Terrible service ever, and the management wont get problems resolved. I wouldnt recommend this business to anybody who has ever had a problem with one of their vehicles.

Had my catalytic converter done end up waiting all day then they finally came and told me that the one I brought in won’t fit then they tried to charge me more for a different one then they said they got it to fit. I was curious how all of a sudden it was able to fit but they did something and the car was better for a lil while now back messed up with a crack in my catalytic converter so it definitely was not done right. Took it back first thing came out of lady mouth at front desk is no warranty I’m just trying to explain what’s going on this company suck will not be going back

They are great and work they did on my car was wonderful.

Everyone here is friendly and very helpful. The shop attendant is very nice and communicative, she explained to all customers everything that was going on with their vehicles while they waited. Shop provides warm coffee and cold water as a courtesy which I thought was a nice extra. They always fix any issues Ive had with my cars with no problems. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I highly recommend this spot!

I wish I could say something good about this business, but unfortunately according to my experience theyre terrible, first of all after explaining the issues with my car, the lady at the front desk asked me to wait outside, because it was already 2 people there: her and a client; when I came back to retrieve my car it was not 2 but 4 people inside,. . . .I guess all of the sudden she forgot how to count, the job they performed on my car damaged another part and they were trying to charge me to get it fix, when I looked at the note, they charged 3.6 hrs of work! ! When they only took 1 1/2 hrs to work on it! ! !I walked out of there and went to another shop, to pay for what the broke.😡😡 IF YOU WERE UNFAIRLY MISTREATED AS WELL, REPORT THIS BUSINESS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB)@[email protected]

Worst place to take a vehicle for any fixtures. Had a van fail an emissions test 3 times, that they assured would pass the first time. After the third time being dropped off, the test past but at the cost of the truck not starting right away. Its an old truck so I kept that in mind. But when I dropped the truck off to get that fixed, they said 2 hours that turned into 4, when I got the truck back, problem wasnt fixed but worsen; coolant being leaked into the oil and oil in the coolant. I took it HERE for coolant line repairs and oil change. Now the truck Burns and leaks oil. When I called talked to the head mechanic and the owner. They gave me the simple reply of take us to court . Wow. This place doesnt deserve the one star Google minimally requires or the stars it has. I fully regret all the time and money invested into this place.

Car was leaking and engine light kept coming on so I asked my dad for a good service place and he recommended me here and I must say all the good things he said were true. I think when my dealership doesnt have a service date available for me (or when the mechanics go on strike again) this is where u would be.

They always do the best quality work for fair prices and are friendly. I ALWAYS come over here for engine oil change of my vehicle.

I went in to get a catalytic converter installed. The Emissions place and 2 diagnostics said that was my issue. This place said the catalytic convewas fine then preceded to offer to fix my temperature gauge. I initially agreed but decided to verify their diagnosis. They became angry and refused to return my car unless I paid for a gasket that was intact before I came. I take advantage of women. They are all smiles as long as you agree with them. The moment you give them push back they turn on you. I would not recommend them.

I was surprised that they did the best quality work for a low price within a day! It was a lot of work done to my car. I had my doubts, but I will return definitely for other car problems.

If i could give a zero, i would. my engine light was on. they said i needed an ogygen sensor. 300.00. ok got the oxygen sensor. then i had them put in a new radiator (brought my own radiator with me for installation) Installation 120.00. now. the car stops and wont start. runs hot and engine light back on. now i call and tell them. what do they say. bring your car in and leave it. No thanks. Never take your car here!!! they made my car worst than it was. i was afraid they would replace my engine with a bad one so they could continue to milk me. Bad vibes!!! Dont trust them.

I went in there today. Their prices are over the roof. Very dissapointed. They rip you off exagerating. Never again will I go back. Please dont go waste your money there.

Used their useless dropbox system to drop off in the morning before they opened to get an estimate done since the didnt have time the day before when I went in. Went to pick up at 3:30pm and they didnt even bother to move my vehicle. Poor customer service, honesty, and communication.

My engine locked up on me,he gave me a great price on installation on a rebuilt used engine, but not sure eat cums with a semi new engine nor about how the warranty is on it, Im overheating again is my issue n its fair to say Im barely within my 3 month warranty...this is a great shop and all but Im not quite sure wat to think now..taking it in a few hours to see now what..Plz pray the shops helps me by 12 or 1 pm latest Im on a timeframe

People who make good comments must not knw anything about cars, i took my car for a muffler obviously cuz i cant do it but i got a nasty job done at this place

Been there yesterday for exhaust leak repair. There is one gasket already blown off, however, these people didnt want to check or repair it, they said you know, you have to fix it one by one, get the muffler and flex pipe fixed then, you can check other parts. This is totally BS, if you cant find the hidden issue or one issue will lead to another issue, you will need to fix the exist problems first, however, the gasket is already blown, he just doesnt want to check. OK, I fixed the muffler and flex pipe then what, come back for a 5 dollar gasket with one hour labor (which is $75) ? You already remove the exhaust pipe, why dont you go ahead fix the problem? NO, they wont do it, because they want charge me again !! Also, I was there for the exhaust system, these guy told me I need to replace the engine mount and gave me the quote is $280 !! BS again, totally BS !! I am an ASE certificated technician, and I know how to tell if the engine mount is bad or not. The Check Engine Light came on just about two miniutes after I left this shop !! Yes, when you repair the exhaust system, you will need to have the new O2 sensors incase they are bad or cant be removed from the old pipe, but they removed my O2 sensor freely and put it on the NEW ( garbage) part, guess what, the O2 sensor is bad now!! They want to charge me $80 for the part which you can get from autozone about 40 dollars and even cheaper online. By the time I need to pay for this shady job, the lady in front desk asked for $210, $200 parts and labor, $10 for tax. How come you gave me the price quote is $200 include tax and now you charge me 10 more for the tax?!! I can pay you one more hundred if you fix my car correctly, however, you guys did a really shady job and try to scam for more money!! I went there only because the ok reviews and it is close to me, plus I am not working in the shop anymore, otherwise, I will never let these NO Skills guys work on my car.Beware, you get what you paid for, those good reviews must come from the people who dont know how to fix cars, find a better place to fix your car in the right way, unless you want to get screwed.

Been here 4x for exhaust work and its the cheapest place in town the quality of work is good for the price.

I will never go there again!!! they overcharge and dont let me know whats going on with my car and it always seems to be something else something more expensive.

Very bad service I wanted a flex pipe weld on they dint bother to come out and see if I needed help I eventually enter what look like a office I explained my situation to a person behind a desk was told to go back outside and ask for some guy their I notice 2 guys talking on the engine lift I ask who was this person I was looking for so turn out to be one of them I explain the same situation to him tells me to wait 1 hour when the shop was empty no one was their but me all he did was go back and talk to the same guy on the lift about a show he wanted to go and see instead of attending his clients just stay away I took off after 20 min wait and never came back very bad service I wish I could give a zero
