Giving 4 stars because I Love the service! Sergio was an honest mechanic that had me in and out the shop. Lets just say I have a mechanic in town. The inside can use a face lift.

Had a flex pipe replacement and was quick and reasonably priced. I recommend them. Before going to them I went to 4 shops two booked orhad an 2 or more hour wait.

Great service. Nice and honest about what needed done and offered his services whenever I need work done to my car. Will be back in the future.

This place is amazing took my eco boost to them to make it louder and he did not disappoint was kinda scared at first but I was very happy with the results I will definitely be going back for more work to b done on my car in the future!!

Literally came in and they put my car on the machine and started fixing my car instantly. I was charged $100 for what another shop tried to charge me $700 because I’m a woman ! I would recommend this shop to everyone best place in town.

Got my catalytic Converter done very reasonable with the price when other place was charging wayyy more and had my car finished before closing and Sergio also changed my o2 sensor for a small fee. I will definitely go there again for my car needs.

I pulled up in 95° temperatures and these young men hopped right on the job. Lowest price in town! It took 45 minutes. I was in and out. Highley recommend this shop. Very professional. Friendly atmosphere.

I have a 2007 Toyota Camry that has very low miles. Sergio was very professional and showed me what needed to done and why it needed to be done. I agreed to having the work completed. He completed the repairs within two hours and provided a warranty. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I will be returning. Great customer service and attention to detail!!!!!

Last Spring I thought I had a brake problem. I took it to them and they examined the brakes. They told me that my brakes were fine and had just gotten wet. They did not charge me. Later, I got a nail in my tire and they fixed is for much less than another place I had taken it to. This week I took it in because my engine was squealing and I needed a tune-up. They replaced the belts, replaced the spark plugs and the wires leading to the spark plugs. They performed these services at a very reasonable price. In addition, they detailed the engine and the interior of the car and put grease on the battery terminals at no extra charge. They pay attention to detail, and are very friendly and honest. All you could ask for in a car mechanic. I am very pleased.

Not only as a woman, but in general it is hard to find honest repair technicians. Sergio was amazing, he made sure to correct the problem I was having with my car. Another mechanic told me my car would cost over $500, they sure wanted more money instead of doing a tune up that I needed. I needed a flex pipe fixed and drove down 106th street looking for a muffler place and a good price. The first estimate was higher than these guys and the wait was less. Sergio was very friendly and professional. He got us in and out quick and even gave me a gift card for doing business with them. These dudes are the best and they have earned my business for life. Got so lucky my serpentine belt shredded on the 4th of July, while driving on the highway near here. Auto parts guy told me to come down here, and got lucky that they were open. Local shop, with hard working guys, that couldnt turn down work. So grateful, they took the time to help me and turned a terrible time into a short delay. They took care of it quickly, and very affordably. 10 out of 10 would break down here again and recommend their service. Thanks guys!

Elvin worked on my truck , owner was awesome told me if I came in with my own parts he would do full tune up cheap couldn’t beat the price. Elvin worked non-stop for two hours it was about 95 degrees and had time to notice a problem a previous mechanic did not fix properly where the brakes were leaking, thanks guys I will definitely be back.

These guys know cars, trucks. No nonsense. And most important vehicle is Fixed with no having to bring back . Good diagnosis. FAIR pricing , U wont feel financially violated.

I read that East Side Muffle is under new management. THANK GOD!!! The old managers were a bunch of lying thieving ass crooks. I called and spoke to one of the managers and told him about my bad experience with the old owners. He listened and guaranteed me that I wont have to worry about being cheated if I come to them. I must say he sounded very sincerely and honest. I have decided to give them my business in good faith. Ok, new managers Im taking you all at your word. This time I promise you if I am cheated , YOU WONT LIKE IT!!!

My mother told me about this shop after encountering horrible service from another shop. After coming to Sergio’s shop, he’s been like a brother, looking out for you with the prices and just being genuine in conversation; him and the rest of the guys in the shop... I’ll recommend this shop over big name shops anyday.

Terrible service and he doesnt talk to customers with respect. I sat in the lobby and watched him treat another customer kindly, but he was short with me! I dropped my car off to Sergio at 9 am. I use my car for work so when I inquired if my car would be done by the end of the day he assured me that it would. Although he had cars before me, and I understood that, when 330 pm rolled around and he hadnt as much even touched my car, I knew bad customer service was to blame. I had a friend call around 2pm and he said he could look at her car within an hour after my car had been sitting there for 6 hours. Slow service and terrible customer service!

You people who think these people are so damn wonderful better really take a close look. They are selling old junk yard parts and charging people for new!! Best service Ive recieved from any local shop up to date. My Jetta had a faulty starter and they fixed it in less than an hour and even helped fix another problem with a hose for half the price compared to other shops! The part I recieved from a junk yard was the wrong part, but that wasnt a problem for them; they quickly acquired a new starter right away and had my car ready in an hour. Great pricing that wont break the bank and superb customer service. I highly recommend going here for any of your auto needs because everyone needs a mechanic they can trust. Ask for Sergio!
