Its ok. I wish they had some consistency to their operating hours. Or made some effort to notify their customers.They closed hours early on Wednesday, gone for Thanksgiving Thursday, closed still on Friday, closed still on Saturday. Theyre not supposed to be open on Sunday, and time will tell if their posted hours for Monday still work for them. 🙄Its a little frustrating when you are expecting important packages and they cant be delivered. And you had no notification that the mailboxes would be closed.At the very least hang up a paper sign on your way out.

Fast service, print quality isnt great so it depends on what you need printed. Prices arent bad either

I had to photocopy 3 years of tax returns. I made about 300 photocopies. The cost was affordable. The owner was very accommodating, helping us with the copy machine. Very satisfied and I’ll be back.

So this copy/internet/printing shop is like a hole in the wall but the owner there is SO nice, I went in the get business cards for a career event I had to go to like in a few days and he was able to upload my custom business card onto his computer and print them out in NO time at all, he even uploaded my resume and printed that out too on very quality resume paper. I would most def go back again. Remember, DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE fool you, it is a good place.

I come to Copy Max mostly to fax paperwork from Chicago to Arlington Heights Illinois. While discovering Copy Max via Yelp, I took notice that many reviews mentioned price, which prompted me to stop in, plus it was near my neighborhood. During my first visit, I noticed the many services that Kenny Kim offers at Copy Max, which ranges from faxing; computer repair; laminating; mailbox; business cards and a place to use the internet.As someone that has went to FedEx often, I noticed the price difference in a heartbeat between the two, which was a big difference. Copy Max trumps FedEx prices by being cheaper, and you will not have to deal with a long line of customers going to Copy Max.I not only save with printing here, but with faxing as well! Copy Max charges $1.00 for your first sheet faxed then .75 for the next sheets needed to fax. As for prints, prints are .7 cents per page depending if its black & white or colored copies.Thomas G

Insensitive owner with lousy customer service. He sees no issue with profitting of your misfortune. Pay attention to all posted signs and always check printer settings.

Good. Place. To. Make. Copies

CopyMax is a great little hole in the wall. I was shocked that they have 1980 prices - $.05 for a black and white copy. Didnt know you can stay in business doing that! They also do folding (trifold and other), tape binding, color copies, and more for crazy low prices.Compares this to Fedex Office - formerly Kinkos. They charge something like $.15 a copy. Use of computer is .45 a minute, as opposed for a dollar for 10 minutes at CopyMax.Total bargain. Only downside is the place could use a vacuuming.
