Really awesome staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I totally recommend stopping in when there is not a Cubs game going on or scheduled for later that day.Definitely find a good place to park. Dont try to just go in for a quick visit. Take time to look around.

I originally bought my Harley fatboy at a different but affiliated location and after owning it for a short time a unique situation happened to my bike and seeing that I live no where near the location I bought it from I had to take it to the Harley at wrigley which I’m GLAD I did after getting the run around from the other location Doug the service manager became my only point of contact he kept me informed and up to date on the bike and most importantly he and his crew got the job done. (Cheers to you guys the bike looks SICK!) after a rocky start I couldn’t be happier with the results and customer service from Doug. I would definitely recommend to come here for any service needs on your bike as this will be the only place I’ll go to for services from now on. Thanks.

I went in the other day for an oil change kit and some parts and was helped by Demo. He is a great guy and super knowledgeable. I decided to have them do the oil change and install some pipes for me. They were very fair and fast. They actually did more work than I paid them for. I wholeheartedly recommend them and am so happy there is a good service shop in the area. Thanks for the help guys!! I will be back in for more.

I purchased a 2011 Fatboy Lo from this location. Gennaro Sepe who works cycle sales and is the finance manager took care of me. Gennaro was a pleasure to work with. He made the process very simple and easy. Gennaro did not push anything on me or make me feel pressured into buying or adding anything. I would definitely purchase another bike in the future from this dealership. Gennaro made the comment, this isnt a museum, were here to sell bikes and he clearly does a good job doing so.

Be really careful! They are part of the Chicago Harley group. I bought an 883 from their Glenview location, which no longer exists. I bought the bike in cash. The bike was worth around 8,700 and they sold it to me for 8,000 in cash. I had a feeling it was too good but I didnt think a certified harley dealership would try to scam me. All the paperwork was signed and was told by Nick Wissman my title would arrived within 3-6 weeks. It has been almost 3 years and they have not sent it. I contacted twice when the location was open and they said they would call back but nothing. I went in person and the person who deals with titles was not there. The dealership then closed and merged with the Rosemont location. I have been trying to contact those responsible in the right department ever since but nothing. Even the regional managers and sales people dont follow up with me ever. I am not sure where my title is but be really careful. The same people own these locations.

Stopped in while waiting to meet friends for a Cubs game. The salesperson was really welcoming and friendly. He encouraged me to sit on the bike and check it out. He gave us a nice demonstration. He answered all of our questions really well. I love the Ultra Limited.

Avoid this Harley Davidson dealership! I was given the runaround. I was trying to buy a used 2020 Livewire motorcycle. I had $7500 to put down as a down payment. Every time I called Mr. Gennaro (Sales and Finance manager) I got the same response I’ll call you tomorrow at 12. In which he failed to do. I was forced to call him as if there was a huge line outside of Harley Davidson waiting to buy an almost $25K electric motorcycle. When I pressed him on the loan he told me the loan would be for 5 years at an interest rate of 23½ %! Are they insane! My credit history isn’t that bad. I paid off two car loans and my student debt! I don’t owe anyone money. Apparently, you need to be in debt in order to get a loan from Harley. IF you are debt free forget it.

They sold me a Harley, thats about it...When I got the bike home I noticed a missing bolt on my derby cover, good thing I didnt ride it home. Its been 7 months and I still havent received my registration. No help from the dealership. Now I have a brand new Harley that just sits with expired tags...

Harley is going down in flames. They recommended to my mechanic double the parts we needed for the job. Essentially duplicates of the same part. Now when I call they act as if they do not speak English on the phone. Terrible customer service, even worse staffing, worst still their policies. I thought it was cool to own a harley but after seeing the company and its customers in action you can bet I am steering everyone and their brother away from this company. Have fun making your parts in China.

Needed to order a 50th birthday gift (Wrigleyville Harley t-shirt) by phone. Spoke to Karina and she was really helpful. I described what I wanted and she took photos of the shirts she thought I might like and sent them to me. I was able to pick out the one I liked and order it over the phone. She was a great help and saved me a trip and a lot of time! Great experience!

I’ve spoken to a manager about bad service at this store and she acted like I was the one inconveniencing her with my call and gave me tons of attitude.Tips Going Forward:1) When a customer has repeatedly received bad service apologize and resolve it. Don’t give them sass and attitude - especially when you are the manager.2) Proactively communicate with your customer. I understand there may be only one deliver driver but Harley should be actively calling me when they are behind on deliveries. Not vice versa.3) Set up a professional voicemail. There is no professional answering machine. It goes to someone’s personal voicemail. With all the bad customer service this doesn’t feel like I’m dealing with a legit Harley dealer.To give background: I stored my bike here back in December. I was supposed to receive an inspection with pictures a few days after dropping off my bike. Never received it. Even after calling multiple times requesting the inspection report, the guys in service told me that they would get back to me and never followed up.Fast forward and now May is almost over and I want my bike. I’ve called four times and each time they’ve said they would get back to me without ever calling back. Customer service has been horrible.In the past I’ve always paid more at a Harley dealer due to the good customer service. That does not apply at this location. I won’t be using these guys for anything in the future.

