It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Kris called to let me know what time he would be there. He was on time and professional. The company honored the price quoted on the phone even though they had to upgrade me to a different opener. The service was quick. Kris was excellent. I recommend him and Aladdin.

Sam, our installer, was great. He recommended the best garage door opener for our needs, while giving us a great price. He arrived on time and got to work putting up our new door opener. Rewired everything as it was over 10 years old. Cleaned up everything when he was done. Super nice and professional. This is the second time we’ve used Aladdin Doors and they will be the only ones we’ll call in the future. It was also satisfying to support a local business.

Great, fast service! I called Aladdin Doors on a Thursday night and was immediately scheduled for an appointment the next day. Martin diagnosed my doors problem, replaced the defective part, and explained the merits of different opener units, all within an hour. He even threw in a dead lock for free.My opener is still broken, but because its long overdue for replacement. Ill be using Aladdin Doors (and hopefully Martin) for the installation.

Martin were great! My garage door stopped working but when he came out, it somehow started working again. He did noticed that the opener were getting old. He gave me an estimate for a new one and told me that if i continue to have more trouble to give the office a call for a new opener. He was very nice and professional. He didnt pressure me on making a decision right away. Thats the main reason why I continue to call them for any garage door service in the past. I would definitely recommend them.

My rating is NOT for the Aladdin company it is for the technician we had today 10/4/21. Martin was amazing. He was patient, understanding ,and a perfectionist. Even after we discovered that my original paperwork that we have from our first time using Aladdin, that said we purchased HD springs with a LIFETIME warranty and we’re now being told they weren’t heavy duty and we refused them ! The original installation person ( NOT MARTIN) sold us HD because of the frequency that we open the door YET THEY DIDN’T INSTALL THEM they put regular ones on! Then the owner claimed there was a note in the system saying we refused them! Hey do you think your guy scammed both the company and the customer? Sounds like it - or it’s just how they operate- bait and switch! Why would we refuse AND the paper work reflect what we paid for HD? So my advice would be IF you have no other choice but to call Aladdin at least ask for a great service rep- Martin- he has integrity. Unlike the owner and clearly the guy who put our first set on. Sam is terrific. Replaced our springs. When I asked him about a few other issues related to the door and trim, he was very honest in not pushing to replace things that are working. Most importantly, he also noticed a safety issue with our opener…the bolt holding in place on the ceiling was very loose (the opener is 20 years old). He promptly repaired it, and I am very grateful that he noticed before it came crashing down on the floor, a car, or worse.

Even if I personally liked Aladdin Doors technician attitude and kindness, unfortunately I have to provide just 1 star review to Aladdin Doors.I got my garage door house broken last Monday, Sep 20th and called Aladdin Doors the same day. Great response, because Aladdin Doors technician came to my home after just a couple of hours and checked the door. He said it had to be replaced with a new one. He gave me a quote of $3444 (Aladdin Doors sells garage doors...). He also told me to ask other companies for a quote because, for sure, he said, they would have provided me with the same response.Called 2 different companies for a quote and BOTH told me, WITHOUT ANY HESITATION, that it was possible to repair the garage door. Today I got it repaired for $289. Pretty big save, I would say.----------REPLY TO ALADDIN GARAGE DOORS ANSWERDear Sir, I am sorry to read such an answer from Aladdin owner, especially because in those words there is an angry tone.I respect your opinion, maybe youre right that the garage door wont last, maybe not. Sam was very thorough with the repair of the broken cord and spring of my door. I scheduled the appointment for the afternoon but they were able to do the job in the morning with a phone notificatio. Worked for me to not have to wait all day! I will refer the company and Sam for future service when needed .

Sam, the service technician thoroughly explained the repair options and quickly serviced our garage door. The only complaint U had was that he did not wear a mask. Otherwise the service was excellent.

Amazing customer service. I work for an orthodontist and besides skill which Kyle showed right away after looking at our door and customer service which to me is being very polite and professional he excelled in all areas.

This place was recommended by a neighbor. I called this morning, they gave me a confirmation and a time of 12pm-2pm. They were a no show. When i called back, they had no record of my call. They guy didnt offer an apology. So i will be using another company.

Tech arrived promptly and was efficient. He identified the problem replaced two damaged hinges and oiled all parts. He even changed a bulb in the opener. Alex was professional and even spoke to my son over the phone to explain what he did.

Very pricey.The person on the phone with the harsh accident was very pushy and rude. We received an estimate from Aladdin and 5 others.We obviously went another route.Response - Yes. It was this company. They were the most pricey and rude of all the quotes. I dont know why we would be in your system since we chose to go in another direction with another company. The other company did a fine job by the way and were significantly less.
