We used Guided Design for our kitchen remodel in the summer of 2018, and then again for a bathroom remodel in winter 2020. From the beginning, its been very easy to work with Austin, Krista and Josh. Walking through the design process for the bathroom with Krista definitely put me at ease, and she helped me pick out materials that would work on my smaller space without compromising on the look or functionality. Josh worked on both my kitchen and bathroom and has a great attention to detail, making sure that nothing goes overlooked. I have also enjoyed the other vendors that they work with for tile and painting, and would work with any of those companies again in the future. Although I dont have any outstanding remodels to do in my current home, I will not hesitate to contact Guided Design for any future work I may need.

I highly reccomend these people. Austin and everyone involved were great. Always good about keeping us updated and work on the cabinetry was nicely done. It was done so quickly in fact that we kept adding other jobs such as, a backsplash and refinishing of bathroom cabinets, both of which turned out beautifully and they had no problem completing in a short period of time. As far as pricing goes we searched all over for the best prices and could not find anyone that was nearly as reasonably priced as Guided Design. But what really makes them stand out is their customer service and quality of work that makes a person feel valued and listened to. Home remodeling is never easy but with Guided Design you are in good hands and can breathe easy knowing that things are getting done and getting done right.

I just moved in with my girlfriend and we ordered cabinets from Guided Design. I chose them because they were locally based, the staff was extremely courteous, and responded promptly to my questions. I received everything in less than two weeks.I received regular updates and cabinets were an awesome price for solid wood. They look awesome and most importantly, I feel I got a great deal!

Long overdue review but the public must know! This place is a joke. He needs to learn how to manage multiple projects instead of pulling his guys before they are done. They dont stick to the timeline and will upcharge every little thing. Guided Design can easily be a top tier cabinet company but his lack of experience will always bring him down. The only saving grace is his main installer, Josh, who was pleasant to work with and hard working. They will over promise and under deliver 100%. I have never been so unfortunate to have worked with this company. Prices are high, timeline not met, no experience managing projects. Its unfortunate because he seems to have good ideas. He should have stayed at whatever his old job was and learned more because he is just a kid with lack of experience. He is learning on your dollar.

I looked everywhere for a bathroom vanity with drawers on the bottom, but couldnt find one that was reasonably priced until I found the Newport vanity at Guided Design. I can finally store my things neatly in a drawer under my sink! And it looks beautiful :) They guided me through the entire process, got back to me right away, delivered on time and couldnt have been more helpful!

I hired Austin as a contractor to do a remodel of my kitchen, as well as a few additional side projects, after moving into a condo in Lakeview. The project included refinishing existing cabinetry, adding new custom cabinetry & hardware, backsplash, open shelving, faucet & garbage disposal, several lighting upgrades, wainscoting, wall painting, refinishing some furniture, laundry hosing & ductwork, and a custom door. Despite their focus on cabinetry, they agreed to take on all of these projects and completed them 100% to my satisfaction. It took about 5 months to get everything completed, but the quality of work was outstanding and I would definitely work with Austin & company in the future. He and his team were always polite, responsive, and eager to make sure I was happy with the result. They are very easy to work with. Highly recommended!
