Martha was awesome to work with. I dropped an order off near closing hours on Friday and turned the order back to me in less than a week! She was very responsive and helped put my order together with the convenience of communicating with me via text (she sent proofs too!). Order was ready on time and for a fair price ($10/hat embroidered). Very happy with her communication and overall hospitality. Will recommend to other and consider her location for future orders!

I stood outside and called the number on the door just so the lady who answered said she won’t be there until an hour or so because she was coming from Indiana and I sAid it was no problem and I called about an hour and a half later about two three times and she did not bother to answer so I left a message only to have her read it and not reply. Overall really bad service

The whole time I delt with Martha she had a nasty attitude. Doesnt seem to enjoy what she does and over works herself. She will have you standing outside for a period of time. Will tell you one thing but does another. Anything you want she will sigh or roll her eyes as if its too much of a hassle. Recommend going to stitch and print on Harlem and irving.

After misplacing my shirts they found them and turned around my shirts in 1 day. Great service. Speak with Andrew his has really good customer service skills.Be sure to follow up with deliveries as this location opens at 12pm. Make sure to mention the color of the shirts or they will be suspected lost until you get your descriptions right. Call before sending items for decorating or bring them in after 12pm to ensurer decorate gets it.

They are quick and efficient and everything comes out perfectly every time! Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Bucktown Embroidery. I ordered 14 hats just 4 business days in advance. First of all, they were the only place in Chicago that could even accommodate me in that time frame - and for a super reasonable price! All of my exchanges with Martha were very pleasant, she was very nice and easy to work with and totally knows what shes doing. The non-profit teen group I work for LOVED the hats, they totally got a kick out of them! I will be coming back to them for any and all my custom needs in the future. Amazing quick embroidery when I needed to prove to my friends I had a black belt.

We had baseball caps embroidered to honor a college scholarship in our sons name (caps presented to recipients and committee members). The work was excellent and at a very good value. We will use the shop again when we need more caps in the future.

Tried to get a file previously used for embroidery for another order and their response was that they usually dont share the file. I paid for the file and need it to make another order and every time I have called the owner has kept saying that she will ask her brother or something. After a decent experience originally, it has been a huge pain dealing with them since. Im not expecting you to move mountains here, just a courtesy to send me the file after paying for it in my original orders would suffice.

They changed the schedule every time I called and then when I called last time to check which one is it they hanged up on me lol not professional at all I’ll have to give this ranting so ppl are aware

Grade A service! I brought my car seat covers in to be embroidered with logos and they made my vision reality. Long as youre detailed and specific. They can do it here!

Beautiful work and full service. Went again and service above and beyond with delivery to my home and she made an order for me on the spot.

Customer service was really poor. I wanted to initiate an order and the representative on the phone, who took ownership of the company, was not pleasant to speak to at all. Does not know how to communicate with potential clients or be polite. Acting as if she were doing me a favor for answering. Also talking bad about past clients. I am giving input to potential customers reaching out to bucktown embroidery, that this person did not know how to field incoming calls or questions in a proper manner This is not how you answer phone calls or treat clients. Always gets my rush orders done quickly! Sometimes can be hard to get a hold of (you have to be persistent) but its totally worth it!

We have ordered jackets for our group here two years in a row. Bucktown Embroidery really has gone above and beyond in customer service, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!
