Hmmmm lets see u work there so of course its amazing..... But all joking aside its a smaller company so the staff has the ability to really get to kniw the clients and there needs. We have an amazing new variety of granite and quartz and some new cabinet stiles to create an amazing new kitchen or bathroom. Not to mention the tile selection. We are the only shop in Chico that does it all under one roof without subbing out so you save time and money.

We hired New Again Kitchens to replace the kitchen counter tops and backsplash. Rick, the sales person, did at best a poor job and at worst lacks integrity. He quoted us a price and then at installation my daughter-in law was informed that the piece of granite they had wasnt big enough to do what she requested and that it would be an additional $500 to get another piece in Sacramento. Then she was told it would be an additional $150 to hook back up the plumbing for the sink. What!!! Of course she approved this. Her kitchen is torn up and she wants it back together. Rick said we had no recourse because she approved changes. Shouldnt the correct price be quoted initially. Shouldnt Rick ask if we wanted plumbing hooked up if that wasnt included. (Note- it was included in price when myself and friends had our counters replaced.) Rick says we should of notices this in the contract we signed. He may be right about that but I believe it is an unethical way to do business and would recommend that you strongly consider another business.

Ill let these pictures speak for themselves.These were taken a week after the install of new granite countertops in our laundry room. They are not wet from the saw.Ric says hes seen this before, that its glue the installers didnt remove during install. If its been seen before why is this still an issue? Why did the installer leave my home with counters looking like this? Just. Wow.In addition they slopped shiny silicon in the cracks of the backsplash on a matte granite.I dont know how theyre going to fix it or when. Were still waiting for any communication to tell us when and how theyre going to fix this.If it gets fixed Ill update the review to reflect such. Right now, of course I cant recommend them. Completely unacceptable.

We are extremely pleased with the service from everyone we met. The showroom service was very nice and relaxed. The workman ship when the grante countertop was installed was flawless. They installed the kitchen sink which we purchased from them. They cut the holes for sink, stovetop and faucet with exact precision. They cleaned up after each process. They showed up, finished and the price remained what we were quoted. Every person we met was polite and respectful. Highly recommend!!!! Thanks The Baldrige Family 😎🤩
