I always order for delivery through here and the last few times my order was incorrect and I got a call after sending an email about it. Rohan was very respectful, understanding, and kind. He had my correct order sent right away and made sure that I was satisfied and a loyal customer. This is why I always order from here!

Some cashiers here can be a bit sly. One charged me $89 for a $60 bottle. Only realized it when I got home and checked my card (since they conveniently forgot a receipt). Stay away, you’ll find better deals at Binnys

RIP OFF!! Scam!!! I went here for a bottle of Jack Daniels that I saw they were selling for $67. I get in there and they charge me $86. I paid it because I really wanted the bottle but I WILL NEVER go here again! Before I checked out the guy said something in another language—that’s when they put the high price on me. Don’t go here.. scammers.

DO NOT order delivery from this place. I’ve made this mistake several times: to lock in the tip and make their delivery time appear short, they mark the order as “Delivered” and then proceed to take ~30-40 additional minutes to actually deliver the order.

They have a lot of very hard to come by bourbons. as expected, expensive, but its nice to have a place to count on for when you are looking for the rare find.

No masks worn by any employees. There were 6 people working, no-one wearing a mask. Also no-one distancing.

I was not feeling badly about this place at first. When I called, I mentioned that the wine I had bought was 1.5 years expired and tasted funny, and they said theyd be over in about 20 minutes with a replacement. After 50 min of waiting around at home, I called them back to see if the delivery person was having trouble finding my place. I literally heard someone else over the phone call say, oh, yeah, Ill be there in 5 minutes. So 15 min later I got my replacement wine. I tasted this one, and it tasted old and really funky, too. I looked at the expiration date, and this one was almost 2 years expired. (Seems like a big oversight to me.)Then, when I confronted them about this, the manager said that there was nothing he could do because he said that those were the only boxed Chardonnays he had (EW. Thats a big red flag.). Also he tried to tell me that boxed wine doesnt technically go bad for 24 months (something not supported by any of the research I did, or even the websites of the boxed wines in question). Finally, I requested two 1.5 L bottles instead of a box, which was delivered to me in a timely fashion. The delivery people were, in both cases, very nice and professional with me and I cant really fault them (besides perhaps realizing that the replacement wine was even older than the wine I initially ordered, and the replacement wine delivery being so late). Originally, I called them primarily to let them know that the wine on their shelves was expired, but based on the managers response, I have to conclude that thats not something they actually care about.
