We scheduled an appointment with Monica for a viewing, but once there at the dealer, no one had an idea about the appointment and to make matters worse, according to them the car had already been sold. They gave two different accounts -- car being sold at 9:00 (same time as the appointment) and then yesterday night. I wonder if they actually wanted to sell the vehicle to us. To say the least, they are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I guess it is true when they say that it is best to seek service at known dealers.

Manny Arroyo, who managed my sale process, was friendly and helpful throughout.The dealership could do a much better job online indicating that some of the cars listed are “mechanic’s specials” that won’t be driveable at the price listed on the website.That said, we ultimately settled on a vehicle and price that I was comfortable with, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Worst car buying experience ever! They have cars listed online that they don’t even have, or don’t run.I called about a vehicle 3 times during the day to make sure they had the vehicle. The girl Nicole swore they had a vehicle I wanted and that it was inspected and everything was fine. The car would be ready when I arrived. When I got there I got another salesman who immediately tried to switch me to a new car. He explained the car I wanted didn’t run and they don’t update their inventory on the website. Not to mention I was with my husband and the salesman chad tried to hit on me when he walked away and then tried to give me his card. And once we told him we only came to buy the vehicle the girl lied to us about he no longer wanted to help us. Will never come here or recommend this place to anyone. Or even to look at the website because they lie and mislead you to get you into the store. Wasted our whole day !

If I could rate them zero I would. I went there pre-approved for a car and I asked them several times if the car I was looking at was there. I was told yes and when I got there they said it wasnt on the lot. Why waste my time AND pull my credit for something you know isnt there. Luckily I was not in dire need of a vehicle and had the option to walk away. They werent rude until I held firm on the car and price ranges I wanted. I will NOT be visiting this place again even though I still need a vehicle!

From February 2021: I called to check on a car, was told it was great. The next week, I called to confirm it was still available, and say I was about two hours away and coming to look at it. I was told it would be ready and to ask for Bob*. (*Not actually Bob, but I dont remember the name.) When I got there, I asked for Bob, who was just the person answering the phone, who then asked for a salesperson to help us. The car was at the far corner of the lot, and my wife and I trudged through knee-high snow to get to it. It was buried, and was behind a waist-high pile from a prior snowfall. It was then that we were informed that it didnt start, and we were asked if we wanted to look at something else. I said No, and left. I recommend everyone avoid them.
