What a gem... its small place so be prepared ... seats are premium gets during busy times like the weekends.Its got that old time diner feel, unpretentious and home made food.... try the corn beef sandwich or the burgers which are huge!! They have great unique breakfast specials and Chris is a great chef/owner/ and nice guy.Great to-go orders if you call ahead....Lunch sandwich are huge too!! Big thumbs up!

Such a delight! Its been a little while since I was able to come here for breakfast given the worlds situation as of late. Me and my significant other came here for a late breakfast and it was phenomenal. This place has the best corned beef hash Ive ever had - in fact it is the corned beef I use to compare every other one I try. It has a great atmosphere (has old school diner setup), everybody is friendly and the food rocks!! Ive been coming here for many years and I plan to keep coming back..🥞🍳🧇🥓

Its so great to have such a local gem in the area. The space is tight but the service is quick and friendly. The owner keeps it interesting with a cool rotating menu like omelette with strawberries and cream cheese which, in my opinion, is really original and sounds like it could actually be good? I got the Bacon, Dates and Goat Cheese Omelette and I was blown away with how delicious it was. Prices are reasonable with everything

This tiny space in Edgebrook has a great vibe, the food looked great, BUT the taste was just off. We had the hash (which they are known for), and it was not what we were expecting. We also tried the French toast, and it was underdone and mushy.I wanted to love this place, but it did not deliver.

Love this cozy place. Glad we were able to dine on the sidewalk during a beautiful summer morning. Food has always been fabulous and portions generous. Cant go wrong with any of the Hash specials. Got to try the Cuban next visit.

Visited twice and unfortunately both times the lattes we received were undrinkable. We arent too fussy about our coffee, so that was surprising. The lattes made here are from an automated machine instead of an espresso machine, which may be why they were not enjoyable. Also, when we initially provided a review the owner responded with hostility. The lack of professionalism is a supporting factor in our low review.

Great place and good location. Street parking can be tough and costs. Very tiny place with room for maybe 20 people at a time. Food comes out quickly and is the way Id make it at home. Staff is inviting and friendly. Of course there are no reservations available but the wait is not long, typically 20 minutes. Breakfast is best, lunch is a close second. Place closed after lunch so plan accordingly. Id go back for the omelette and the hash.

With friendly staff and great eats, Edgebrook Coffee Shop is a cozy little joint, with a vibe thats the perfect blend of alternative and vintage. This is the kind of place where you can have a usual, and they will remember it! Very charming, I hope to return soon.

This is a very small and intimate establishment which makes it that much better already. The staff is super friendly and kind. The chef is very talented and a fun guy to talk to.Food is excellent. While it says coffee shop on the sign -- this place is really a diner. I cant say enough good things about this charming neighborhood gem. The owner always has a big smile on his face when working Sat/Sun mornings. The coffee is excellent and the omelettes are fabulous. The diner is very small and probably seats less than fifteen but its always fun to sit at the bar and watch the staff prepare your food.

Sorry but thats a big deal especially for a diner and if your hungover at said diner.My spidy senses tell me the owner was a chef somewhere else, big time and he just needed a break which is awesome for us. His food is fantastic.The sausage patties (hand made) are my personal favorites. And keep me coming in. The coffee selection is also surprisingly good but they need to train all the servers on how to make everything on the menu. I had that problem with a mocha the one day. Staff and head cook/owner are very nice. All in all Ive yet to have a problem with the food. As every restaurant should be, they are consistent.Also to the customers!!! Fantastic brunch carryout for Mothers Day. Multiple types of hash, delicious omelets, and enormous pancakes (Oreo, mocha, etc.)

How have I never reviewed them? I always enjoy my visits to the Edgebrook Coffee Shop, for their special hash. This weeks special hash was ham, jalapeno and cheddar... outstanding! They create a new special omelet and special hash every week. I always feel like Im in a small town diner.

They have elevated the counter service coffee shop to a whole new level. Food is amazing., creative and made to order. The cooks are unbelievable to watch.. They move like a ballet behind the small counter whipping out breakfast in a blink of an eye. Loved the date, goat cheese and bacon omelette!!!

This place is amazing. It doesnt look like much from the outside, but its cozy counter and friendly staff will make you feel right at home. What keeps me coming back is the food. Everything is fresh and mostly cooked to order. Its the best breakfast for miles, hands down.

So happy we found this place online! What the diner lacks in size, it more than makes up for in delicious food and excellent service! Absolutely love the cozy, welcoming environment that they have created here.We stopped in on a Sunday around 12 and had the Breakfast Quesadilla (oh my god - yum!) and the Pound Cake French Toast (it was on special, but definitely get it if you can!).

Been here a few times. I, myself dont need to hear the owner/manager complain about 1 of our 2 seasons. It construction time, nothing can be done. Food is good, atmosphere is better. Hopefully they fixed air conditioning problem since wife and I where in last time, wasnt comfortable.

We love the food here and come regularly for breakfast on the weekends. The chicken chorizo hash and corned beef hash are excellent. Delicious weekly specials are unique and change every week. Staff is friendly and service is prompt. Seating is very limited though so sometimes there is a small wait.

Very fresh and owner makes all his meats. Would eat here everyday if I could. You are able to alter any dish to your liking and they have new specials all the time!

I moved to the Edgebrook neighborhood two years ago. I was wondering if there was a diner place. On my daily walk, I saw this place. It has different hours, but Im retired. I was just what I was looking for in a local diner. The service was great, the staff was excellent. Its a place with good food and not rushed. Ill be coming back.
