I no longer recommend this company since they became Vyanet. They are no longer a local company. They do not respond timely to questions or concerns about service. They recommend unnecessary repairs. They do not uphold their end of the agreement to provide a minimum quality of service. Be sure to review Vyanets reviews before you make any decisions. You just might save yourself some frustration and money.

Calling Eagle about their services, I spoke to a representative named Brian Jones. He made me feel very comfortable about the various questions I inquired about. Sometimes I asked the same questions twice, but he patiently gave me the information again. Besides my business and residential needs, he also gave me insight on alarm concerns I have for my parents home. As a business owner, I appreciated the time he gave me and the patience of my learning curve regarding the business he represents. It was an added bonus that they are locally owned and operated. I worked with Will a lot before the install. I told him what i was looking for and he came up with a system which was great and cheaper than other quotes we had gotten. I can appreciate that Will gave his opinion on things for us to make an educated decsion for ourselves when choosing parts of the system. If there was an issue or problem it was resolved in a timely and professional matter! I even got follow up from the install tech to make sure all was working well. Still pricey overall but reasonable. worth the piece of mind that the homes secure when we are not home. My vote is to use them if you want good quality customer service and a clean install!

Today at 11:44 truck number 22 cut me off on 99 north by e 20th exit he was speeding at speeds of 85 mph. I had to do 82 just to keep up so I can get his truck number. Completely reckless. In and out of lanes.
