Ive only had one experience here and its been absolutely fantastic. The manager - Dave, went above and beyond to help us on our order. We needed to place a last minute order from out of state to be delivered to our friend near this Mrs. Fields location in Chicago.Dave was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. He even wrote out a separate card with the custom message we gave him for our friends occasion, and had this custom cookie cake made and delivered on time--all within two hours.Even the DoorDash delivery personnel they partner with are extremely helpful and polite. Overall 10/10 experience - if were ever in town, well be sure to stop in for some fresh cookies. Thank you!

I tried my hardest to leave a review on the actual website but I just couldnt figure it out. Kenya i believe her name is, was such a sweetheart and made the cookies nice and fresh for me. I love these cookies so much I just wish they were everywhere. Overall it completely reminds me of a Chick-fil-e establishment ,terrific quality, wonderful employees wonderful employees that delivers A+ service, and the cherry on top is theyre fast so no long hold up. The cashier that helped me was very friendly. I think her name was Kenia. She took her time and answer every question I had. She was patient and very helpful. U order brownies for myself and Christmas cookies for my daughter. Everything was fresh and delicious

Easy to find middle of food count

I wanted to get a special birthday cake and Isabella was kind enough to guide me through the process while I was on the phone which made it very easy for me.

Outrageously fantastic! Manager went out of his way to do a custom cookie cake for a client last minute for us free hand and nailed it! I looked like a hero and cant thank him enough. He was a darling to work with and well use them over and over again. Nothing compares! Delicious, unique and the client was so impressed he even sent a photo out to our competitors

I ordered a cookie online to be picked up on a Saturday. When I got to the location, it wasnt ready. I was in a hurry and couldnt wait for another one to be made so I got a refund and left. While heading home, I got a call from the owner who offered a solution to the problem and they would have one ready but in a larger size that they had already made. I rushed back to the store and waited a couple of minutes while the icing was put on and was on my way home quickly. 5 stars because the girl, Lilly, took the initiative to call the owner to find a solution, they got me something to take home quickly, and, it turns out I order for pick up the next Saturday and it was all my fault. Im really thankful for them getting me a cake even though it turned out to be my fault.

What a difference a review made just a few months ago I went ahead and I gave them one star reveaw because of the situation that occurred but I try to be very fair and after a few months I decided Im going to give you guys another chance and I have to say great job.I was very happy with the customer service and Im very pleased that you guys were able to filled my order completely in fact the staff made me laugh a little bit.Thank you for changing what you did Ill be coming back soon if you keep it up youll get that extra star.

This is the third time at rush hour time in the evening I’ve waited and waited and no one is at the counter. Today waited for 7 minutes and no one ever came from out back. The other gentleman and I that were waiting I ended up leaving so we didn’t miss our trains.

Thai place is awesome with great customer service and on top of that best cookies in the town. Also they have lots of variety on the products. I love this place.

The guy was just about to close but he kept it open long enough for me to get come cookies. Thank you so much, I was really hungry

Aug 2 2019 update: the fat chunky cashier with the dark brown hair took a white man before me even though I was standing in line right in front of her today at 1:45 pm, so I will have to remove my good review. Sad but I am not surprised!
