I’ve bought multiple things from here, all ripped at the seams within the first week. They sell cheap products at high prices to rip off students. Very disappointed with their cheaply made products.

Lately I have touring university campuses...Chico has hands down the best student swag store ever. So many great items and at relatively fair prices. Go Wildcats!!

Its really cute but the prices here are super high. I would suggest trying to find textbooks and other things elsewhere. The clothes are also very expensive. $30 for a regular t shirt, more for higher quality. Even a mug is expensive.

Cute college swag. Good greeting cards too. Best and easiest place to get the actual text book your professor wants you to have.

Clean, organized, fun store to visit! As members of the community, we consider the Wildcat store, yet another choice when looking for gifts, cards, books, CSUC clothing, and especially art supplies and electronics!

Everything one might need at a college store. Food, clothes, electronics. A little pricey for snacks but they do have quite a few options. Appreciate the location and people who work here.

They do not have enough iClicker2’s for the amount of classes that need them. They removed the option of renting a new one and now force you to buy one for $55. It’s a remote with 4 buttons. Yikes.

Overpriced and the new emblems are terrible. This place used to be great when it was ran by the student body and not owned by a third party private organization. Dont support it and maybe they will be forced to go back to the old ways.

Its a very nice store and I feel the prices are reasonable compared to other university stores Ive been in. I will miss the campus when I graduate but Ill always be a wildcat!

Not terrible for what it is. Prices are low and theres a ton of CSUC branded clothing. Has cheap coffee, convenience store, and theres an authorized Apple retailer inside.

An affinity being an Alumn but they should give alumni discounts simply by pulling up last name and grad year in system.

A cool University sponsored store to buy premium Chico State products. The primary products available are authentic CSU clothing. You can also find everything a student needs for school, such as CSU logo printed planners, high quality backpacks and professional grade office supplies (art/drafting) and related office supplies. Expect quality and exclusive Chico State products and concordantly higher prices. You wont find the words value discount or sale in the Chico State Bookstore.

Expensive, but what do you expect from an American college-branded store, cheap things? HA nah. But there is a wide array of foods, books, and Chicco-themed products (if you want them anyway, I sure dont. my affiliation is with myself)

Everything you expected to see at a college book store. Some of the gear is pricey, but clearance sections always have good deals.

Poor employee placement lines for purchasing were practically empty but the online pick up line had one staff member and took almost an hour to get through about 10 people. Most of the equipment is overpriced compared to any other store.

Obviously the #1 place to get Chico State gear, but also really friendly staff and cool merchandise.

Ordered online. Was not informed that orders take several days to become available. I had done this to make pickup more streamlined and not have to wait in excessively long lines at the beginning of the semester. Instead, orders cannot be cancelled apparently, and after 3 times of arriving to pick up my products on different days, Ive officially gotten quite irritated. The only options were wait or purchase in the store, then come back to the store to pick up the online order, then sell it back to the bookstore for presumably less than I had just purchased it for.Very bad logistics systems in place for order cancellations and returns. In other commercial businesses the request to cancel an order before its been processed or shipped is absolutely possible. There is no reason this canot be done at the Student Store, that I am aware of, other than lazy people putting the systems together or the profits being higher for not accepting cancellations.Very disappointed. Will never purchase from the Wildcat Store again unless absolutely necessary or these systems are changed to reflect modern logistical and customer service practices.

Books are insanely expensive to both buy and rent, I was a freshman last year and you are required to leave the dorms on fridays before break, well of course I had multiple finals on friday and didnt have time to return the textbooks after the tests and before my shuttle for the airport took off. I had to make the decision to reach my flight and try returning the books a different time. I called the school to let them know what the issue was and instead of understanding the situation they put me in they had me pay a $300 fine for a $100 rental. My advice would be skip the store here and save yourself time and money on a alternative textbook site. Chegg and amazon are great places to start your search. (I understand that it was my fault not turning in the books before I left, I just thought the school would have had a bit of sympathy for a first semester freshman trying to study and get good grades, rather than sucking even more money out of me.)

Selection is wide and fashionable. Alway like it when a college store has 4-color Bic-like pens with the school logo on them. Also, Chico bags are an invention of a student alumnus.

Save your Money Rent/ Buy Books online they will rent you a used book that has small cosmetic damage ( expected for a used book) then wont take it back and charge you, even if you didnt even use the book all semester. Also they are extremely over priced.
