Windy City Cigars is thee absolute best location to have a smoke or two or three and simply enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of Great customer service, cleanliness, and and Amazing Stick selection. I strongly recommend this location, and the outside patio never ceases to amaze me, theres constant changes to better serve guest.Safe and welcoming

Went there with a couple of friends to watch the bears game. Im not really a cigar smoker just wanted to spend some time on a nice day. Since I live in the neighborhood. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Purchased 2 cigars and asked to exchanged one 60 seconds after I had purchased it it was wrapped in plastic. She had the nerve to say she couldnt exchange it because of covid. The place was packed people moving about nobody had on a mask. Go figure. Not a way to get new customers.

Visited for the first time on Saturday night. Was looking for a cigar friendly place to kill a few hours while waiting for a family member who was off somewhere else. Friendly atmosphere from both the staff and other patrons. Excellent selection of cigars, reasonably priced. They even changed the channels of one of the televisions so that I could watch the baseball game. Tony, the owner, couldnt have been more gracious. Ill be back there again and again.

My family had an event there and the hospitality that was shown we loved it. Thank you for the great service and the awesome time we had. It was a place for people to go relax and enjoy themselves. Since the event my family has set up a gathering and my husband family enjoyed so much they family from out of town stopped by. The place was clean staff was attentive to your needs and once again hospitality was great.

Visited Windy City Lounge a few weeks ago and throughly enjoyed myself. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The owner walked over and spoke which is rare these days, so that was nice. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a chill spot.

I’ve been there several times even there for the grand opening.Owner and staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. They’re very informed on inventory and patient during the selection process for novice cigar smokers.Every time I’m in the Chicagoland area and I’m looking for a great place to smoke or buy a stick I’ll definitely be visiting the WCCL!
