They have great customer service and theyre very quick for getting a few documents printed, however, the price is pretty high. I would suggest making some sort of deals for students and former military trying to print resumes.

Fantastic, had my project ready a day early

There was one time I got there around 830 in the morning and trying to print out a few papers from my flash drive as soon as possible because I was in a hurry. The lady who was also the only one in the store told me she doesnt know how to use the printer, its the another guys job and I should go try Mr.Kopy. So as result I left the store and went to Mr Kopy, Mr. Kopy wasnt even open....Another day I went to The Print Shop trying to print out a few papers again, this time it was around 11 in the morning and I was excepting do get this done in 5 minutes. So I went into the store saw these 2 ladies sitting behind the table, then I told them I need to print out my papers. And guess what? They said both of them didnt know how to use printer, I should go try Mr. Kopy instead.Seriously?I meant, I understand the first time I went there it could be a bit too early (Even on their webpage it says opens at 8) so the inconvenience was reasonable to me. But the second time it was freaking 11 in the morning and you had 2 people in the store didnt event know how to use printer...And you guys called this place The Print Shop? More like Try Mr.Kopy to me.
