A few years ago I had 2 area rugs cleaned for way less than another place had quoted me. They came back so nice I had them done again a year later to keep them nice. I have sent multiple friends to NC and they have had positive experiences also. I was nervous to do it again last year due to COVID but I am moving out of state soon and will definitely have my rugs done again before I go!

The guys just came back and cleaned my off-white carpet and they did an amazing job! It had footprints (oops), soda stains (double oops)..and even a big mark from where I stepped on big spider a month ago (I know, so gross). They got it all out and the room smells incredible! Love these guys!!!

The guys arrived early for starters. They cleaned 3 oriental rugs, upholstery on 8 dining room chairs and worked to rehab a worn and very dirty carpet. They cleaned a 4x6 Tibetan rug too. The stained beige upholstery on the chairs looks like new. Great job and all done under the estimated price!

This place is the best. Honest, dont sell you on upgrades you dont need and just good carpet cleaners. Especially great for Turkish hand knotted rugs. And they will give you 20% off if you bring in and pick up your own rug and they will transport it after you park. Just need that friend at your house to help you get it in the car.

0 stars actually.Treated horribly by the owner today. She called me demanding a credit card over the phone for payment. Having been the victim of identity theft, I was reluctant to give my credit card number over the phone. I requested to mail a check as EVERY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER allows (4 Seasons, plumbers, various contractors, etc.). She called me a liar saying that I was trying to not pay her because of my fair and simple request to mail a personal check.I have NEVER been treated as shabbily as this person treated me today.I Recommend that you not use this company. I never leave reviews but could not believe how poorly I was treated today.

Affordable and service is always good.

They did everything they could to clean my carpet from where my cat had an accident. When the floor dried I could still smell the urine in that area so I called the guy back and he came out again free of charge and stayed for well over an hour to get it super clean! Thank you guys!

We took in a couple of insanely dirty rugs in hopes of cleaning them, we didnt understand they should have went in a lot sooner. Northcenter Rugs has been in business a long time.. they unrolled the rugs and we really noticed how soiled they were.. They came back so clean- and smelling great.
