I have now worked with the same salesperson twice: his name is Xavier Yager, and he was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Lately I find that businesses I need to call are staffed by persons who sound like they worked at the place for maybe two days. Xavier was NOT that way at all. He understood what I wanted, advised me on the size to get, and overall made shopping at Lightology a very pleasant experience. This is not my first time as a customer of Lightology, and I expect it wont be my last.

Great customer service!!!! Easy ordering process, quick delivery, and easy to make returns. I am only returning a light fixture because a client unfortunately changed her mind, but the fixture was beautiful. Andrea W assisted me in returning the item with full, clear instructions on how to do so. I really like lightology, I have bought all the furnishings needed for my house from them and never had an issue with delivery dates or contacting customer care with questions about the product. They also have a chat online so if you dont feel like calling that is also a option. Overall so far I would recommend them in a heart beat. Also some of the people I have worked with like Julie have been really helpful and provide a high level of customer care.

As an architect, I found the product lines the carry both extensive and high quality. Their sales staff was knowledgeable and very quick to respond to questions. Post sales support and service proved to be excellent when I needed a different wall fixture base than the one it shipped with. They responded immediately, contacting the manufacturer and securing the alternative base I needed to complete my project. They will definitely be my first stop for my lighting needs on my future designs.

I wish there were more than 5 stars for me to give Kevin Melvin, the Lightology consultant that gave me the kind of customer service that should be the Gold Standard of service everywhere. The chandelier I selected for my dining room needed rods to extend the distance from the ceiling, however the option to order the rods wasnt provided on the Lightology website. Kevin contacted the mfg. and doggedly pursued getting all the order item codes to complete my request. He spent a CONSIDERABLE amount of time to ensure my order would be complete. Be assured that I will speak with rave reviews of the beautiful chandelier and the excellent, professional, dedicated service of your company - because of the top-notch effort of Kevin. I contacted Lightology today regarding an order I received a couple of months ago, but only recently opened due to delays in the house project I’m working on with a contractor.This project has been delayed numerous times due to the unprecedented issues we’ve all experienced during this COVID pandemic.The contractor informed me that there were pieces missing from the order and advised me to reach out to the supplier as soon as possible to get them in time for his team to finish their work on my project.I logged onto the Lightology site and chatted with a support person named Alexander, who listened to my questions and concerns, asked clarifying questions and did a good job informing me of the next steps.I truly hope that the supplier will rectify this problem and assist me with fulfilling my order, which was fully paid for but under delivered.

Called over to find out about a light. The first woman who I spoke with was friendly and helpful. There was a specific question I had about wires attached. She said, let me pass you to our lighting experts. Thats when I met Ashley. Shes a dream. She was a wealth of knowledge and when she was unsure, she did research, and found that the product does come with the two wires. When I told her that I couldnt buy it right that minute, as the sales manager had to approve, she was just as kind. There was no pushiness, just more help. Shes wonderful. She deserves a raise!

In an increasingly automated world it is very rare to receive not only good but personalized customer service. I’ve been working as a designer for over five years and have consistently received excellent customer service from Lightology. Their listed lead times are accurate, merchandise ships in a timely manner, and most importantly they are easy to get in touch with! I recently had an issue with a product I purchased from them – damage was caused by myself, not the vendor – and within 48hrs of reaching out to them they not only responded but had a solution. Lightology will continue to be one of my top sources for clients for years to come.

I found a set of exterior lights I liked for my home renovation. All the vendors I contacted stated they would take 4-5 weeks to be shipped. Lightology, however, said shipping would be within a week. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks after my initial order I contacted them and was told to expect shipment August 20, which is 12 weeks from my initial order. It looks like I should have ordered elsewhere.

I love the lights I purchased from Lightology. The customer service was amazing, too. Upon inspection I discovered one of the bulbs mustve been damaged during shipping. I ordered exactly two things - Its been over a week , there hasnt been any sort of update on the shipment status through their website. One item still says prepared and the other one processing I called the shop to ask for a refund and to cancel the shipment - The associate who picks up the call says I called them and they havent responded back. Ill put in a request to cancel but we dont know if they shipped or not. If they did we can give you a tracking and a return slip if you would like - so Im here left without having an ability to know if my product got shipped or not despite of their website thats still says it hasnt and no ability to cancel or get a refund either. Its been over a week since I ordered. Such awful customer support - If youre getting this product shipped to somewhere else from them - I would suggest to save yourself the headache and go straight to the manufacturer .

Beware of this store.I ordered an item on clearance. Got a confirmation and then a few days later was informed that they cannot fulfill my order at the clearance price . But if I wanted to pay full price they could charge my card for the item. Even after emails with costumer service they still would not honor their sale even though they could order more of the same item. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I have ordered for commercial products twice now, 5 years removed. I do not recommend this company for any project for which permits are required or timelines are needed. My entire permit process was held up because Moises was out of the office and had not passed his clients on to someone else. I then had to pay my architect to revise my lighting blueprint once it was completed. Next, my order came in 5 different shipments. The lightbulbs were apparently discontinued, so my order was just cancelled without communication. They kept my money (over $600), but didnt notify me. Now, 2 months after my order, I am told have to wait weeks for new bulbs. Nothing is expedited, and they want more money. This company is very disorganized and not focused on customer service. The only reason I tried them again is because I needed the same fixtures for a new space. I had hoped a new rep would make a difference, but it has not.
