Friend and I went in yesterday. Every time we have gone in, for the past few years, it is usually Chanel that helps us. She is always extremely helpful in helping us find the things that we need, even explaining the steps to us. She greets us as soon as we come in the store and always has such a bubbly, great personality (not only with us but with all of the customers that come in). My daughter actually loves coming here because of her warm and welcoming personality and the attention that she gives to each customer, as if we are all such important customers. She is so sincere as she helps too. The world needs more people like this who focus on the customers and giving great customer service.

You can fine good variety of goods. But the big lady in front that always in there could take some classes on how customers service attitude should be. She is so rude & never smile.. I just wish her personality is big as she is in a good way, & not other way around!

I was helped today by Chanel, she was fantastic. Amazingly positive attitude and extremely helpful. They where sold out of alot of things with the Pandemic happening but she was able to help me find everything I need and had great suggestion for alternatives if they where sold out.

They have the best customer service of any store I have been to, anywhere. It is always a pleasure to deal with the ladies here, and they’re always knowledgeable. I would go out of my way to shop at this store

Sally Beauty Store has quality merchandise and excellent pricing. In fact you can even get better prizes if you become a member. So I highly recommend that. If you are a senior you havent even bigger discount. The staff is always eager to help with choosing the product you need. They have an excellent return policy if your purchase doesnt work out for you. I have shocked her for many years and have had excellent service and find products here that I cant find anywhere else

Employees are knowledgeable, always willing to help. Only complaint is you have to pay attention to sales. If the staff doesnt remember to enter the sale price in, you wont get the sale. Happens A LOT. This is due to VERY old computers, not so much the staff. Still, i have happily shopped here for years.

Came in today to get some stuff to lighten my hair, not having a ton of knowledge about hair products, Chanel helped us as soon as we walked in, she was extremely friendly and helped us find exactly what we needed quickly. She was also very helpful with saving me money today and in the future by signing up for an account.

We came in for the first time ever and we were a little nervous. Within the first minute Chanel made us feel right at home. We left super happy and confident thanks to her service!

Night before Easter Sunday, I was traveling into town to visit family and expected to trust googles updated closing times for this Sallys location. Google (& your store window) claims you are open until 9pm on Saturdays. Nowhere was it noted that you would closing early at 830pm, just because the employees wanted a head start on their weekend plans. You could hear them giggling and happily locking the doors at 830 as I asked them if they were closed already. They responded with have a good night.Needless to say.... I wasnt able to purchase the haircare products I needed for my Holiday festivities.I honestly dont know why I bother continuing to shop at this chico location. They NEVER have stock of any thing I need & their ethnic haircare selection is horrible, basically non existent.Over this place.

Worst customer service! There were several clerks in the store but only one checking out customers. The woman ahead of me had a large purchase. After waiting for 10 minutes to be helped, another customer walks up and says If I pay cash can you just help me now to which one of the clerks responded she could and proceeded to help her at the second clerks station. I interrupted and said I am paying cash and I have been waiting 10 minutes!!!! Both clerks and the rude customer ignored me. Sure glad I dont ever have to shop at this place again!

Went in on Friday , April 12 at 7:20 , poor customer service , waited almost half an hour at the register with no assistance as I wanted to pay for my items and when the employee did come out she seen me & helped other guests that had arrived instead . Smh
