Very nice location! Large humidor and selection of cigars. From the start Mita was polite and very helpful with her vast knowledge of cigars. Once she pinpointed my taste she showed me a large selection of cigars to choose from. Miss also peeked my interest with their selection of interesting lighters. After picking out several cigars and a lighter, Mita boxed up my cigars in nice cedar box. I will surely visit this location again. I do love their order online option as well.

Forgive me for the lengthy review here but I have to touch on one of the most positive customer service experiences I have ever had.So my visit today was not for me, but for a friend whose birthday is coming up. Outside of a month ago when I purchased some cigars from out of town for the same friend, I have absolutely no experience with them. The out-of-town experience was subpar at best. Not sure if the person I spoke with was ill-informed, in a rush to get me in and out because we were in a tourist area, or both. Either way, I left disappointed and not confident in the products I chose.Anywho, fast forward to today when I called Norwood Royal Cigars to confirm their closing time. The gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant. When I arrived and started walking towards the front door, a gentleman come from the direction of the store next door and greeted me. When I heard his voice, I knew it was the same gentleman I spoke with on the phone.Upon entering the shop, I noticed how clean and tidy things were and he immediately asked how he could help me. I explained that I was not a cigar smoker, had zero experience in the world of cigars, and was looking to buy a gift for a friend. With the very scarce information I was able to provide about the type of cigars I was looking for, he took me into the room of cigars and knew exactly what to show me. I asked a million questions and he answered them all without a hitch. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He even gave me a bonus lesson on Bourbons!To sum it all up, the customer service is impeccable! The store is spacious and clean, and their selection is massive!Upon reading my receipt, I see the name Vick as my store rep. So, Vick, if it was you I met with today, kudos to you! Youre great at what you do and have gained a new customer in me. Thanks for all your help. I most certainly recommend Norwood Royal Cigars to anyone reading this review and will recommend you to the cigar enthusiasts in my circle.

Their humidor is huge and well stocked! The owner is as friendly as can be. They stock some stuff youd normally see only online, including RoMa Craft and Southern Draw. You should visit just for those 2 brands alone.Cant wait to come back and spend more

Without question Norwood Royal Cigars is one of the finest cigar shops that I have visited in the country and I have been to many. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and welcoming in their approach. I am an experienced cigar smoker and usually know what I am looking for. Even at that, Vick, the owner, knows what cigars are in my wheelhouse and often makes great suggestions to expand my experience. Most impressive to me is to see customers walk in who have no experience with cigars at all. Vick and his staff walk the customer through the process of choosing cigars and never attempts to upsell anyone. The size, quality and diversity of product in their humidor is worth the trip alone. Highly recommended!

Holy Cow!!!! Vick walked me through his construction project of his addition to the walk in humidor..... unreal its doubled in size and has to be one of the largest in the country. Loved this neighborhood smoke shop now for 5 years and it just keeps getting better....Love this place, have been going to NRC for a couple years. Vic is great always friendly and always willing to help suggest a good smoke. Prices are reasonable and the walk in humidor is second to none. If you smoke cigars this is the place to check out.

My first time shopping there today and this place is great. We were greeted and helped right away, excellent customer service. The guy really knew what he was talking about, and even though I was unsure what I wanted, he found the perfect cigar for me in a couple of minutes.The shop has a huge selection and the prices are on point of what you would find else where. Before I walked in, looking at how nice the building was I thought the place was going to be really expensive, but that wasnt the case at all.The only downside I have to say about the place is that theres no lounge but thats not a big deal.5 stars all the way!

This is my one stop shop for all my vape needs, cigars there are a rediculous selection in a huge walk in humidor. Comfy sofas to smoke and shoot the breeze with the owner who is almost always there.
