to install, they were professional, and polite, and got it fone in 2 days, and IT LOOKS FABULOUS!!!!Great job!

Gary & Eli installed 2 large windows in my home yesterday; I had 13 installed by Gary and another professional installer 2 years ago. At that time Gary went above and beyond to finish off the project and I have had 2 years of satisfaction with these remarkable windows. Yesterday, Gary was back with Eli and they did an outstanding job replacing the two remaining windows in my home. They were courteous, fast and thorough and treated my home with respect. They even rehung my wood blinds after I told them I would do it; they stepped in and took care of if when I was having trouble. I love these windows and feel this was one of the best decisions I have made. My energy bills in hot and cold weather have decreased dramatically, too! Thank you for excellent service and excellent product!

Garry and Nick went above and beyond our expectations. They showed up on time everyday of our two day install. We had a big order and after each day of work they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. The bonus was their wonderful personalities and they way the interacted with us. Thank you for your hard work.

They dont back there warranty. Have tried to get some assistance for the last 5 years! They say send me pictures, you do then can mever get a hold of anyone... horrible service would never recommend them to anyone!

Definitely a wonderful experience from start to finish. Jas and Kevin were very professional and courteous.The step in tub is a quality product and the shower with barn door style doors is beautiful! Would give Selig five stars without question!

They were great to work with when it came to selling me the windows, installing the windows and having me sign the contract........then the handle on my sliding doors screen broke and after 4 months of trying to get them to fix it I was told that when they had someone in my area they would fix it, but they would not give me a date, I was to wait on them to either get another sale or more repairs in my area. I ended up calling Adlin windows direct and they sent someone out within a week, now all fixed and they told me to call them direct if warranty repairs were needed again . Then today (yes, its Sunday) Selig Construction called and said they were in the area and wanted to come fix it........I gave him an ear full and then told him no, not only did I not need the repair, but I would never recommend Selig Construction to anyone again.

Waited a month for our tub cuz they ordered the wrong one damage the ceiling did not fix I had to fix damaged linoleum in bathroom did not fix the only good thing is is its a lifetime warranty on their stuff very expensive

Josh and Eli installed our windows on our mobile home last week, January 29 and 30, 2020. They were friendly, courteous and professional. The windows look great and they cleaned them all inside. The only thing is they didnt clean the outside before putting on the screens. Other than that, they did a great job.As for the products themselves, Im sitting right next to my dining room windows and feel quite comfortable. I wouldnt have sat this close to my old single paned windows. Gary and Kevin did a great job replacing all of the windows in our house. They worked hard, were professional and went above and beyond to make us happy with the job. WE are very pleased with Selig Construction.

We used Selig, to install our windows. We always support & buy local. They installed McVey brand windows. The sale warranty is untrue, sounded great at the time. Chris came out a couple of times, windows are impossible to open/ close & have melted brittle framing & leaking fluid. Their response was this happens when your house settles. My house was built in 1946, there is no way this is the cause of brittle framing, cracking melting, leaking windows. We spent approx 10 grand. Guaranteed full warranty unless we sell our home warranty does not transfer, basically they ignore you, wont call you back, & told not their problem...in July 2020 called again, they sent Cody out. He agreed there is a warranty issue, he would write it up & contact McVey for repairs under warranty..have never heard back from him or them, called 9 times left messages for Cody or anyone to call me back now since July...crickets! Disappointing customer service, my advice go elswhere

The Windows that were put in at my dads are great they definitely keeps the cold out and he doesnt have to use heater as often. Workers Gary and Kevin do a good and fast job.

The owner is a really good person who will strap on his work boots and come over to your house and help with whatever you need, the management is really nice and they have top notch installers. I would highly recommend Selig Construction, they have a great reputation in the community with all of their involvement they have been locally owned and operated for over 25 years. The windows, siding and patio covers keep the heat out and the cool in, while reducing your electricity bill up to 20%. I have talked to many customers that have purchased walk in jetted tubs, safety showers and cut out tubs that have clearly stated the comfort and relaxation experienced in their own homes, not to mention feeling completely safe in the environment with no fear of falling.
