We were skeptical to sign a 7-year uniform contract with Roscoe when they first came in and proposed their services to us. We have had a few uniform companies over the years and most of them start off strong and rapidly decline in the service. Roscoe seemed promising so we gave them a shot because we were at our wits end with our current uniform service company. We are now into our second 7-year contract with Roscoe and couldnt be happier with their service. We are a mid-sided company with upwards of 20 employees in uniforms and/or jackets. We are not disappointed at all in the service provided by Roscoe and would recommend their services to anybody who needed a quality uniform service.

Isaac and the folks at Roscoe are great! If theres ever an issue its addressed immediately...and Isaac has made suggestions to make our service even better. Theres a reason why weve stayed with them as long as we have. :)

A few months back, one of our employees accidentally left a $100 bill in his uniform pocket. Our driver Anthony is always going the extra mile to provide clean, well maintained uniforms. Whenever an employee has a size change request or damaged clothing, Anthony has the new garments in stock the next week. Very satisfied with our services from Roscoe.When our company switched to Roscoe, it was originally for cost reasons. After experiencing their services, we have more reasons to be happy with the change. From the service manager Yariel, to the route rep Carlos, they are very helpful and courteous. The uniforms are always exceptionally clean and our shop is happy with them. When we have any changes in techs, Roscoe is always very helpful with getting them set up with uniforms in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

Over the past 7 years, the delivery people have been excellent. For the 1st 5 years, we had an awesome driver named Yariel and he was friendly, helpful and always enjoyable to see every 2 weeks. Yariel was deservedly promoted, which was sad for us, but of course, great for him and I am sure he is providing excellent service to the district he now manages. With Yariels departure from the delivery department, we were given a new driver named Art, who has also been enjoyable to work with.

The service we receive from our route driver Isaac is excellent. There have been occasional back office billing problems that can be time consuming. The problems always get worked out but the time is frustrating. Quality of product delivered has always been as expected. Did I mention Isaac is excellent? He takes pride in his service and it shows.
