Just brought in my laptop and Alex was very nice, explained everything to me in simple terms (I’m terrible with technology) and fixed my computer in a couple of hours. The fee was far reasonable than any big box store. Save your money, time, and distance traveling and give these guys a chance, you won’t be sorry. 😊

Only fixed some of my PCs problems. I can turn it on but still resets itself for some reason.

Laptop screen cracked. Took to Error 404 to fix. They ordered a screen that did not fit the laptop. When I went to pick up they charged me $35 for opening and looking. Had I been informed of this I would not have had an issue. He points to a sign thats in the corner of the desk. If you dont want people to sign an agreement then point out the sign when items are dropped off. My son needs his laptop for his e-learning due to COVID-19. We are left with a broken laptop and $35 less available to be able to fix his laptop thats a need during these times. I went on their website after all was done and over with and saw this:Due to convid-19 we are no longer able to offer free estimates beyond visual inspection, anything that requires disassembly will now have a $35 inspection fee, the inspection fee will be waived if you decide to have the device fixed.Again I chose to have it fixed but they were not successful and still chose to charge me a fee!

I brought my computer in Monday 11/16/15 to replace a broken hinge connecting my laptop screen and Tim (the owner) gave me an estimate of in excess of $100.00 . Two hours later he called me and told me he had some spare parts and it was ready and only $75.00. Great service at a very fair price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
