They did a great job at this location. Rolled up at 1030am, no line whatsoever. Got my food, properly made, great customer service with it as well. Fries were amazing, the touch of pepper was nice. All in, I will definitely be back, line or no line.

Its In-N-Out, so the food is delicious and the service is great. That said, they need to figure out something with the traffic and wait times. The line always stretches put of the parking lot and down the street, which is a traffic hazard. Drive-thru wait times are usually 20-25 minutes, so more often than not, I will choose to go somewhere else.

Great food. Always cooked to order. They cook to make it the way you want. Dont want salt on your fries or burger ? They will do it no problem. Fries well done. No problem.

Just went for some midnight munchies.I ordered 2 number 1s w/ whole grilled onions. One of the fries plain and the other fries animal style. A large Coke, a medium iced tea, and a strawberry shake. It was delicious, but boy was it salty! I love that they are open so late!

I’ve been going to In-N-Out since I was like 5, and it’s always pretty good. I highly recommend asking for your fries to be well done just for a little crisp, and if you are feeling adventurous ask for them to be Animal Style. That’s where they put burger sauce, grilled onions and cheese on them, so delicious. Also they make a good protein style burger which is just your regular burger without a bun wrapped in lettuce. My visit this time around, the fries weren’t that crispy, making them sort of on the soft side, as well as a little cold. My protein burger was excellent though, but honestly, I mostly come here for the fries. So that’s why I’m docking a star.

Yummy as always. The drive thru line was a block long but we went into parking lot and found a space right across from door. Went inside and NOT ONE PERSON was in line at counter!! Got our order(all 3 burgers were special orders) everything was correct. The fries were super hot and the cheeseburgers were great. We drove 40 miles to eat at In and Out and it was well worth it.

Although the line of vehicles was long the service was fast. Three dollars and thirty two cents for a cheeseburger. A good burger for a good price. I was in and out within seven minutes.

This place is always very clean. The food is good and reasonably priced. Love the uniforms, everyone looks like they belong together. Oh, and the animal fries are great.

You cant go wrong with In-N-Out. This place is a good establishment. Especially with the amount of people that flood there. They handle the swarms of college students well. And still manage to make it a personable experience.

Excellent food. The only negative thing I can think about this restaurant is, depending on when you go, there may be a bit of a wait because they have such good food and they are very popular with locals and travelers alike. Also, for those who may be religious they have biblical verse notations printed on the backside or underside of their packaging, and for those who are non-religious as previously mentioned the verse notations are printed on the back side or underside so its not in your face, and it can be ignored easily.

This In-N-Out is definitely at the top of the list when it comes to efficiently and quality! The staff is friendly, for the most part, and the inside and outside portions are usually kept nice and clean! When ordering, it usually is way faster to order inside instead of waiting in the long drive through lines. (Depending on the time you are there.) Overall, this In-N-Out is a great stop for locals and even visitors who are passing through Chico!

The pinnacle of fast food. Every fastfood company should be looking at In N Out on how to create a quality product. You never see the amount of staff at any other fast food joint and that is a problem. Theyre never understaffed and they understand that their best resource is their team.

Excellent service always with a smile. Clean Clean Clean Did i say clean? My one suggestion would be to add a chicken sandwich to the menu for those who cant eat beef. Also maybe some onion rings.

Everything was delicious as usual! The amount of fries seemed a little skimpy but they were perfectly warm & crispy. One very annoying thing- a large amount of the cheese on our burgers melted into the little (wax?) paper wrapper around the burgers!! I sit & peel off as much as I can, its quite annoying.. but aside from removing those & just using the outer wrap I dont really see how this would change, haha.

I never really understood the hype for this place, but it is really good for a fast food joint. I had to leave a review because the staff is so incredibly kind. This one day I waited in the drive thru line for a while and when I was about to pay, I discovered I didn’t have my wallet. I asked them to cancel the order and apologized, but the owner came out and offered to pay for my food. This place is amazing!

Best Animal style Fries Ever. Loved the sauce with melted cheese topped with their famous grilled onions. Will be getting more of those again soon. Thank you In-N-Out for keeping to your menu since I was a child and always delivering the best experience in fast food.

The quality of staff here has gone way down. Nick at the windowis not competent to be handling transactions. They mixed up our order with another car, no big deal. He proceeds to ask us to pay for the other cars much larger order to balance it out. Very suspicious and definitely not their policy. The manager got is sorted ultimately.

Hamburger Patties cant get no thinner or smaller, my tomato was bigger than meat, but taste good but two much of everything else to make burger look bigger.

Protein style double-meat burger.

I never should have moved out of California and away from your sweet, sweet animal style burgers. Even when the line is backed up to Applebees, the employees here are a smooth working machine and theyll get you through that line and fed before you know it! If i could give them 10 stars, I would.

Hands down... my favorite burger place! In-N-Out Burger uses only the freshest ingredients. Nothing fake about this place, even the french fries are hand sliced at this establishment. My favorite thing to eat here is a cheeseburger * animal style ( toasted bun with grilled onion ). This burger fills me up for the whole day, its huge! Dont worry if there is a long drive thru line... they move fast. I love how simple and cheap the menu is and the employees are ALWAYS super friendly. Save your appetite for In-N-Out Burger, youll be glad you did!

This has never been a restaurant that I liked. In fact, I didnt use to like the fries at all. Strangely, I have grown like the fries and the burgers are great.

One of the best fast food burgers in town. They are also very good about getting your order correct. I dont think I have ever had anything missed or remade which happens all the time with other fast food joints. The biggest reason for only 4 stars is that fast food is a complete misnomer with in n out. Youre lucky if you can have the food in your hand in under 20 minutes and sometimes its an hour. Kids still like it enough that Im willing to put up with it on occasion but if you want something quick, go somewhere else.

In-N-Out is family friendly- and family owned. Even if theres a huge line of cars, it is worth the wait.

Typically Excellent but Very Long Drive Thru Lines

Such an iconic and delicious part of California history. Hands down the best fast food around. The lines are very long these days, but their perfect COVID procedures and the amazing food makes it always worth the effort!

Next time, right before you bite in to any fastfood burger, think in your mind, and expect a real hamburger made at a teal restaurant, or at home. Allow your mind to realize just how disgusting these sandwiches are that franchises try to pass off as hamburgers. In-&-Out is no different.

Its a California staple; Ive been eating there since I was a kid. Just tastes like nostalgia and happy.

Never a dull moment having a double double extra onion, animal fries and a coke.

I might shed a tear if I ever moved away and couldnt enjoy another one of their burgers. But its not just the food, shakes and delicious fries. Their staff and pricing has always been so wonderful and yes the drive through lines are long but they work quickly and efficiently every single time :)

My husband is addicted to their burgers. He misses them when we return to the east coast.
