The wide variety of flavors as well as the outstanding customer service will definitely be bringing me back here. I got a scoop of the graham central station (bottom) and the salty caramel truffle and enjoyed every bite of it. They were also nice about washing the scooper when I mentioned my allergies, which is greatly appreciated. Not to mention, my total was about $6, and for the size of these scoops Id say this was an amazing deal. No doubt Ill be returning here soon.

This is honestly the best ice cream Ive had in Chicago. The atmosphere is so pretty and it gets even better with the customer service we received. We had such an amazing conversation with Linda! If you want the BEST experience and desserts, you have to try this place! You wont regret it!

Lincoln Ice Cream Company is great! Ive tried a bunch of different things there and I have not been disappointed. Everything is so delicious. The ice cream shop is also very cute. The location is great, right off the main street. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go back again.

Wonderfully kind owner works all the time and actually talks to customers. She has two vegan flavors made with oat milk, and the Graham Central Station flavor is apparently amazing.I was oblivious and forgot to wear a mask (signage is posted), but she didnt make me feel badly about it. If you go, please, remember yours! Also, she keeps it to 4 people inside at a time.Go visit! Shed love to meet you, and the ice cream is delicious! She serves other foods as well.

The customer service is great. The owners are very warm and inviting. The place is in a very nice location. I love the ice cream and all there snacks. My favorite is the cuban pastries. I will make this place my go to place when I am in the area. Come try them out!

So happy to have found this place when I did a google maps search for ice cream. Its a bright, friendly space on a quiet stretch of Lincoln Ave. The owner could not have been friendlier, and of course the ice cream was wonderful. There are also Cuban pastries and jarred candy for sale. Go here, get some ice cream and walk along Lincoln Avenue while you eat it. Its the cornerstone to a beautiful evening.

I cant say enough about what a wonderful addition Linda and Eds business is to Lincoln Square. A great ice cream parlor was just what this stretch of Lincoln Avenue needed. They always greet customers with a smile and are just plain wonderful. They spoil my son every time he comes in with me. He loves their italian ice flavors. Opening a small business during a global pandemic is no small feat but these two have managed it. The ice cream is fantastic and folks who need non-dairy options will be happy too. On top of that they offer for order homemade cuban pastries which are to die for.

Cannot recommend this shop more highly! Their pastries are fantastic and the staff is incredibly kind. Absolutely recommend the Guava and Cheese pastries they sell, although you may need to order them the day before for pick-up. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful ice cream shop. Our family enjoyed novelty flavors, and the creamy texture was perfect! The owner was super friendly, and gave us great suggestions for mixed cups. Don’t wait, and try for yourself, they are truly delicious!

We got ice cream to go and it was delicious. I may be biased as a Graham but the Graham cracker ice cream was unreal. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish them the best and will be back!