Oh man these guys are amazing! I had a Sportster (NOT bought there) that was stolen. When I finally got it back two years later, I took it in to Wrigleyville Harley. It was totaled... Went through a fairly long lawsuit process and Doug in service worked with me and my crazy timeline to have it repaired so I wouldn’t have to incur towing costs! After the lawsuit, I decided it was better if I sold it because at this point it was a fixer-upper for sure. He got it running and then FOUND A BUYER FOR ME! And I didn’t even ask! So much stress off me because of him. When I buy another bike it will be here! Thank you Doug and the service crew!

The service after the sale was horrible. First off...pay by cash, or if you must finance..use your own bank or credit union. The credit score was great..they came back with a sub-par rated loan rated 6/5% higher than our credit union!!. We were supposed to get a call the previous day for a time for a day/time for delivery. I called on Thursday after not hearing back for a delivery due Friday..was told I would hear back by the end of the day..nothing. I called back on Friday morning, went to voice mail..still no call back. I called again and was told our sales person would call me right back..she never did. We were finally able to get in touch with our salesperson who finally gave us a time window for delivery. Chicagoland Harley Davidson dropped the ball.

I got my 2006 Buell XB12SS repaired here when NO ONE ELSE WOULD DO IT. And when I say no one else, I mean NOBODY -- not even the other Harley shops in the Chicagoland area.This is amazing repair shop. The kind I thought had mostly gone extinct. If you have an older motorcycle that other people refuse to touch, give these guys a call. Theyre fearless, and they have the skillset to back it up.Background:My (parked, totally stationary) Buell got hit by someone and knocked off its stand, and the right side of the bike (throttle, front brake assembly and rider peg) got smashed up.It was unrideable and needed to be towed, but I first had to find a shop that would fix it. So I called a bunch of motorcycle repair shops in the area, including an HD dealership in the suburbs that I was aware of.Everywhere I called, I got the same answer about the Buell:We dont work on those anymore. We dont have the training. We dont have the tools.However, the HD dealership did suggest I reach out to the Harley shop in Wrigleyville.Can it be? Is there a real live old school 100% verified grease-monkey Harley repair shop -- right there in the middle of gentrified ground-zero d-bag central? Welp, turns out there really is.These guys are the real deal. I called, told them about the Buell. They told me they had the training the other shops didnt have. They had the tools the other shops didnt have. And they had the will to do the repair.Also crucial -- they knew where to find Buell replacement parts (which is a serious problem, considering Harley stopped supporting the Buell community a decade ago).Cut to the chase -- the repair went great. It took a lot of work to hunt down the parts, and a little machining to make it all come together, but the bike now feels just like it did before that dumdum knocked it over.Thanks guys!

Very easy process in buying a bike. Nina was great to work with and didnt make us feel pressured to buy anything. I would definitely recommend going to this Harley dealer over any In the Chicagoland dealer. Ive been to a couple and I wasnt really happy with my experience at any of them except wrigleyville Harley they were great. And that really comes down my sales person nina. Ill be going back to her for my next bike.

Nice salesman! Parking is BEYOND difficult. We parked 2 blocks away to have room for trk n trailer... because of a wedding photo shoot that had NOTHING to do with the HARLEY store! The photos took both sides of the corner of store. When your handicap it makes a BIG difference!!

This is a great (and long awaited) addition to the city of Chicago. The staff are very cool and laid back enough to let you check things out or help you out, whatever your needs may require. Plus, they have Moto parking in back of the store, right by the service entrance, so you can avoid paying to park (or avoid a ticket). They have a full service department and bikes on hand to try, and they are beginning to arrange social events around the city.

Walked in looking to buy a bike. The store was empty, I was actually the only non employee in it, wandered around for ten minutes looking at bikes. Walked up to a guy behind a counter and asked a question. He said he wasnt a sales person so he wouldnt know. Wandered around another five minutes and no one said a word to me so I left. If they cant be bothered to talk to me I can take my money somewhere else.

Bought a Harley two days ago from a private party call here for an oil change they got me right in. An oil change that give the bike a once-over notice the tail light was out. I okayed the bulb replacement. During the bulb replacement they realize the rear brake switch is sticking burning out the bulbs. Replacing a very reasonable cost and on the spot. Got me on the road really quick. This will be the only place I bring my bike the service goes above and beyond as a business owner I know good customer service when I see it or lack thereof. Brian Burns is awesome and very knowledgeable at the counter and Jorge did a great job on the bike in the shop! They are conveniently located right across from Wrigley Field to enter service you come around the corner into the alley.

Harley Davidson Wrigleyville worst customer service they do not care about there customer all they care is about a sale. My story I wasted my time calling , texting with sales man for a bike I really wanted I even said Ill put money down, sales man says no dont worry we could make it happen just need most recent check stub, I said Ill have it today (here is where customer service went out the door) I sent the stub today 1/15 and I get a text oh sorry we gave it away even though you wanted it. No courtesy text to at least tell me we dont care about you we got rid of the motorcycle nothing if I could give this place a negative 5 I would. Not all Harley Davidson do you wrong fix river harley great people, lake shore harley great people, I will contact corporate and let them know should not treat customers like this.
